KFC Liverpool - Ranelagh St in Liverpool

I love a KFC from time to time but definitely not here. Have visited several times and the customer service is awful so definitely never again. You order one thing and get given something else. I always specifically ask and pay for 3 Chicken Breasts, Large Fries and a Coke and then get given 2 Chicken Breasts and a Chicken Thigh or Chicken Leg, which i don't like. The tables are never properly cleaned and its a miserable place to eat. Will not be returning or recommending. Shame on KFC. Definitely not finger licking good, more finger fecking awful.

Food was OK but barely got any, paid for a large mash and gravy and they were half full and paid for 10 mini fillets but only got 9 and the toilets were full of urine.

Delivery guy had said was on road, when came out, nowhere to be seen, then came up as delivered on app and number he called on could not be reached, have requested full refund as a result

The service was absolutely terrible. It seemed that the staff didn’t know what they were doing at all. My food wasn’t made on a clean surface so my food was contaminated and now I can’t eat that wrap as it’s a food safety risk. The staff forgot my wings, I only noticed 10 mins after so I had to go back. I was on my break from work, as I went back and forth my food did go cold and had to throw it in the bin. Also, 3 people got their order before me even though I ordered before those 3 orders.

Items were missing from the order!

I didn’t receive my order but it’s showing delivered. I need my refund or else I would put a feedback and report the service of kfc

Great experience, just wish they would get the veggie box correct as it also comes with a seperate cob. Order everyday and dont want to fall out after being banished from Chaloner for sounding to much like the street name. I cannot report it for a refund as it only accepts the whole meal and they sometimes forget my can from my chicken dinner also. it is frustrating because i get a sense of "hes already got a bottle of fizz why does he need the can". A+ a thumbs up from me. Top delivery. Good.

Absolutely shocking food. Original Chicken looks as though it's been cooked multiple times and there isn't much chicken left on it. Delivery driver was half way down the street from where they needed to be, show ls exactly on the tracking map where they should be going.

Just ordered 10 pice chicken meal with 4 chips for £18.99 but got back to my hotel and only got 6 pieces of chicken I’m disabled so carnt walk back now as I’m to bad Iv messaged the kfc but not had a reply this is not acceptable please reply or contact me

KFC Liverpool - Ranelagh St. Staff are marking all orders as ready to collect very quickly when the orders aren’t ready, this means customers are walking up to collect and being told actually the order is not ready the screen has been marked prematurely. Causing a lot of unnecessary confusion and frustration for all the customers in the store. People being told to keep waiting for very long amounts of time. Ready to collect screen is manipulated by the staff and marked incorrectly. The restaurant is mayhem. Customers don’t know what to do. All orders showing as ready but in reality none actually were. The chicken was burnt and black. I am guessing they increase the temperature of the cookers too high so the chicken will cook quicker but in reality it burned. I won’t go back.

I popped in to the KFC in town. The staff member (Ashly) was very helpful when it came to assisting me on the kiosk. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The facilities were very clean and the management was warm and friendly. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Excellent stuff!

Ordered three mini fillet burgers and one portion of chips. Got four portions of chips delivered. Are the staff in here simple or are they doing this on purpose because this is every single time I order.

I have had bad experiences with the quality of the food here. The chicken wings seemed to be rotten from the inside and the smell was too bad. I thought it could be just a one time thing but it’s almost every time that the quality of food being served seemed poor to me. I just had my food here and decided to refrain myself from visiting this place again. Environment is always unhygienic as the staff don’t bother to clean the tables often. Also, they wouldn’t have napkins most of the time, poor service by the executives.

Absolutely shocking delivery, delivery stated that it was out for delivery for over 1 hour and it has still yet to arrive although it has said delivered. After spending over £30 on this it is a disgrace for just eat delivery

I went to eat around 8.45-9.30, so it was very quiet and chill atmosphere for me to just eat and enjoy my food. The female staff at the till was very nice and kind, and was very approachable as well. I wish the team the best.

The food at KFC was a total disaster! My order was forgotten, and when it finally arrived, it was burnt and dry. The whole experience was a letdown. I wouldn't recommend it based on this terrible service.

Bag was destroyed wasn’t drivers fault, restaurant packed two bottles of water and a can in the bag and crushed and destroyed the bag. Food was squashed and was also very cold. I took pictures of the food and bag and will be sending it in. Shocking.

Slow, cold and embarrassing. Couldn't handle the demand of order. Food wasn't edible in the end after a 30 minute wait and my meal was missing a piece of chicken.

The chicken was slimy and did not seem well cooked. Ordered an additional piece of chicken and I received a part of one wing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The delivery was good but the food was beyond inedible. The food was cold, the crusting on the chicken was very lumpy and the chicken was definitely not fresh.

Food's okay, very small portions. The tables are always dirty and the bins overflowing more often than not. Not disability friendly at all. Very limited seating downstairs and there is a speaker directly above those table playing music very loudly.

It's the worst Kentucky fried chicken 🍗 I've ever been too. Nothing representative the franchise, I've eaten this in Leeds Bradford York Harrogate Manchester Birmingham Wales and I have to say this has been the worst ever none of the franchise has ever tasted like this. Along with the misrepresentation of the £2.39p BBQ Mini and Chicken Chilli source. Please people don't het it isnt worth the price, plus the pictures paint a thousand words of lies.

Went in today and was shocked and made incredibly uncomfortable by what seemed to be the manager physically pushing and quite violently shoving, a younger employee out of the way. Made me and my child very uncomfortable, looked like bullying. A larger poc man with glasses, who seemed to be the manager. disgusting and embarrassing poor lad. This was done blatantly in front of customers so wonder whats happending where he cant be seen !!

I fell off a chair from this store and hurt my hand and broke and injured my nail. And i fell on the oil just near the chair which came from the faulty exhaust above.and the manager did nothing , he just came and taken the chair out and left.

My meal may have been given to someone else, I waited at the counter for half hour, I tried to explain the situation to the staff but was ignored. Finally the manager gave me my meal after asking what I ordered but it was not right, fries and coke were missing, when I raised this point with him he said to the staff 'whatever just give him a coke' which sounded like a charity. I paid for it！

we’re missing almost all of our order. i am absolutely outraged. we’ve literally missed on about £25 of the £40 order

Don't like the new seasoning, it's ruined the chips. TAKE IT OFF, CHANGE IT BACK! Toilets are locked downstairs, no tissues or bins or stand with straws etc on downstairs. The toilets had loads of water on the floor, no sign, nearly fell over.

Despite the board showing that our order is ready, when we go to the counter, they tell us to wait for another 10 minutes. This happens repeatedly, causing confusion. Additionally, the loud music makes it difficult to hear when our order is announced. Providing a microphone for announcements or implementing a proper display or messaging system would greatly improve the experience, allowing customers to know when their order is ready without having to wait inside."

first time using this and the drink is missing

I was a bit apprehensive to order after seeing the reviews of items missing but we were in a rush to get to a show and didn't have time to go find somewhere to eat, so bit the bullet and ordered. I rang the restaurant after ordering to make sure they read the comments section as I didn't want the slaw on my wrap. This was no problem. My delivery arrived 15 minutes early which was a bonus as meant we had time to enjoy the food. Everything in our order was there and was piping hot. Will definitely order again!

Worst KFC I've been to. One of the worst fast food experiences (maybe the worst ever). Ordered on the screen - no receipt. Fine. Turn around to see a staff member wiping their nose on their sleeve. Wondered if it was too late to get my money back but I was in a rush and needed food. Took about 15 minutes to receive my order. They gave me the wrong drink and forgot a dip and no straw for the cold drink. Food was greasy... like it was covered in oil. I usually like KFC but I could barely stomach any of this. Left hungry..id usually return the food in this case but didn't have time to wait another 20 mins for more. Bins were also overflowing - barely any room even on top of the bins. I don't know what is going on at this KFC but it was like something from kitchen nightmares. I wish I'd have avoided it so reviewing here as a warning to others.

Food was standard KFC.self service used seemed to be shirt staffed room ages for a small order . If wanted Michelin 5 star food would of went elsewhere so can't really complain. Only came for a few cheeky wings to tide me over till dinner

As a customer, I strongly advise the manager to fire all the employees, because I see that they are going out, not working.

Waited over 40 minutes for food and our order was given to someone else and wasnt told about items not being on the menu while ordering at the till, staff dont understand basic customer service after being ignored for 15 minutes... no cleaning staff food all over floors and bins overflowing

Nice and hot food will be served. Always busy but the first floor is closed after 7 it needs to open so can control the crowd over there.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is the worst KFC in all of Liverpool. I've eaten here on a couple occasions, I assumed that the poor quality food was pretty much the norm at all KFCs - the chicken drumsticks steamed for soo long that the meat falls off from the bone, the poor quality fries and the chicken gravy thats so weak, that can be easily mistaken as a urine sample in a container - see if you can dip your chicken/fries without getting it down you . I was wrong to assume that all KFCs are like this, as I recently discovered that Seaforth & Litherland branch is probably the best! I really am surprised that KFC head-office don't monitor the quality of the food produced to its customers, because it needs to sort out Ranelagh St branch for sure. 😡😡😡

Food was stone cold, didn’t even put a sauce I payed for in the bag. Also I got the tiniest pieces of chicken imaginable, no lid for the box or chips so went everywhere in the bag, and just to top it off, the driver was rude and on his phone. Never ordering from here again

Ok got hot gravy but do not like the chips now! Bring back the orginal ones, had to ask them to clean the table!! Ok he got paper towel but no spray to clean I! And the toilets both men and ladies in the same.... 2 male loo and 2 female loos! Sorry not a good idea.

I ordered takeout I ended up decided to dine 🤮tables were not not cleared , I had to request cleaning spray and clean our table still the cashier ignored me when I told her about dirt tables, and toilet are dirt too, , also Stuff are not friendly need to do better, My order was horrible Oreo milkshake was filled with ice.
