They never get the orders right. Food is good. Communication is poor. Girl taking orders had poor English. Should be back of house. Constructive critism.

Went via the drive through, placed our order, although they got it wrong, my husband went in to ask them to rectify it, they shouted at him and kept saying that we had got what we ordered, what a joke....they eventually did correct the order but only after one of the girls who was being very rude stormed off and got the manager out of the office...total joke, thought they may have stepped up a gear or two with the new shopfitting obviously not, oh one positive atleast the ice cream was working this time lol

She ordered a two piece meal and a small gravy omg £8.88 for two pieces off sparrow with about 9 fries 🍟 the size of the chicken served was a joke it honestly was the size of a sparrow.gravy was like water £2 pound for that xtra .this is the second time now I've been here and it will deffently be my last what a rip off .at least harpurhey KFC give you good portion .😡

Every order there’s either something missing or wrong item delivered I even wrote on the notes to double check my order so frustrating as they never answer the phone

Everytime there's something wrong! £20 boneless bucket through drive through. Had to park in bay n wait.Asks what drink and what dips I want ....didn't get either. Never left a bad review for anywhere but had to. Definitely not going back

No pop corn chicken I paid for it n didn't get it x won't order again

Nice and hot as per usual, very polite and kind driver too.

The food was not the best,the rice was cold and the chips were cold,there was not gravy or dips and the chicken wasn’t nice…don’t think I’ll be ordering again unless there is a vast improvement

First of all the delivery driver was very polite and he done his job so no issues there as for kfc Middleton I dont know why they are using just eat when they have incompetent staff who cannot read the orders correctly and don't put food in what you orderedSo having to go down to the store to collect rest of my order which is ridiculous. I'm not happy with there service and if you call that person we spoke to at kfc the so called assistant manager he really needs training on customer services

food was cold and chips missing plus the smallest chicken fillets I've seen and the mighty for one the chicken was hard I couldnt eat it waste of £34

the food was ordered at 12:47 I collected it myself at 13:50 after calling the restaurant as it time on the app just kept being put back and found that my food had beeen sat there for 40 min.

The map was showing my address wrong so the delivery person wasn’t able to find my house for a long time. But eventually the food arrived, was abit cold but that’s okay

Foods freezing cold & when I placed the order the delivery time was meant to be 12:45 it arrived at 13:11.

Ordered mini fillet.. no mayo..absolutely covered in mayo..straight in the bin!

I was waiting for 5 minutes to order while the store was not busy. I order 10 hot wings as a meal and the guy charged me for 6 hot wings and 2 extra portions of two wings each. When I asked him why he did that, he called a lady who refunded me the first order and I re ordered again. At the end, they gave me my bag and they forgot to give me the drink from the meal I had paid. I'm not going there never again!

Spent £43 somthing and my order never turned up absolutely fuming . I’ve reported it and had no call no message back .

great delivery guy, however.. nothing in the boxes were right. none of the boxes were labelled the correct meal and also they were jumbled up and zinger burgers put with meals that were supposed to be fillet (not spicy) meals.. not good guys!

It's KFC, so it's good food, but still feel ripped off. Our order was supposed to come with a 1.5ltr bottle of 7Up, what we actually got was a 330ml can, the kids had a great evening sharing that.

Food arrived missing the 4 x signiture chips and sauce, the only part of the order my teeth will allow me to eat due to in going medical treatment, its been 12 hours now still no refund or chips delivered child eat little chicken but no full meal for her either

The chicken was cold and so was the chips also the gravy is the most watered down I’ve ever seen. All gone in my bin.

Visited on 03/02/23 at around 8pm the restaurant was absolutely filthy bin overflowing rubbish sat on top where trays go food all over the floor there was plenty of staff but many diners so no excuse really, we did manage find one table with no rubbish on, another diners commented to me as we bith asked for napkins as there was none available on on the state of the place.

Ordered a zinger stack meal, got a zinger tower. Not good really as I don’t like the soggy hash browns.

Food missing from order piece of chicken, coleslaw missing, Pepsi drink missing, one piece of chicken was lying unwrapped at the bottom of delivery bag. That’s really poor in my opinion. Scrappy and unprofessional.

delivery fine but quality of the food very poor really, side chicken looked a couple of days old, burger was in x2 pieces and everything was very greasy chips, outer boxes etc wasn't very appetising threw most of it away £17 wasted really 😕

Not had kfc for years. I remember how amazing it was! The chicken was not white throughout so I couldn’t eat it. The skin was not crispy, the chips were skin on fries and the gravy was not classic kfc gravy. Overall a treat night for 2 at £26 was a disappointment to say the least. Won’t order again sadly

No chips came with order theres meant to be 4 lots of chips.
