Half the portion of fries and one piece of chicken are missing. Very strange. It says clearly on the delivery slip what is supposed to be in the bag. No extras or substitutions. Final disappointment - everything is cold. Please refund. Thank you.

I asked for 2 chicken picess, and i asked for thigh picess, and when she asked the colleague to put 2 thigh picess, he was shouting at her and saying, " cant do that Just give him whatever picess you get he is not gonna check.(it's a take away)in his language (sounded like bangali)but i had it there.this happened on the 15th of March around 10pm. Very unprofessional.

Hi, my order was delivered to the WRONG address AGAIN!! Despite codes and phone numbers being required on delivery, it sèms too easy for other people to get a free meal, and the couriers not doing their job properly!!

Terrible, probably the last time we’ll order KFC from Just Eat. We received only 7 pieces of chicken in the bucket & two of these were tiny. Strips & popcorn chicken was dry & over-crispy & uncomfortable to eat.

I ordered a 10-piece bucket, and they sent 6 inedible breasts, 2 wings, 1 drumstick, and 1 thigh. As a side, I ordered 2 pieces of corn, but they sent coleslaw instead. They send whatever they want as if it's free. I pay with my money and deserve to choose what to eat. Since they have my phone number, they could call me to rearrange a new order. When I call them, they delay answering. Once, they told me that to get the drink I chose, I had to pay for a new order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC!

Terrible Service, african lady constantly huffing and puffing instead of serving us our food, was waiting a while, store was empty, no one approached or greeted me as i waited for a while only for the lady to start arguing with her colleague behind the counter, very bad. Food was mid, never going here again.

The app wasn't updated, I think the driver had many more deliveries switched off GPS and suddenly turned it on next to my door. Amazing offers but not good delivery service

i ordered Colonel's Meal: 4 pc and got 3 pieces. i stated "no chicken breast please" and got 1 dry breast, 1 dry side breast along with a leg! i want a refund on the chicken pieces i do not like or eat.

This order was an hour late, i tried to call the restaurant and even the just eat people and no one answered me, i would like a full refund because this is unacceptable. we were hungry and even asked for hot food and this is not what we received.

I don’t know what it is about KFC in West Norwood. First, they ignore your request for specific pieces and give you what they want to give you unlike KFC in Streatham High Road who try their best to fulfill your request. I am always disappointed when I order from West Norwood. Considering the distance between my house and the outlet, which is not very far, food always arrives lukewarm . Hence why I always select to purchase from the Streatham High Road outlet who are better by far.

I didn’t get my entire meal that is the boneless banquet, and the popcorn chicken… and missed another pot of gravyj so only had two chips missing for me and my brother and one pot of gravy/popcorn chicken. Just don’t go here unless u want a messed up order

I never receive the correct order from this kfc. I ordered a double bucket and extra popcorn chicken and I got handed a 4 piece meal and water. Useless place. Their delivery drivers are trash too.

Food was wrapped properly so didn't get cold. Delivery driver was efficient.

This is the second time i visited this kfc. Last time the chicken smelled horrible, this time the tower burger was cold and very tough to eat. Not happy with this services. Management team should step up and provide better services. This kind of Servicies are ruining kfc name.

Received 16 cold wings instead of the Mighty Bucket For One Meal I orderd.

The chips were undercooked, old and cold. The box was squashed. It looked like the portions had just been scraped together they were not individual. The chicken was Luke warm and the corn on the cob were old and squishy. It was really bad.

All the gravy soaked all our orders. The hot wings we have ordered were cooked and shelved more than the time it should have been in the rack. It's not worth ordering in KFC anymore and needed improvement and will not order there again until improved

It was cold and definitely not fresh made it was not tasty and I had left a not for the restaurant bit it was not done as i requested ,the kids meal was not in a kids box , they was no pineapple stick desert for the kids meal no toy , REFUND !!

I ordered a 6 piece chicken bucket: and clearly stated at the time of ordering what pieces of chicken I wanted. And gave the option for them to cancel the order if my request could not be met, They sent 1/2 of what I wanted and 1/2 of what they decided I should have- which subsequently went in the bin as I do not eat breast meat. Waste of money.

Hi, I would like to report how seriously concerned i am since I’m frustrated about my order. I waited patiently for my order as it got delayed and once the driver said that they have arrived I waited about 10-15min. After a while, I went downstairs to see no driver I asked all my neighbours and people walking by in my block to see if they knew anything about it. Normally the driver would ask for a code before handing out the order. I don’t understand how the driver could give away my order .

Food was terrible cold soggy chips, squshed and old not nice corn and beans look 3 days old !!

The customer service is excellent, and the space is always clean. All the sales reps are friendly, but Anila stands out as my favorite. She’s always smiling, composed, and makes everyone feel welcome.

Never get an order right and if you don’t check your order or say you’re going too they always put the smallest wings at the bottom of the bucket, never answer the phone. I called about 20 times and they just ignored My son went there to get a party feast when he got home there was 10 chicken not 14, 4 chips not 6, and out of the 10 pieces of chicken there were 5 wings at the bottom of the bucket that were no bigger than a hot wing. It’s the last time I will go there! And I will complain to head office now! Rather than apologise and say “you’ll pass it on” which means nothing why don’t you offer to replace all that was missing from my order. Your staff clearly gave the wrong bucket to the wrong customer so I ended up paying £33 for a 10 bucket!!!

The chicken in both wraps was dry as a bone, and both of the bags of fries were tiny. I won’t be purchasing this again.
