Ordering machines are broken, stuck with one, resulting with long queue. Front tills doesnt take orders either. Tables a bit greasy and bins are left full.

Always provides fresh made food here. Waiting time is quick too.

Went quite fee times, ordered chips it was cold and hard like stick. Food is not fresh it seems made an hour ago prices are touches sky

This can be hit and miss depending on who is cooking. Sometimes it is lovely and sometimes it is greasy.

Terrible ordered from drive through and clearly stated the 1 pepsi max and a fruit shoot and a rude girl hand our food that was packed messily in rude manner and handed us 2 fruit shoot and when I kindly told her that we got a pepsi max she very rudely said you didn't.this has happened to many people and it continues to happen, you need to fix your staff and service

got the sandwiches wrong way round, no dip put in again , should employ someone who can read and check orders are right . ordered here 3 times once oder was right . need to improve service

the spicy mango lemonade is awful! the sparkling raspberry one is probably just as bad. don’t be thrown by the mango lemonade, it is actually very spicy and completely ruins the drink.

The time kept moving. They replaced corn with gravy and one lot of chips missing. It's Standard now when i order. We play a game of who will not get what on delivery.

Went in on Sunday around 8:40pm. Was unable to get the zinger 2 burger deal on the in store self service machine. Stood at the counter behind the till- to ask for help and all staff purposely ignored me standing there. I asked if one of them can please take my order and they refused and said I had to use the self service machine. There were two of them just standing there not doing anything. One of them being the supervisor. I then said I can't get the deal on the machine. The supervisor response was that they can't do it because they don't have hot wings, I said I'm happy to not get the wings and still pay the full amount. Which they said no- as it's apart of the deal. I then asked again and said I'm honestly not bothered about the wings and would just like to get the 2 burger deal and she still said no. I just assumed they couldn't be bothered to serve me as that meant they actually had to work. I asked another girl if it's possible and her response was "what did the other girl say" and I said that she had said no and then she said "well no then" and my boyfriend could see the supervisor shaking her head and rolling her eyes- that I had asked the other girl. I just found the whole experience really rude and hostile. I understand that it was late in the evening and staff may be tired but that's no excuse to treat customers like they are an inconvenience. I decided not to support the business and instead went to subway instead!

My order too over an hour an half to arrive, when I called the restaurant I was told the order was taken ‘three minutes ago’ when I asked why it was late being delivered the person on the phone said that I shouldn’t question him and he hung up on me.

My mistake. When I came to pay I didn't notice that the delivery address hadn't been entered when I indicated the payment address was different. I have just moved and the change hasn't been registered with the bank yet.

The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite leaving clear instructions in the delivery notes to press the buzzer and deliver to the front door, he resisted and spoke to me in a very high tone. This behavior was unnecessary and quite unpleasant. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure better service in the future. Thank you

I eat in this KFC since it's open. But lately it's been shocking. Place is dirty, wrong orders or missing food in orders when u served by drive thru. Tills aren't working or drive thru system is down. Constantly no rice. I would not blame the staff they do their best. I would blame management. As its their responsibility to run place properly. Get more stuff make sure you have all the food u advertise and if place is dirty give a hand. Or shut it down as hygiene is shocking. Two years later and at this point I'm convinced to start to go MCDONALD'S The self order system via screen is absolutely shocking. Everything is so slow, it took over 25 min to get the food and there was only one order before us. Its faster to go drive and bring it in to eat. Place was obviously under staff, staff rude as obviously under pressure. Management needs step up the game and help or sort out the problem.

I spent £62 and they only sent a quarter of the order ridiculous won't be ordering from there again

Went to the drive through at 1630 today with my children and the male staff member who served us was extremely rude, he practically threw the food at us. When l requested for Ketchup he threw 3 packs it at me with one falling on the floor. I found his behaviour unacceptable.

Also, we should receive 4 fries but unfortunately we didn't receive any. Disappointing again!

I always order from the Harpurhey branch and I've never had any issues with the food. The quality and taste is as expected. My only concern is the cleanliness of the tables. They used to give out hand wipes but last time even the hand sanitiser wasn't filled up. They have drive through and plenty of parking space shared with Asda (max. stay 4hrs if I remember right, please check).

Never again will I go to this KFC ordered a two piece chicken meal and small gravy.the chicken was the size of a sparrow there was more skin than meat the fries 7 fries I got was soggy and disgusting and the gravy was like water.for the price of £9.88.absolute joke.

Go to another KFC or actually just don’t go to KFC at all anymore as it’s not what it used to be, especially at this restaurant. My whole family got food poisoning from here and instead of refunding in full like I asked, thought it would be a better option to give me a £15 voucher. Why would I want to eat somewhere that I’m going to get ill at??? Of course when KFC ‘investigated’ the case everything came back clear and there was no evidence of wrongdoing on their side. Multiple people have complained about the cleanliness and hygiene of this restaurant, and evidently, KFC don’t care. When I responded to their offer with this to back up my claim, they fell silent. Spend your money elsewhere.

The delivery estimate was 20-30 mins but it was almost an hour before it even left the restaurant! When I rang they said they had to make the chicken fresh, I mean, KFC, running out of cooked chicken?!
