wrong dip put in. delivery driver wasn't the friendliest

It was amazing there was music playing and it was a really good atmosphere to be in and the food was delicious although the service wasn’t the best but it was alright could be abit better got my food abit late I ordered it at 6:15 and it came at 6:35

Delivery was on time food was cold the gravey was like water I eat KFC quite often and never been disappointed as I was yesterday

Food is fine but the past few times I’ve been now the drive through is taking 20 minutes plus each time to get any food. Just tell people before they order ‘fast’ food that there’s a wait so they can carry on with their day if they have to.

Order wasn’t complete..no fries n only 4 chicken

When I visited this store the lobby was very clean and the food was super fresh

Food is as you'd expect from KFC, but two sides were missing from our order. Refund for them was denied because we'd given the driver our code. Will check the order on the door step with KFC in future then. Poor.

missing item, pineapple stick from kids meal, took 2 days and 6 emails to get a partial credit. What I needed was the item delivered to keep the kids happy.

I would score this zero stars if I was able to Waited 20 minutes, which I complained about the staff were young and rude , both heard my complaint and turned back around , everyone was waiting long times Dreadful service, when I did get my food there was no sorry or acknowledgement , no gravy or beans left You could tell the staff did not want to be there Very disappointing when you decide to get a takeaway then it's an awful experience from start to finish

Ordered of just eat well what a waste of money. You pay extra, meant to be be fast food. Waiting over 1 hout 30 and still no delivery yet they just keep stating they are preparing it and the time of delivery just keeps going up. Never order from here ever again. Even rang the store and not one person answered

No complaints at all about the service or the venue, it was clean and the staff were very efficient and polite but the food was pretty disappointing. Not heard that KFC has officially lowered the source quality of it's produce but the reviews from my group were all that it was pretty poor quality when we visited, way too much untrimmed fat and overly chewy. Tnf Might have just caught them on a bad day. Won't be going back to find out.

I went in to get a 14 pieces share bucket, what a disappointment when I got home to get 12 drumstick and 2 wings, this is totally wrong, pieces should be evenly packed, I urge people to check there order before leaving the place, I would not be going ba k.

The worst KFC I have ever experienced, dry hard drumsticks with virtually no chicken on them. shocking service, will be complaining to KFC directly.

Must be the worst KFC in England! Said I wouldn't go again but due to convenience tried it - drive through, had to wait 15 mins+, other cars were waiting longer than us. When the food was brought to the car the young guy never said thanks, sorry for the wait or anything, just grunted and walked away. Ordered the gravy megabox x 2, got home and guess what - no gravy!!!! Chips were awful - complete waste of money. Please avoid - needs closing down!

Loads of stuff missing from the order, food was freezing cold and the stuff that did turn up was awful. If you’re close enough, use elk mill instead because this one’s awful.

Mossing fries from a kids meal and no pineapple stick plus no fries for one of the meals. Happens everytime they need to pay attention to what they are putting in the bags very disappointed specifically a kids meal .

Order arrived 20 hours late! Had to turn the delivery driver away and refused food! Terrible service don't plan on going to KFC or using Just Eat again had to re-order another take away with great exspense. Avoid, no refund or apology.

I paid for 4 pc boneless fillets and 2 pc of hot wings and 2 extra hot wings and only got 2pc of wings instead of 4 pc hot wings what a rip of will never get it from the middleton again never have this trouble with elk mill or oldham shops

I waited with my family 40 minutes for my order.

On 3 different occasions I have placed orders at Middleton KFC, and every time something has been missing from the order. They don't seem to double check orders properly before sending out to customers. Each time I've contacted restaurant regarding missing items they expect for you to pick up (after you've paid delivery charges) Can't complain regarding the food but when it comes to staff, it looks like they have no idea what they're doing.

I ask for no lettuce on my wrap and it still came with lettuce so I could not eat it and it went to waste!

My hot wings had hair on them!!!🤢🤢🤢 next to nothing chicken on them and basically black . Soggy chips and the 3 pieces of lettuce on the burger. Love kfc but it’s just getting worse and worse . Absolutely discusting and disappointed

Worst kfc visited. Get the order wrong constantly and then try to say you’re lying. Tables always dirty and bins overflowing.

Went via the drive through, placed our order, although they got it wrong, my husband went in to ask them to rectify it, they shouted at him and kept saying that we had got what we ordered, what a joke....they eventually did correct the order but only after one of the girls who was being very rude stormed off and got the manager out of the office...total joke, thought they may have stepped up a gear or two with the new shopfitting obviously not, oh one positive atleast the ice cream was working this time lol

Incorrect side orders again. I requested beans and mash (two lots) but instead I received just 4 pots of mash! This happens often!

Everytime there's something wrong! £20 boneless bucket through drive through. Had to park in bay n wait.Asks what drink and what dips I want ....didn't get either. Never left a bad review for anywhere but had to. Definitely not going back
