Good modern motorway service station.

Lots of parking. A few mins off the M1. Clean tidy & lots of choices for food.

Have to say it was a weird experience not being served at all. The server at the front seemed transfixed on the fries. Tried to get his attention but it was obviously thrilling watching those fries. Don't know how you review something that you never got!

Incredibly dry chicken. Awful quality.

I was missing a burger got beans! I don’t ask for! And the 2.49 for wings was disappointing wouldn’t order from them again

Ordered a milky bar crushem and it tasted like pure cheese so I took it back and when I did , one of the staff members Isa was incredibly rude laughing about it and saying to his colleagues that I am trying to say he put cheese in my drink and he was stirring words which I never said . He then said that I'll have to wait for a manager because he is out and he laughed about that once again . Overall , customer service from this staff member is non existent and to be honest the drink probably tasted crap cause of him & his attitude.

Rotten….bad smell and taste from the chicken. Either dirty oil or out of date chicken used. Won’t be using again

The delivery got continuously delayed by 10 mins every time we checked. Poor service and it meant our food was cold

For a relatively new service station the facility looked dirty

my order was completely wrong. Didn't receive hardly any of my items. KFC even rang to tell the order was wrong

I didn't receive my order spoke to the driver telling him the wrong adress was in and still delivered it to the wrong out the ding

Wasn’t even the right food this is why I do not order from just eat! I’ve been at work all day a full time working mum who is a wife that has to deal with that also and all I wanted to do was finally sit down and eat well no that won’t be happeninnow

8 piece boneless with 2 x gravy and extra mash feast came short of chicken all cold no mash and no gravy and only 3 lots of chips

Terribly slow and poor service. Waited 20 minutes and still walked away with no food. Ended up with a refund after a fight with staff over it who simply couldn't be bothered.

As always here, you order, wait. Wait. Wait some more. Watch others who arrive after you, get their food and then wait some more. Then you approach the desk, ask what the delay is, they then take your order all over again & get it ready. Not the first time it's happened either.

I paid for 4 sauces but only received 2. also ordered large popcorn and received a small box instead.

Ordered 3 boneless banquets & 2 hot wings, when the food arrived the hot wings were missing and all the other food was cold. I'm fairly local so I drove up to Skelton lake KFC and explained the situation. They said they were happy to give me what's missing but the cold food is not their issue. I responded it's not my issue either, £35 is a lot of money for cold food. Eventually the manager came I explained the situation and he said we'll do your order again great... got home with my order for things still to be missing. As I waited I was surprised how rude the staff were to waiting customers, basically throwing their food bags at them no service with a smile. I won't use this KFC again

Nice plants and table set up. Lots of different choices of foods from popular places like M and S, Mcdonalds, Starbucks. Lovely clean toilets.

One terrible member of staff, with zero customer service and a bit of an attitude. Wouldn't go back here if they have food away for free

The Chinese food was excellent 😋 box with noodles and 3 toppings: Chinese curry, Teriyaki beef and caramelised chicken

Took nearly 20 minutes to wait for a happy meal. Food was cold when I got it. Was tossed on.the counter by the server without saying anything to me. Worst McDonald's I've been to

One of the best service stations we have visited.

Our order was over an hour late and was flat cold messaged the driver and he said athe customer before sent him to another address not impressed at all

Very very slow service. Customer and delivery drivers all waiting for over 25/30 minutes for smaller orders. Understandable if it was busy. However there was only 2 delivery drivers and 1 customer waiting. Whole building was rather quiet

Very busy but I expected that. The staff are fast and efficient while maintaining friendliness, also polite. A small wait for food but they whizz through the orders pretty fast Food was spot on, hot, fresh and tasted good, not overly cooked or greasy which is just what you need when travelling, portions were good and not to big a price difference from a large cal KFC. I would definitely use again when passing.

Very nice clean well laid out service area, with places to walk dog's £75 penalties for wrongful parking in Blue badge areas. Plenty of different food outlets to suit any taste.

Another favourite service station. Relatively new service station. KFC was very tasty had spicy chicken burger with fries, always a favourite of mine. Friendly staff.

Great service station, as far as service stations go. Decent selection of food outlets to suit all palates.

A beautiful truck stop with all the facilities

This is one of our favourite service stations. Now complete with a McDonald's, not many of those around! We love the play park out the back and has a really nice feel. Also has other children's toys. Real one for families

Ok so it’s a services so not exactly glamorous but we love this little place. Lots of seating, clean loos and pretty relaxed. Good food choices. ‘Chopstix’ Chinese is really recommended - much better than the usual fast food and a full meal in itself

Bit of a wait, tght food wouldn't be ready in time for my bus leaving..my ice cream was left on the bench ages while waiting for the rest of my order...so melted by time it came..

It took ages to get our food as they had ran out of chicken. Although they were not to blame..... 2nd Saturday of the month there is a massive car meeting in the overflow car park with 100s of cars attending. All the food was perfect. Thank You

Reasonable truck parking but only 2 showers for more than 50 truck parking spaces. Very expensive park

I had a really good experience today and great customer service by Freya, she gave me good recommendations for my elderly grandmother and she was very polite and welcoming. Good to see good customer service at fast food places

I have just experienced the worst customer service imaginable by your assistant Freya. The gates were closed and we just asked when they were opening, she rolled her eyes at us and opened the gates, The order screens were all out of order so had to order at the counter with her, Very unfriendly, to the point of being very rude, obviously didn’t want to be at work today, no smile and literally threw our order at us with a … there you are. Absolutely horrendous, worst service ever!!!!!

Well earned break after 2hr drive, usual tasty KFC meal, access to bridge across motorway was closed so no access to Burger King.

A regular stop off for my journey across the North. Always clean and easy parking.

Our favourite services and improving every visit. Always spotless and a good range of eateries

2nd visit around midday. Lunch snack courtesy Leon. Quick service, tastey salad, good value ( for motorway break) Surrounded by meadow grasses ( and roofed with same) and so butterflies in evidence. Good children's play area. Petrol on sale very reasonably priced too.

Called in at around 9:30 pm (Election night) several places closed (early!) Server at Greggs very cheerful and obligingly. Cheap and cheerful cafine hit, limited selection warm offerings.

How can you bring food with only half the order. This is ridiculous.

Ordered a boneless banquet and only got chips, gravy and 3 chicken strips. Other meal came with a Pepsi which had almost no syrup and was mostly soda water. Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I was the only customer at the time. No excuse.

Good options for food unfortunately though the only coffee shop was Starbucks which I detest.

Great resting spot, no motorway noise, nice surroundings and plenty of space inside and outside to spend your break. The place is clean and looks well maintained and also friendly and approachable staff.

Lady serving clearly couldn't be bothered doing anything, couldn't speak hardly at all. Spent more time kicking rubbish around the floor than working.

Only called in for a cold drink whilst out walking.. There is quite a selection of places to eat and drink, and can be accessed via the Woodlesford locks pathways or via road.. There is also Toilet facilities and plenty of outdoor seating, as well as a children's play area.

Isa is a rude member of staff. I went to the till to place and order because I wanted to pay by cash. Before I could get a word Isa was only too eager to tell me to order at the machines. When I informed him I want to pay by cash, he couldn't have looked more disatisfied about it if he tried. Sorry to inconveience you Isa but its your job. Cash is still in circulation the last time I checked and not everyone wants to pay by card. Anyway, he made me wait some time before he took my order and payment because he was too busy looking at order receipts. Customer service is terribly poor.

Poor when you can't cook chicken right. So i followed the link and your customer service is as poor as the food I was served. Wasted my time not quite sure why you'd do that.

Your typical motorway services. But has loads of parking both car and hgv . Very clean inside and out , with modern toilet facilities and great kids playground out back

No chips and ketchup on burger even tho my son is allergic to tomatoes

I recommend this place for a moment of rest during your journey. You can eat delicious food and relax with your family. Disabled people will not have any problems with parking their cars.

The worst chicken burger I have ever eaten!!! Tiny strip of chicken 😡
