It tastes so bad. It can’t be compared with burgerking.

Dreadful. Missed half of our order and didn’t answer the phone when called to complain. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The worst meal I've ever had was tonight's. They forgot the burger and fries in my order, and I had guests over. They didn't answer my calls. I'm truly sorry for the service they provide to customers. I recommend not buying from this branch.

I have never made a food review in my entire life but this kfc was so bad I took my time just to say that kfc is horrible!! I Got a 10 pounds bucket for one and it was The worst decision I have ever made, it was the worst testing kfc I have ever had and also made me sick. I have had terrible things about that kfc and decided to just try my luck cause the delivery fee was 2 pounds less that the kfc at Merrion centre and I deeply regret that choice. I hate this kfc and when I leave a will to my future generations it will say one thing “ don’t go to the KFC in Headingley”. For anyone reading learn from me !!!!

Got food poisoning from the £5.49 2 piece meal, chicken appeared fully cooked at purchase. Staff were chatting in the back as I waited 20 minutes for my food, shop was filthy with rubbish left on tables from customers I didn't see eat or leave. Overall, eat somewhere else in headingley.

Chicken was undercooked like literally pink really scary almost got food poisoning

I myself am a proud employee at KFC..Food here was fine, but unfortunately the customer service is awful... In case you ask for any help on your order, the only response you would get from them is "there's nothing we can do about it" without even trying at least a bit from their end!! Worst experience..

The guys can barely speak English it took 10 mins to make clear what I wanted to eat

It's KFC. It's a shame there's always someone loud in there. Customers with no volume switch. What a joy!

Visited branch Friday 26th March 11pm not expecting much given the restaurant closed soon and have had such a fantastic experience I had to share. Service was perfect, friendly and polite and the food spectacular. Good ratio salad even distributed and perfectly cooked chicken, it felt like it had really been prepared with passion and care. Thank you very much!

Was not so good for kfc standards.

I purchased a takeaway for 4 people, after waiting for longer than I expected I was eventually served after the staff had finished their chat.when I got home twenty minutes later and started to eat this awful food, everything smelled of stale oil that had been used too many times and the chicken tasted like it been around too long on a warming plate, the chips were soggy and tasteless, when I complained I was told "we are very sorry you had a bad experience, please try us again" ----never ever ever!!

I would never come back, quality of meal was disappointing, I did not feel well after visit, very dirty floor, tiles and walls..

Food and service was good. I think on my visits I was able to order prior to evening rush. I used the touch screens in the shop, and my order was done in good time. There were deliveroo drivers turning up and going to the front of the counter, but that didn't delay my order time as those orders were also ready for collection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was hot and tasted pretty good for KFC (Not Greasy). I would visit again, or even try and order via the app.

Old lady behind the desk was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life.

ordered a 4pc meal didn’t come with my fries so basically got 4 filets for £12:48p well done kfc…when times are hard as it is you forget something so simple…. disrespectful

I ordered a zinger tower box meal. They had a new person working there so had to wait a while...came home and I didn't get what I paid for! Half a bag of chips and awful wings... not happy with the food or service today!

Shambles . Check your food before you leave . They served so many uber and delivery people before they served me that I actually waited about an hour and had to ask them why !

Shop doesn’t even open according the opening times. Went elsewhere

The old lady working on front counter needs retraining or keeping away from customer facing positions. Went to the counter as was having an issue with the app and was repeatedly told to go to the kiosks before even having a chance to explain my issue. As someone who is management at a fast food company that behaviour was totally unacceptable and the employee in question should be reprimanded as she is definitely old enough to know better.

The woman behind the counter is rude. She needs either retraining in customer service or putting in the back. She was constantly arguing with the other staff member on the counter. She then shouted at a customer who was asking for a thigh “we haven’t got any thigh’s!” which made the customer walk out of the store empty handed. Worst KFC experience i’ve had.

My experience of eating here has made me decide that I will never eat another KFC as long as I live. I called here prior to a night out with my friends for my birthday. The restaurant was very dirty. I ordered 3 pieces of original recipe chicken and chips. The first piece of chicken looked like it was refried numerous times. The coating was very hard and the chicken meat was grey and very greasy. The second piece was fresher and ok but the third piece was all bones. When I broke it apart it was just a chicken wing! The chips were hard and had skin attached to them. One chip was so hard I gave up chewing it and spat it out. I think the box would have been tastier. Disgusting!

My friend’s nose was profusely bleeding and we were there at 11:40 trying to ask for some toilet roll or some sort of tissue to help and the people inside just waved their hands over their necks trying to say they were shut. It’s not difficult to open a door just to help people before the shop was even supposed to be shut. Selfish service.

Very pokey place. Not a lot of room to sit and the food wasn't great. Not the staffs fault. They were fine.

This has to be one of the WORSE experiences I've ever had in a KFC takeaway/restaurant... Very poor customer service! I stood waiting, fuming and wasting nearly 15mins of my life at the front of the queue at the counter with shockingly poor and confused staff running around just like the headless chickens that they were serving. No apologies, no one smiled and no acknowledgement that I was even there in the queue waiting to be served Believe all the NEGATIVE comments as they are all absolutely TRUE! I was so upset I actually turned around and walked straight out with others following me vowing NEVER to go back in there again. Yes this is a sad lesson for KFC franchises. This is definitely NOT the KFC I remembered many years ago. Absolute garbage!

Literally the first experience I had with this KFC, I got a box meal, arrived home, opened it and the main bloody thing was missing and was an empty box with just the sides! I know it's a busy place but it is essential all the items are there, no receipt either, didn't bother calling as I have better things to do. I rather spend money on the excellent independent stores of Headingley.

Went before rugby several weeks ago and it was brilliant went again last week and the standard had dropped dramatically food poorly presented and cold as per most fast food spots hit and miss

Small shop with plenty staff but slow with food still. Even worse after 8pm. Annoying most kfc of late

Over last two weeks been to two KFC venue's in Leeds Headingley and meanwood the chicken was taste less and vile made me feel sick it has put me off KFC for life

We had a problem trying to order on the flat screen one of the staff came over and helped us how to work it .

As a visually impaired individual who has trouble ordering food via machines the experience I had in this outlet was definitely not a good one. Staff were outright rude and unhelpful, when asked to assist with my order using the machine, no interest or assistance from the staff, when asked if I could pay by cash or card payment via the till this was dismissed with large portion of disdain. Definitely not a good advertisement for KFC…Walked out without ordering anything and certainly won’t go back

No tills working so you have to use their machines which dont accept cash or blue light card, also you can’t tell the machine what you don’t want on your burger.

90% of times they run out of chicken, fillet or wings, please shut your branch if you don't do chicken. Additionally the East European manager is the most unpleasant, rude and unrespectful person I have ever seen in my whole life.

The manager don't want give us a solution for the problem of machine. My husband ordered a children menu and the machine was broken .In the bank app shows the transaction is paid;but the manager said he cannot give us the child menu. He said pay again .0 empathy and solvency. I am sure do not comeback again

Still buzzing after my visit. Essential, somewhere that tourists should try - 'eat where the locals do' is said for a reason! After hanging at Wilkos, this is a great place to refuel.

Ordered in the restaurant (not online) staff were more interested in getting the delivery riders sorted, rather than listening to other customers. Subsequently our order was missing some items (which we were charged for) Please only come here if you really have to! Otherwise, eat elsewhere.

Slow service, cash only for dome reasons... Guy cleaning the window was very annoying as he was going round dripping soapy water everywhere! Not really good in a tiny place and pick time! Why common sense is no longer applied?

Food was OK. It was a hot day and the shop seating area was full of blue bottles. There was no facility to get rid of them. The only machine was in the cooking area to zap them and it was too far away. Staff were not interested in my request to try to get them out. Very uncomfortable eating there.

Worse food outlet in all of Headingly by a long shot. Food is always cold but how I don't know because if you go at quiet time you'll be lucky too get your food in under 30 minutes DURING QUIET TIMES. If it's busy good luck you'll be sat in there for a hour at least. I don't understand if your stood waiting that long what am I waiting for? The chicken and chips are always stone cold so I can't be waiting for that to be cooked!? The big problem lies in poor communication between staff they just stand there and hope some chicken appears. They take to many delivery orders so much so that Riders are waiting ages and Customers who can be bothered to go into get left waiting all day. My last two experiences have led to me to walk out with a refund as each time I've had to wait 45 minutes or longer and still not had any food the last two times. You could walk in to Nandos next door have a sit down meal, have a couple pints st every boozer on Headingly and some poor geezer will still be still be stood waiting for his KFC what a joke

Ordered food online (home delivery) Food quality - Too bad and cold plus some of the chicken pieces were smelling Delivery - Ordered a Pepsi max but it was missing when I received my delivery, asked the delivery guy but he did not take any responsibility, called the KFC outlet several times but no one answered my phone. My overall experience was very bad, try to avoid this shop.

If you order anything after 9pm check make sure you got everything you wanted and that's it warm enough before you leave!!

Great food (highly recommend the mini fillets) with a service with a smile. It can be busy at times, but with two cash registers and the amount of workers, they do extremely well for what they have!

Dire service as new ordering terminals not linking to the kitchen

Served the wrong food. Said they can not give a refund after I walked back about a mile! Eventually got it. The women who served was brill hence the 2 stars. Just the manager was not!
