Service was ok over intcom did not like receiving three chicken drummers for the price I paid I would have preferred a bit of variety

Went to the drive through at 1630 today with my children and the male staff member who served us was extremely rude, he practically threw the food at us. When l requested for Ketchup he threw 3 packs it at me with one falling on the floor. I found his behaviour unacceptable.

Order a Zinger supercharger tower burger for £9.99. Got 1 piece of chicken..

Delivery driver was great and waited patiently for a response as unfortunately I’m in A&E with a family member in a place I don’t know.

My food has not been delivered, I have not received my food..The driver went to a wrong location and the driver is very rude and he has been busy my call.. Please I need a refund.

I always order from the Harpurhey branch and I've never had any issues with the food. The quality and taste is as expected. My only concern is the cleanliness of the tables. They used to give out hand wipes but last time even the hand sanitiser wasn't filled up. They have drive through and plenty of parking space shared with Asda (max. stay 4hrs if I remember right, please check).

Never again will I go to this KFC ordered a two piece chicken meal and small gravy.the chicken was the size of a sparrow there was more skin than meat the fries 7 fries I got was soggy and disgusting and the gravy was like water.for the price of £9.88.absolute joke.

I put about my sons allergies on the order and i got a call, i was actually very impressed with that 👍

Go to another KFC or actually just don’t go to KFC at all anymore as it’s not what it used to be, especially at this restaurant. My whole family got food poisoning from here and instead of refunding in full like I asked, thought it would be a better option to give me a £15 voucher. Why would I want to eat somewhere that I’m going to get ill at??? Of course when KFC ‘investigated’ the case everything came back clear and there was no evidence of wrongdoing on their side. Multiple people have complained about the cleanliness and hygiene of this restaurant, and evidently, KFC don’t care. When I responded to their offer with this to back up my claim, they fell silent. Spend your money elsewhere.

The delivery estimate was 20-30 mins but it was almost an hour before it even left the restaurant! When I rang they said they had to make the chicken fresh, I mean, KFC, running out of cooked chicken?!

Absolutely filthy No hygiene in place from staff.whole place customer area and kitchen area very dirty Witnessed a staff member clean cutting board with his hand.and another member of staff wiped his hands on his top to clean. Very poor

Collected my food for it to look like it's been rebredded and refried old chicken the crisp that turned to dust ate a couple of hot wings and fillets got horrible food poisoning avoid this restaurant 👎🏻

Food arrived freezing, ordered to entrance 1 at north Manchester hospital, driver said he’s parked at entrance 3 and refused to come to entrance 1 until I demanded it to be delivered at the address given, drink attached to food which wouldn’t help with the temperature, also the food had been on its side causing the lid to open on the rice box and everything leak out into the paper bag. Extremely disgusted with the service

Love the experience and this specific kfc. Manager Anthony is a top guy. He sorted our wrong order without hesitation. As always top customer service at this place because of the leader.

left instructions for no sauce on the zinger stacker due to allergies, burger turned up with sauce on it so couldn't be eaten!!!

took for too long and when it arrived it was the wrong meal sent. I asked for tenders box less meal but was sent a burger with mayo... I am allegic to mayo and some ingredients contained in white bread. I understood I sent this complaint before but it wasn't submitted... always with just eat orders are 80% incorrect..app deleted i'll use another more reliable courier service In future

Wait ages at the drive through to finally talk with someone no please thankyou..it was just like the person didn't want to be in work ...this has happened a few times here know there mustn't be any staff training or at least limited ..there never seems to be anyone person in charge ..And it isn't value for money

The food was ok but not completely acceptable but we had to be content with the overall standard. PS: We wanted to buy Subway, but it is now impossible to order Subway as we continue to get a notice that says we have taken too long but this is nonsense as we just list the two items of melts then go to the checkout and then payment where we are blocked, so you need to do something to stop this blocking of Subway orders as we like their food but are now prevented from using them.

Been coming here for years and they are always friendly and polite. Food is always hot and presented well.

Spent nearly £60 on first order and half was missing, had to spend another £16 to replace missing food for it to be left in the back garden near the back door lying on its side with food all over the bag

Food was freezing when we finally got it. Chips were soggy and cold. Who put the cans in top of chips that’s aren’t in a bag? Absolutely livid. Not sure if it’s the staff or delivery driver. Not happy at all. Waste is nearly £25

Not the delivery persons fault. My address is placed, in not quite the correct location on your map, meaning delivery went to the wrong street before delivery.

It's the third time in 5 last orders when one item is missing. Also, the food is delivered in a wet and broken bag and almost cold. It's tasty like always, but the other things are not acceptable anymore.

I orderd a Trilogy box meal and regular popcorn chicken. And a large Pepsi max the trilogy box didn’t come just the Pepsi max and popcorn chicken so I had to get on my bike in the rain to go to kfc they said they couldn’t refund me I’m really Angry about this as my order cost nearly 20 pounds and I barley got anything just a empty bag with sauces in it and a bag with my popcorn chicken and drink I would like a refund asap

KFC Harpurhey, what can I say? it's more of a drive past then a drive-thru, in fact carpet bomb the entire region! I think the chicken is actually cooked in Sunseekers over the road then moved through under ground tunnels constructed before the invention of manners!

I would say this is the best kfc in manchester. Foods always fresh and crispy and hot. Don't bother with the Failsworth one

Delivery time was horrendous, it took over an hour from the time we placed the order until the very nice delivery driver arrived, the delivery time initially was about 30 minutes and then it was brought forward to 20 minutes, then it was out back to 45 minutes, that time came and went with no update then over an hour after placing the order it arrived, even the delivery driver said he'd been waiting at the restaurant nearly an hour and it was chaos, he was amazing though and got it to us really quick when it finally was ready, what a surprise the food was barely warm so has to be heated up as well, it was nice of course but having waited so long it wasn't enjoyed as much as it should have been.

but again it was stone cold not happy with the service it was not even delivered in a heat bag

Driver was good. The restaurant gad given ny order to someone else so was late. Food quality wasn't great and cans were warm as was in the same bag as the food!
