Delicious Chicken And Kebab in Rhondda Cynon Taf

chicken strips were awful...as if they were cooked last week. small and very dry/hard. never again

Food turned up cold, attempted to eat my cold chicken burger only to be met with a sharp bone big enough that it could have stuck in my throat. Won’t be ordering from here again

Ordered a large chips and it comes in a regular tray. This cost £3.90! I know prices have gone up but almost 4 quid for a regular chips which are just frozen chips is absolutely disgusting. I have been a very regular customer of theirs for many years but never again

asked for sauce only on the chips not burger and the burger was full of sauce. Asked for salad on the burger amd it came with just onion. Also southern fried chicken was very soggy and seemed undercooked.

I ordered via just eat, the app the pictures are misleading and show the burger buns where fresh thick egg washed rolls and the chips were pictured as thick cut triple cooked. Unfortunately, you a cheap factory packed sealed bun and frozen straight cut chips deep fired that were clearly reheated. The salad is iceberg lettuce, quater of a cucumber shaving and 1 thinly sliced tomatoe 4 slices of white onion and 2 slices of red onion. If the items where not portrayed as better quality on just eat I wouldn't of ordered. Sorry but this was a sloppy deep fried mess. The strawberry cheese cake is also the frozen sort you can tell by synthetic cream instead actual cheese cake filling. The feta cheese and olive salad, again it was iceberg lettuce, sliced black olives, large chunks of feta which should be crumbles across the salad, chopped tomatoes and slices of red onion. I appreciate we love tough times however I expect a meal to be as pictured. I ate some because I was so hungry and had northing else in. Recently visited here after trying to place an order over the phone and then online. After giving my order over the phone I was told I couldn't pay by card, neither could they send a text link to pay by card. When trying online, met with just as many difficulties. Decided to walk down and collect my order. I asked for my lamb doner meat to be cooked well done (normally put on griddle). Despite requesting this the member of staff who served me didn't bother. Sort these simple issues out and maybe in future I will increase my * rating.

Chicken was hard and not very nice tasting inside the wrap, chips were hard. Not very impressed and unfortunately had to dispose of my meal in the bin.

I had a chicken Shiah from there last night (4/12/23) Was horrendous I couldn’t eat it! My carrots were soggy and sour as if they had Gone off! The chicken Shiah wasn’t cooked I had one bitful and the dogs had it woke up this morning with food poisoning!!! Absolutely ridiculous… new order awful food!!

I had A chicken fillet burger from there last night and it’s giving me food poisoning. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with chicken, I worked there and the fillets I had to chuck out because they were gone off! The lettuce in my burger was brown! It’s disgusting won’t be having from there again!

Food is good, staff are great people, easily one of the better takeouts in the area.

I've been ordering here for years at least ten and I've never ever complained before but food ordered on just eat turned up and it was cold namely the chips and wings the burger was luke warm at best so I rung them they said send it back they were sending the driver and they'd refund I could then re order and they'd send it out quicker only to have a voicemail from the manager saying the food wasn't cold I was lying and that I was banned from ordering again getting a take away Is expensive these days I wasn't paying for cold chips really not a good way to treat long time customers and I'll find somewhere else to get my food no bother at all

Second time I've tried them. First wasn't so good, but thought I'd give them another try, we all have bad days right! This time I had a mixed doner kebab, one of the worst I've had. Meat was extremely thin dry crispy and almost tasteless, at least the salad was fresh I suppose.. needless to say, I will not be ordering again.

Absolutely terrible. My meal was missing its chips rung up to let them know they said they will send me some up waited an hour still no chips so rung back up and the bloke was very rude down phone. Quite happily take my money but wont deliver the right food and the food i did recive was cold. Dinner was ruined

VERY late the last two times we ordered & when we call they say they haven't got enough drivers, the foods okay, it just gets lots less tasty when you have to wait 20/30/40 mins to get your food, should make promises they can't keep.

I used delicious every week but the past 2 weeks ive noticed the portion sizes are ridiculously small ...i ordered 3 large chips which when delivered all 3 portions fitted in the palm of my hand. Also ordered an Extra large shish which cost around £10 alone. There was hardly no meat in there. I phoned to complain and the owners attitude was disgusting. He didnt care so tonight theyve lost a regular customer. Avoid guys

Doner kebab and pizza are great

I normally have mixed shish and always have the extra salad if asked and extra sauce and the kids meals are fairly large and come with a drink and lolly to make the kids happy so thats a bonus

First time I used this place ordered a pizza and kebab arrived within 15 minutes piping hot . Man who took my order over the phone very pleasant. Pizza was lovely and fresh 100% better then the local papa john’s or dominos. Good topping if I wanted to be picky next time would have some garlic in it also . Kebab again very fresh plenty of filling . Will be ordering from here again .

Order from here a lot, used to be the best place about. However last couple of times it’s gone to the dogs! The kebab is very thick and wide, (almost the thickness of a McDonald’s burger in places) and no crisp at all on it. The chicken is the same. The chips are very hard and hollow inside almost as if they have been warmed back up by re frying them. It’s also expensive for the area, overall not very good and a far cry from what it used to be. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Personally would give it no stars...constantly overcharging customers and taking advantage in this shop especially when people have had a drink and kids. Charged me for my meal and then said I never gave him money....knew I did as this was the only note I had on me...never been there since...one big RIP off place...check what your being charged for peeps

Everytime i order from there my order is wrong, ordered a cheese and onion pizza on just eat the receipt says whats on there.. Nope just plain cheese, i ordered a meal so now my chips are cold they won't send a meal just the pizza, many thanks deano and ramo same as always. Your ex employee

Waited nearly 2hours food came cold and parts of the order missing as a regular customer not happy won't be ordering from here again. Back to filla pita Pontypridd

Used to be my go to place when two pieces of chicken, chips and a can of Pepsi was £3.30. That was back in 2010 and it's become unbearably expensive for much diminished quality.

I ordered a pizza, it arrived after 45 minutes. It was cold, or at best, lukewarm. It tasted of nothing, extremely disappointed, we phoned to tell them, we asked for a refund but all of a sudden they couldn't hear us. They did say that they served 5 other pizzas without complaints. My pizza went in the bin. I will never shop there again.

Food is basic take away, I rang them from my mobile after that I started getting unsolicited txt messages from them. Was told they would remove me but still kept getting them. Blocked the number and reported to ICO

Food is always lovely which is why I always go here yet every time I phone I get told to wait while I am listening to the receptionist on the phone to somebody else, always get a rude attitude and arrogant service and that to me totally destroys the reputation as I’m giving them my money and to someone with manners of a 4 year old. Not happy.

Disgusting food and overcharged to 11 year old girls our order was £6.20, he took £10 with no change back horrible attitude they were so rude and started getting his hair off I wouldn't recommend it there

Ordered a meal at 8:45 came at 10:05 they said it will be 40 minutes to hour waited over an hour came back with 2 orders missing attitude stinked over the phone kids got school in the morning not happy costumer.
