Very rude and unprofessional staff,the delay for the order is unacceptable. Please choose a different location

35 minutes wait and still no sign of any food, I even had to que for 5 minutes behind other people waiting for refunds, always slow service here and incredibly miss managed by the franchisee

As parking is only allowed for one hour, it makes for a rushed meal. That includes blue badge spaces - a mean and disrespectful time limit as up to 15 minutes can be used just getting out and back into the car for those with limited mobility.

Out of all the kfc places i have visited this place isn't too bad. Really need to brush up on there service and food. Many times there food is cold. But it's an easy place to get too. Car park isn't too badly spaced.

The fastest service I've ever had in a KFC. Cleaner than most too. Excellent service.

Boneless feast taken away this Saturday. Gravy was put upside down by staff. Gravy everywhere, all over kids clothes.. Food all soggy as well as split bag when I got home. Went in to have a quiet word with management today on the Monday as was to angry to phone or come back to the the towns KFC on Saturday. Management not willing to compensate in any way. Awfull customer service. I wish I could put the pictures on here also. Will be emailing them to management higher up!

To be honest we have tried over and over again to give this KFC the benefit of the doubt! We have had, cold food, poor quality and greasy! Usually they mess the order up and leave items out!!! The resistant and the toilets are disgusting and filthy, I’m used to loads of other takeaways but this specific KFC is horrific??!!??!! It’s by far the slowest drive thru I’ve ever used! Always an issue with something whether it’s the tills, menu items, order speaker etc etc No one ever about to tell you what’s going on? This time the order speaker and microphone weren’t working! When this happens at Mcds etc they come out and take orders at the vehicles?? No they made everyone wait and even took 15mins to serve the guy at the very front of the queue!! There is a KFC towards Great Yarmouth that is amazing to be honest! Polite staff, helpful and quick at their job! Foods always cooked well and never had any mistakes, yet! We hadn’t looked at the reviews but now realise we should have as their scores are the lowest I’ve seen for a fast food restaurant! We gave up on the drive thru and left after 35mins 🤯🤯 Definitely won’t ever go back and would advise anyone to use anywhere else for food except this KFC! Don’t normally leave reviews unless it’s positive but this one needed to be written as the franchisee needs to sort their act out!

New seasoned fries were vile. Chicken fillet burger. Tasteless and gristle in it. Yuk. Been ages since I’ve used kfc. Won’t be going back. It’s not improved.

order food rang 10 times to amend somthink on my order as it dont give you the option online noone answers at all so now ive got food with stuff on it which i cant eat terrible

Just had the best kfc , it ticked all the boxes - fast , hot , tasty bd the service was really friendly. The lady behind the counter was superb

Our first time here and definitely one of the best KFC we had. My kids loved it and enjoyed it. Big chicken and tasty- very generous Clean place Clean toilet

food came earlier then said which was fine with us the gentleman that delivered it was lovely food was hot and delicious 😋

not only very late there was no breast, rib or wings in the bucket. 10 legs and 4 thighs. what a total waste of money when children won't eat the dark meat. a extremely unhappy customer. spoilt out meal and treat.

Took over 20 minutes waiting for my order and the order was incorrect. No receipts from the self service and couldn’t get a receipt from the counter. The staff seemed more concerned about getting the deliveries done.

Delivery guys great, professional and prompt but ordered Pepsi max Cherry and given a plain can instead, food cold. Underwhelming order ( but not to do with the delivery guy )

I haven't been to KFC in years as there was too much grief getting to it. Then recently the new bridge opened and it's a lot easier so I've been twice now, at the request of my family mind as I wouldn't bother going myself. What an utterly miserable, impersonal place it's become. You have to order on a touch screen. You can pay cash at the till but by the time you've done half their job for them on the touch screen you might as well just swipe your card. The only human interaction is staff shouting out your order number. No hello, thank you, do you need anything else, no goodbye. Just your food dumped in front of you. Then when you get home you find the chicken overcooked - very dark brown and overly crunchy. A young lad seemed very keen, falling over himself to take food to a table with a couple of young girls on it but when it comes to a crinkly old man they won't even speak to me.

Good service Staff friendly and attentive but found our food small portions for the 18.99 bucket and all very peppery. Chips were skin on and as said peppery wasn't given a choice so discovered when we got home so not worth taken back. Oh well we know not to go back for a while now!

It was over 2 hours, your delivery guy was not given the collection until 18.50 and had to wait for the order, he told me Half the food was not eaten as it was cold when it was delivered. No explanation why it was so late.

Where do I start so after trying for 3 hours to order online delivery, I had to go out to go to the restaurant i asked picificly in our 6 pieces of chicken please can we have at least one breast as always get legs and wings when got home yep was all legs and wings again the 6 fillets were tiny and overcooked and so were the wings, Order quite regularly from this kfc so quite disappointed

I had worked all day and didn’t fancy cooking also at 9.10pm ordered KFC as said delivery between 35-50 mins but didn’t get delivered til 10.35 and didn’t get my drink

What has happened to KFC ? It no longer has any flavour, the fries are also bland, KFC used to be a treat but now it is just chicken

I ordered for 6.30 it arrived at 7.15. I ordered it for 6.30 because I ordered several different takeaways for the whole family to eat together at 6.30. All the other takeaways managed to deliver at 6.30. KFC deliver 45 minutes later and still get the order wrong

I ordered mine and my friends food at around 10:15pm last night and didn’t get it until way after 11:30pm. The delivery time kept getting pushed back and when the food did arrive, it was cold, the bag was ripped and the beans were leaking. I’d like a full refund please

ordered around 5:15, was delivered just after 7. I know Friday is busy but that's not acceptable. I nearly cancelled my order. I feel I am owed compensation or a refund

One portion of chips missing and all had seasoning on when we ask for it to be taken off, 2 gravy and asked for beans, one piece of chicken missing and the popcorn chicken !! Wrong drink THINK THAT IS EVERYTHING WRONG
