Took payment for order and didn't deliver food

Went on Saturday evening about 8pm, it wasn't that busy, just everyone waiting for service, for which there only 2 guys and a girl turned up later. The place was disgusting, litter, food, drinks, packaging strewn over the floor, the tables, the prep counter had previos food spilled on it, quite visible, and trays had random bits of cooked food laying for the entire 45 minutes I had to wait from placing odlrder to receiving it. It was literally cleaner outside in the street. There were a further 7 customers ordered after me, and numerous just eat drivers arrived after me, and all were served before me. Eventually got served, no apology, no acknowledgement of the wait or the state of the place, just shoved a bag in my hand and said there you go.

The food was unacceptable. There were hairs in it, and it was thrown into the bag carelessly, causing burgers to fall apart and create a messy mayo situation. Just pure filth really.

This place unfortunately has just gone to the dogs. Absolutely shocked. We called in tonight 11th December got ordered around 6pm and the wait for our food was ridiculous and the restaurant itself was stinking dirty. Dirt all over the floor and tables and when I asked polity for the male staff member behind the front counter to clean it for us. He laughed and tutted in my face and then during our meal i had went up and had asked for some cups and the staff completely ignored me so I had to get them myself... appalled at the customer service. It was the same way a couple weeks ago when i had called in...something definitely needs done with this or else you will lose alot of customers! I know for sure I won't be back until something is urgently done!! If I could of given 0 stars I would have.

This place is disgusting the staff can't cope when busy and they have attitude problems when asked to clean a table . I was so shocked at the dirt of the place I will never be back .

Ridiculous wait on food. Staff with terrible customer service so rude and the front of house is rotten. Wouldn't even let my dog sit!! Gobsmacked!

Absolutely disgraceful.. waiting 40 min on an order … this place a disgrace . Please can everyone contact head office kfc make a formal complaint.. if we don’t the franchise holder will never change . Aye think we deserve better as a society. They just take or money no respect

A truly sad delivery.. my food came half complete missing the gravy & extra nicer chicken incase the piece's taste bad. The pieces taste terrible on their own, for once the cold normally awful chip's were ok. Spent 30 quid on this, dont ever risk a delivery at Lisburn. Maybe the rude driver's ate my food

What is going wrong with KFC. Overpriced and getting less for your money and know things are getting more expensive, but what you get is getting smaller. You could count the chips on 10 fingers and the 3 small bits of over cooked chicken. It was more like a starter than a meal.

Poor service, order incorrect and a 35 minute wait?? Attitude of staff is appalling, just eat drivers get priority over done in customers. Had to clean my own table before use, staff clearly cannot hand the "fast" food theory

Absolutely disgusting. Went with my daughter today before going to the cinema. There was only. 2 people eating ,so thought it wouldn’t take long, 20minutes later we were still waiting. No one seems to be doing anything. Finally got food which was just disgusting, chicken was watery.. was meant to get ice cream with kids meal, still waiting on it. Will never be back.

ordered on just eat, just wasted £30! paid for items that didnt come, paid for large didnt get large, asked for plain burgers got them with everything on! rang the restaurant and they couldnt care less! wouldnt waste your money here cause you wont get what you want and the staff arent willing to help you replace/ fix issues either! wont be making the mistake of going to this kfc again!

If I Could give no Stars I would. 45minutes for fast food ! I have been served quicker in a sit down restaurant. Avoid at all costs. 2 staff up front serving customers 1 poor guy left to do the till and orders alone. Other one on takeaway orders. Just eat etc. And about 6 Staff or maybe more out back on drive through. Management who ??? Where ????

A member of staffs attitude in this place is very unpleasant she doesn't respect the delivery drivers a girl with glasses in her late 50s I've reported her to kfc head office I am an uber eats driver and will never set foot in this restaurant again we ask for the delivery's in a pleasant way we don't need to be told sarcasticly by members of staff to say please we are there to give numbers to the staff to pick up orders to take out for delivery when we get the delivery's we kindly say thank you and goodbye we don't have to take there bad moods because they can't control there own stress when they have to work under pressure avoid this place at all costs go to another kfc it's a very poorly run restaurant the member of staff in question has a serious bad chip on her shoulder .

This was by far the worst restaurant i have ever been to in my whole life. The service was the worst, staff had attitude and made us wait 20 mins while they were standing at the till doing nothing. Not impressed of this KFC. Wont ever be coming back.

This KFC has been a big part of Lisburn for me and my friends for years the food is incredible with well trained and professional staff members that make the experience better I recommend to everyone.

Great tasting chicken, unfortunately no hot beverages as machine has been broken for a while. This seems to be a regular occurrence at KFC branches in N Ireland, machine breaks down takes ages to get fixed.

Woman who came to assist with our problem could not have been any more of a rude pathetic excuse for customer service. Didn’t give the food made properly said they were making a new one then gave the same one back cold with the missing stuff plopped on top and too apology Said of course it was cold as food was ordered 40 minutes ago so openly admitted when they agreed to make a new one they gave the bad order back m Fella at till also told us they didn’t put what’s in the order in my food in the first place as they “would have to open a new one” so I miss out on what I paid for because of laziness???? Refused to make a new one after I opened the box of my food given straight back to me and confronted and blonde woman was extremely rude and dismissive and wasn’t even offering refund or new food until I demand it Won’t be back absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace, stood behind college for half an hour waiting to be served. Seem more interested in the drive through and online orders. Avoid if nipping in on a timed lunch break. Asian lady was pleasant enough to notify that they were swamped and only 2 staff on at counter. Had to clean a table down myself to sit down, place fairly dirty. Ah where has the fast food industry gone, not fast no more. Ended up fooking leaving and heading across the road to MB chicken. Nice little spot to be honest. Nice and clean and lovely atmosphere. Food very nice too.....

Stood for half an hour on lunch break they didn’t even take 1 order place was stinking them seem more interesting in just eat or drive through no time for normal customers left an ask did they not serve people anymore to which the Asian lady replied we only have two workers not her fault went across road to mb chicken place spotless served instantly food excellent il never be back near that kfc

Very busy and seating areas dirty, waste bins in restaurant overflowing.large liquid spill just inside entrance ignored.

Went today with my girls for a meal. Sat in. Wish I hadn't the place was disgusting. Tables not cleaned, floor disgusting covered in food and wet under the tables. Bins overflowing with rubbish. Something needs to be done. Only seen 4 staff but no excuse to keep the place clean. Won't be back for a long time

Five staff behind counter I dined in I've been here for roughly 20 mins food was lovely but the cleanliness of the place is stinking its quiet has been whole time I've been in not 1 of them out 2 clean looks like from when they have opened food everywhere I wished I'd taken out 2 b honest disgusting 2 eat in but instead the r making little pop corn boxes up really there r cameras in this place I hope the boss/manager sees this unreal

If you want to wait 45 minutes to get fast food, this is the place. Management haven't a clue how to run a successful restaurant. There was no staff at the counter more than there were staff. They all seemed more interested in messing about with their delivery driver. Staff were more interested in online orders than those standing in the queue for 40 minutes. Then when my meal was finally ready, it was missing a piece of chicken, I made the staff aware, to be told it only comes with 1 piece of chicken, which was lies. The advert and me ordering it before from adifferent KFC tells me otherwise, also chicken was slightly burnt and stone cold freezing. Awful place to eat.

The most watery chicken in Northern Ireland water just pores out of it and greasy as hell... said this before but no choice in the matter kids where hungry

Used to be a decent KFC so we gave it a fair few chances in the last 6 months. Drive thru - take your money then tell you items aren't available, no alternatives offered unless YOU push for them. Repeated order a number of times and you still get the wrong thing. I can't imagine how frustrating this would be for someone hard of hearing or not confident in using drive through systems. Food - chips seem to be available immediately with piles sitting in bags. Chicken not so much. Inside or sit in - unclean, tables not cleared (customers should do this themselves but when not staff should be on the ball to clear and clean). Plenty of staff on tills. Be good to see more on the floor and even directing queues of people congregating staring aimlessly st the menus before silently staring down staff to take their order. Order has been wrong far too many times so unfortunately I'll not be back. I do hope it improves but without a deepclean, staff training and decent management this kfc is in danger of a health violation.

Don't bother using their app. First order on it and was short-changed. No way of contacting them either incompetent or criminal.

The colonel used to be my guilty pleasure until he started serving pigeon in grease in the edgey chaotic atmosphere of a borstal.

The place has improved in the last year,they would never get your order right going through the drive through. But so far it's got a lot better.

Ordered 5 strips got 8 cus the price of 5 strips alone was so dear excellent customer service

No chicken cooked so had to wait, even though I ordered ahead online. 27 minutes for a fast food order is ridiculous. 2 stars is generous as I love the gravy

This place struggles to get an order right, not once have I recieved what I have ordered and paid for and half the time the food is cold. Its not that hard to read the order and and put it in a bag. It's ridiculous considering it's expensive enough for KFC these days.

This place has to be 'by far'' the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever had the misfortune of eating in. The restaurant certainly wasn't busy and we stood second in a small queue for approx 15 minutes before being served. When I asked why it was taking so long the member of staff said 'we're really busy' and when I looked around in amazement that he had used as an excuse he just shrugged his shoulders. When the food came the ice creams were missing from the kids meals. I would strongly recommend a re think before eating here.

Waiting time was very short, in fact I would say very quick. Pity I cannot say the same about the food. Poor flavour warm fried chicken and Luke warm chips. Gravy pretty tasteless, just congealed slop really. Bland. No plans to return Amy time soon. Ie ever

This KFC is situated opposite the Lisburn Omniplex and convenient to nearby free parking. The famous flavoursome coated chicken goes down a treat. Unfortunately on occasions though the chips are less than hot. Perhaps more attention should be paid to food stained tables and the premises flooring in terms of frequent cleaning throughout the day!

Ordered through just eat food was late wasn't even my order someone else's the other side of Lisburn no one seems to be trained in answering the phone 🙄 must have phoned atleast 30 times just kept being transferred to answering machine absolute joke staff need retrained management needs replaced will never order from here again I'm done

Astoundingly slow drive thru at a not at all busy time. No system at all of having cars park up whilst their items are being prepared. They just sit at the window for ages stopping any progress for any other customer. Won't be rushing back.

I’ve just used the drive n placed my order 2 pieces of chicken plus unseasoned chips medium Pepsi drive up to till to be told that’s £7 .89 I said no it’s £5.99 as I’ve got this a couple of times the fella at the hatch said I ordered gravy I said I didn’t he then said yes u did I told him again I didn’t he wasn’t very nice when I told him again I didn’t So I just said tell u what forget it and drove off I work with customers each day that young fellas attitude was disgusting

Food is great classic KFC quality and standard, best fried chicken in NI. Service is a bit dead, workers seem lifeless which I get its a part time job for most but could be a bit more friendly with customers. Drive-thru is horribly outdated and WAY too narrow, *ring, ring* 2009 called they want their drive-thru back. PLEASE update this I'm begging. Atmosphere is like I've walked into a primary school disco, no ones ever older than 10 and they're making a mess of the place. Makes it an uncomfortable environment to sit in and eat, therefore takeaway is most advised. But food is great so would recommend for a bitta fast food in Lisburn :)

Too many times in the last few months the drive thru has given me the wrong order of a popcorn snackbox on a simple request for mini fillet snack box.. and this Tuesday the order of the Christmas burger was stone cold...the only slightly warm part was the stuffing pate.. this was at 2pm ..so should have been the ideal time to get hot food.. though should be hot everytime. Just prayed I didn't get salmonella.. No more chances.. Done Standard had really gone down hill massively. There used to be a middle aged lady with short red hair who did the drive thru regularly.. she really was very good at the job .. but seems to have left and since she's gone the whole place is awful... The new chips are disgusting also ...no mention on ordering that they had changed them .. Staff need retrained on food safety and customer service.

We had to wait like 20 minutes to be served and only 2 people in front of us. Then another 10 minutes for the food. Obviously they messed up the order a bit. I actually read the reviews while standing in the queue and it appeared most were about waiting time. Someone left a tray with stuff on it at the table beside us and when we were leaving it was still there. Food was cold and not nice at all.

Called in around tea time on a Thursday evening, food was good and restaurant clean. Staff could be more welcoming.

Was here for 10 minutes yesterday but decided not to order, not that we were asked for an order. Two families in front of us were complaining about the wait for their food. After looking around, only one table were actually eating, the rest seemed to be sitting waiting too. The tables were a mess, the floor was a mess, I had to wipe a chair down to be able to sit. My family stood waiting to order but the 3 staff members behind the counter completely ignored them. Took a short walk instead to dinos diner and had a great meal with excellent service.

Computer was down and they got the order wrong. Charged for the missing meal.

Was okay for a once off. Place was a bit messy with bins over flowing. Staff were pleasant enough. Moots of parking in the omniplex car park but the KFC car park is small with an awkward entrance.

KFC should not have the status of fast food, the wait time for food is ridiculous. Out of McDonald's and Burger King, its the worst.

We haven't been to a KFC for about 3 years or so as we felt the food was not great. We decided to try the KFC at Lisburn Omniplex on 4th Oct to see if things had improved. Alas, this was not the case! We ordered to eat in and found the general state of cleanliness poor. There were a group of 6 teenagers seated near us and they were loud, cursing and being idiots. Staff ignored this and allowed them to continue their four language. We got our food which left a lot to be desired! The burgers were literally thrown together with an overload of sauce, chicken and hashbrown sliding out of the bun. The chicken was like rubber and had to be pulled apart as you couldn't bite into it. Hardly any chips and for 2 of us, nearly £20. Bins full to overflowing and thd staff showing no interest in customer interaction or hygiene.... This was our very last visit to KFC. I do not recommend KFC....

Absolutely shocking, waited 40 minutes in a queue tonight to order my food, then when people behind me complained about the wait the lady brushing the floor was so abusive & so rude to the customer it was unbelievable, I was dumbfounded, no customer should be spoke to that way & the wait for food was unbelievable, staff at the back "dancing away" to very loud music, kids in queue being disruptive & cheeky to customers & so rude in their manor, they should have been put out as there was young kids there listening to their vulgar language. Without a doubt the worst KFC on earth. Absolutely disgusting food. U can't even ask for a straw without a rude n ignorant staff member grunting at you while making out the lack of English was the reason. That very much wasn't the reason just shouldn't be working in customer services

1725hrs on a Saturday. How about a weekend dinner with the family? No hope. Massive, unmoving queue. Delivery drivers constantly needing past and generally messy restaurant whilst a disinterested on slowspeed KFC employee limply pushes a cloth around 50% of every table top. Went to a restaurant 50metres away.

Queues can be pretty bad. If you order to collect always check your order before you leave, they always forget to put something in the bag

Has to be the most awful KFC in NI. Got the vegan burger and it was ice cold in some parts, assuming it wicrowaved from frozen. The store is also the most dirty restaurant I've ever seen, every single table was covered in grease and food and the floor was even worse, looked like it hadnt been swept in months. The toilets were absolutely filthy too. In serious need of a clean

Just use the drive-through, and that's if you really want the experience of getting the wrong orders, items missing, and losing twill to live. Just go to McDonald's .

It was very hard to hear through the speaker. Have to repeat my order more than once. Very slow at the drive threw even with a little amount of cars. Then I got my order wrong. Only noticed when I got home. It's not a great service at all. Only gave 3 stars because the food was lovely as always.

Drive through wasn’t thought out well, This goes to all the people who think going through a 20 car drivethru is going to be quicker than parking in a car park and going INSIDE and ordering food and therefore not blocking all traffic would be s better idea. Good food but due too inflation prices hold me back from buying from there

Restaurant was very cold, lack of options on menu. Some food ordered was not hor. I will not return to this store.

Not one to write many reviews but hands down a contender for worst KFC in Northern Ireland. 85% of the time they'll forget an item of your order, queues are wild with drive thru getting priority, staff uninterested, can't blame them either.

Ordered from here, cold food, missing orders, wrong drinks, they don't answer their phones to try and get resolve. Next day , i got through and spoke with assistant manager Darren, he was very helpful, well mannered, professional , and sorted the issues today.
