Didn’t come with the extra popcorn chicken or the 3 pc chicken

Cold all of it didn’t help cold cans of tango placed on top of food

3 times I've ordered from this KFC, each time the foods either stone cold or the chicken fillet in the burgers is so overcooked its barely edible

Missing all 4 dips that were included

Food poor quality & cold. Very little amount of sauce in side dishes. We won’t be ordering from this outlet again.

absoultly discussed orderd at 1pm eventually arrived at 4.15 pm same time as a new order

food was nearly an hour later than I booked for. when the time kept changing later, I tried to cancel order as I didn't have the time to wait, but would've me a refund, and the food was stone cold. shocking!!

Didn’t get what was ordered to then ringing and then emailing to no help what so ever this is happening to to many people not just about lateness in getting the food it was cold also with not getting what we ordered

Asked for changes to the food and they never got made. Didn’t eat it because I don’t like sauce so ruined the food

Ordered 4 peices of chicken, added a note to ask for all legs. Didnt even get 1 leg! My daughter wouldnt eat the other peices so went without!! Shocking!!

sadly waited for 2 1/2 hours. its was luke warm but it is KFC so tasted great...I will never complain about food made for me but £36 I would have preferred it hot.

Please stop putting cold drinks on hot food

The time kept on delaying , food arrived cold, had to phone up to see if they had my order since it was preparing for over 50 minutes , apart from that the delivery driver was sweet

Not really great, the zinger burger was tiny nearly a couple bites and is gone.For the price it was disappointing. Delivery Was fast tho

I have been made aware of the circumstances around staff here and their breaks. The law says if you work 6 or more hours in a day then you are entitled to a break. The management in this particular establishment talk to their staff about not having a break if they are busy. This has happened to staff under the age of 18 that are working a mixture of 6 hour shifts to 16 hour shifts. The management should organise better to ensure their staff get the break they deserve.

My mother ordered one zinger burger and rice in a box for take away but when opened at home it is both rice in a box. Not happy. 2nd time experience with this KFC store.

driver was not happy he had to bring the food to my door in a complex for people with disabilities.?.give me attitude when asking for the code.

Ordered a delivery at 11:50am. By 13:45 the app was telling me it was still being prepared. By 13:50 the app says my food has been delivered when it has not. How do I find out what is happening with my order?

He was very polite and very courteous when he delivered the food.

why do you miss things from the order?

The colonel would be embarrassed, 38 minutes for child's meal and 2 chicken wings, (fast food 🤔) A cleaner is needed as the place is so dirty, tables are full of rubbish, bins haven't been empty for a while as trays are piled up on top,

BBQ chicken pot and sweet chilli chicken pots were awful! 2 bits of chicken not 4 plus they were scabby bits also terrible. Burgers were ok, Chicken strips were fine. Not great all in all

I didn’t receive all my order - KFC admitted there fault after checking there CCTV and we were told to raise it with Just Eat. To which I haven’t had any response. Very dissatisfied with the service.

The driver refused to drive to our house, so my husband had to run out and find him in torrential rain and wind. By the time he got the food back it was soggy and cold. Would have just collected if we’d known the driver couldn’t actually deliver it.

when I placed the order I ask not to put cold food in with hot food as its makes the entire order cold and uneatable, but it looks like staff members are unable to read a simple instruction as I get the entire order cold/uneatable

forgot my gravy and my extra hot wings,also ordered a burger and chips and was minimal amount of chips and cold burger.

Absolutely rubbish..... Dont ever visit this dirty place. They serve food always cold. Not clean at all. Very very bad experience every time visted. Not recommended at all. 😡

As soon as our order arrived we checked it and found that some of the items were missing. We tried ringing KFC but after several attemps we gave up and messaged via the app to just eat. This was a complete waste of time. They have never got back to us. We spent £50.50 on our order, over £20 of food not delivered. Total waste of time

The portion was small. We were given 5 pcs of drumstick and one small thigh portion. Not satisfied

Half the order was missing. Tried phoning KFC but as usual, no answer. Reported to Just eat but.. no reply. Over £20 worth of orders missing. My order was £50.50. Two people missed out on their food so had to share what was delivered. I appreciate it wasn’t just eat who put the order together but when I spend over £50 I expect my delivery to be right.

Popped in as I was staying at the Premier Inn nearby.. Wasn’t busy, about 3 customers in store but still took over 10 minutes to prepare a relatively small order. Items had been forgotten and staff made aware to rectify. Only annoyance was that staff members forget they’re in a work place. Visited here on Tuesday night and these lot were shouting, banging, swearing and having a singing competition with each other. It was like they forgot they had customers sitting inside. Very unprofessional from everyone involved. I thought it was McDonald’s that hired clowns…

For the price you’d think the chicken is great but ordered a wicked variety meal and two pieces of chicken were so small there wasn’t even any chicken on them. Such a waste of money. Too expensive for poor quality food

Missed out literally half the order. Not refunding the service charge despite this. Not using just eat again.

Unable to fulfill original order due to supplier issue, substituted with original chicken on the bone, which was to my satisfaction and great taste.

Whenever I've visited this place its been dirty. However, went there Friday with the kids and the state of the place was the worst I've seen it. Tables full of dirty rubbish, bins over flowing and food stamped in on the floor. To make it worse, the place was pretty much empty! If they keep the restaurant in that state, how do they keep the kitchen. I left without ordering

Chicken was very well done, overcooked and the order was all chicken legs except for 3 pieces it looked like the restaurant was trying to use up all its previous cooked pieces !

After 45 minutes’ waiting after the booked delivery time, the app said it didn’t know where the courier was. We tried ringing the branch - no answer. When the order arrived, the courier said he had got lost and when I said he should have called me he said his phone was out of power. The food was cold and overall it was not a pleasant experience. I would never use JustEat to order KFC again.

Driver did not knock the door so when I checked the app to see it was delivered 10 minutes earlier and left on the doorstep! Food is freezing cold and soggy as it’s been raining

Half of my food was missing upon calling the restaurant they informed me they were aware of the issue but there was nothing they could do.

We order from KFC every friday. Tonight's was disgusting! The wrap was basically all red cabbage with a tiny bit of very hard chicken. Straight in the bin. The boneless meal chicken were all hard like proper crunchy-break-your-teeth hard and cold. The hot wings again were hard and cold and very dry. Very disappointing and not happy that quite a lot of it had to go in the bin.

We did not receive our drinks. Not happy!!

Unfortunately we didn’t receive our bottle of Pepsi max .

I just had food delivered and the chicken was short

My full order never came. A bottle of 1.5ltr tango was left out of order. Never saw the delivery driver as food was left on front step. If i had spoken to driver i would of asked about the bottle of pop. I did bring this up within the just eat app and 2hrs i still havent heard anything. Not likey to ever order kfc again.

Driver delivered to the wrong place, the customer who got the food contacted me as the phone number was on the receipt and personally brought it to me as they lived nearby. As far as I know the other customer never received their food. Food was cold by the time the situation was resolved.

JustEat app said that the delivery was made at 12:04. 20 minutes later and it has not arrived and there is no option to chase it up only to request a refund, but I want my order, not a refund.

No issue of being 5 minutes early. The only issue is that the food was cold and I had to reheat it in the microwave. I at least expect the food to be warm enough to eat.

My mother has to come from her own home twice this week to show driver where I live as I have children as o cannot go out and look my food as been super cold I would appreciate refund please this is second time now many thanks
