KFC Llandtrisant - Talbot Green Shopping Centre in Rhondda Cynon Taf

I've not received my order but courier said they have delivered it. It's not in ward 1

Must be the worst KFC I've been to. I've been here twice. First when it opened and today. The first time was horrendous. Long wait for food, when it came it was cold. How I don't know? So went to McDonald's around the corner. Thought they were just having a bad day and it being newly open etc. Went back today unfortunately nothing has changed. Won't be a 3rd visit.

wow. so the guy brings a bag to the door thats leaking from the bottom with chicken hanging out. i read my order and he aays yes. i asked where the rest of it was. he says oh it might be the other one. goes to the car comes back with a different bag and 1 drink. He tells me how theyve messed up in the shop. i had already tipped, thank him and he leaves. the box is missing the sause, missing the extra filled we paid for, missing the extra chicken we paid for. another drink was in the bag with the

my fries were missing from my order

Again food missing. When you order a meal deal for a family and one of the kids don’t each chips so you pay extra for mash only for it to be missing. A refund doesn’t cut it. We would prefer the food.

wings tasted burnt, and original chicken tasted bland, the coating tasted horrible.

Had a 10 piece bucket of chicken here today. It was the greasiest KFC I have ever had. My partner started one piece and set it aside. It was absolutely swimming. The gravy side order I had was awful too and barely had any warmth to it. The chicken must have been sitting for a while prior to serving us as it was instantly available. Staff there have no zip in them either. Worst food at a KFC I have had. 1 star is far too generous for this place!

Only colonel's meal arrived that was cold. Missing 20 hot wings bucket and when queried with driver he could not speak English. I would like a full refund please

Disappointing experience. The delivery driver spent 7 minutes calling to say he was outside, but he was nowhere to be seen. When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. Not the experience I expected

They took way to long for 5-10 mins my food was sitting there and they weren’t serving anyone’s orders. As soon as I got my food as I was about to ask for some mayo they just complete walked off.

Had a KFC delivery yesterday . Absolutely RUBBISH !!!!! Chicken salad box ! Box full of lettuce and sliced chicken !!!!! That was it !!! No tomato, No sweetcorn !!!!! And a bag of chips !!!! 8 chips YES 8 chips that were cold and I mean cold !!!!!THATS THE LAST ORDER THEY WILL EVER GET FROM ME !!!!! Disgraceful !!!!!!! Delivery time kept changing went from 30 minutes to over an hour. Delivery driver was rude and impatient and refused to walk up the steps to the front door.

3 times I've ordered from this KFC, each time the foods either stone cold or the chicken fillet in the burgers is so overcooked its barely edible

Food poor quality & cold. Very little amount of sauce in side dishes. We won’t be ordering from this outlet again.

Ordered 4 peices of chicken, added a note to ask for all legs. Didnt even get 1 leg! My daughter wouldnt eat the other peices so went without!! Shocking!!

sadly waited for 2 1/2 hours. its was luke warm but it is KFC so tasted great...I will never complain about food made for me but £36 I would have preferred it hot.

I have been made aware of the circumstances around staff here and their breaks. The law says if you work 6 or more hours in a day then you are entitled to a break. The management in this particular establishment talk to their staff about not having a break if they are busy. This has happened to staff under the age of 18 that are working a mixture of 6 hour shifts to 16 hour shifts. The management should organise better to ensure their staff get the break they deserve.

My mother ordered one zinger burger and rice in a box for take away but when opened at home it is both rice in a box. Not happy. 2nd time experience with this KFC store.

driver was not happy he had to bring the food to my door in a complex for people with disabilities.?.give me attitude when asking for the code.

Ordered a delivery at 11:50am. By 13:45 the app was telling me it was still being prepared. By 13:50 the app says my food has been delivered when it has not. How do I find out what is happening with my order?

He was very polite and very courteous when he delivered the food.

why do you miss things from the order?

The colonel would be embarrassed, 38 minutes for child's meal and 2 chicken wings, (fast food 🤔) A cleaner is needed as the place is so dirty, tables are full of rubbish, bins haven't been empty for a while as trays are piled up on top,

BBQ chicken pot and sweet chilli chicken pots were awful! 2 bits of chicken not 4 plus they were scabby bits also terrible. Burgers were ok, Chicken strips were fine. Not great all in all

I didn’t receive all my order - KFC admitted there fault after checking there CCTV and we were told to raise it with Just Eat. To which I haven’t had any response. Very dissatisfied with the service.

The driver refused to drive to our house, so my husband had to run out and find him in torrential rain and wind. By the time he got the food back it was soggy and cold. Would have just collected if we’d known the driver couldn’t actually deliver it.

when I placed the order I ask not to put cold food in with hot food as its makes the entire order cold and uneatable, but it looks like staff members are unable to read a simple instruction as I get the entire order cold/uneatable

As soon as our order arrived we checked it and found that some of the items were missing. We tried ringing KFC but after several attemps we gave up and messaged via the app to just eat. This was a complete waste of time. They have never got back to us. We spent £50.50 on our order, over £20 of food not delivered. Total waste of time

The portion was small. We were given 5 pcs of drumstick and one small thigh portion. Not satisfied

Half the order was missing. Tried phoning KFC but as usual, no answer. Reported to Just eat but.. no reply. Over £20 worth of orders missing. My order was £50.50. Two people missed out on their food so had to share what was delivered. I appreciate it wasn’t just eat who put the order together but when I spend over £50 I expect my delivery to be right.

Popped in as I was staying at the Premier Inn nearby.. Wasn’t busy, about 3 customers in store but still took over 10 minutes to prepare a relatively small order. Items had been forgotten and staff made aware to rectify. Only annoyance was that staff members forget they’re in a work place. Visited here on Tuesday night and these lot were shouting, banging, swearing and having a singing competition with each other. It was like they forgot they had customers sitting inside. Very unprofessional from everyone involved. I thought it was McDonald’s that hired clowns…

Only received food for two out of 4 people’s orders. What is happening. Order should be checked before bagging.
