Awfully slow service, food was cold because they so slow handing it out

Had to mess about order on the screen, then go pay at counter as was using cash. Order was wrong. I didn't realise until a mile away, and there was no time to go back

Ordered a "delivery" and received 1/3 of the order. No ownership from the driver nor the restaurant. Customer service was awful, no apologies or attempts to rectify the mistake, luckily I was refunded the order via uberEats. I would have gone to collect if I knew this would happen. Never again.

Driver rang us to go out to his car for delivery

The car was driving round dropping and picking orders up from places whilst my order was sat in the car the whole time. Never known this to happen. 4 different places he went to which were Rounday, Chapel Allerton, Moortown, then Rounday again before dropping mine off the food was flat cold the pop was warm and took an hour and half to get to me from ordering after spending nearly £30 it’s shocking service

cookies and popcorn chicken were very tasty; cookies had lots of chocolate chips. However, large popcorn chicken could have more popcorn chicken for the price. Arrived quickly

dont know why u guyz keep doing it again 2 wings were missing. i specificly said in the notes check the order and read. if u having trouble reading maybe hire someone who can read whats the actual order is.

Well, if i can say one thing Good about this place is that it has put me off fast food and just eat service, which seeing as i am a Fat bird is not a bad thing . Where do i start the drive didn't show up and got the wrong address. He apparently works for just eat but never the less , in this position the restaurant are usually helpful . But the staff and manager had the attitude and manners that explains why they are working at KFC . The dead Chickens they are frying had more brains that these two fools . Very rude . I could see on the map the driver was on the wrong street . He messaged he was outside and wouldn't answer his phone so i could explain he was actually on the wrong street . Just eat was massively hard to track down the complaints and the restaurant was unhelpful . Didn't offer any help. Eventually Just eat complaints were tracked down by calling a number and the number directing me to an app . It was a massive task to get through to the right people . They said i would get a refund in a week . But asked me loads of questions But the restaurant is obligated to sort this the Driver and the staff had no accountability for their mistake . However in all fairness, i cant blame them . These Muppets have to look out the window and see a parking meter that earns more than they do everyday. You cant really expect them to care. And as least i might stick to my diet from now on thanks to these clowns. I hold no hope for the driver

The food is always good because of the brand’s uniqueness. Location wise it is great. It is the nearest KFC nearby. It is designed well and is clean. accessible for wheelchair users. Refreshment staff training required. The parking is not always available in streets nearby.

I'm American but I have relatives in Leeds... I NEVER get KFC in the states, but I get it from this place as often as I can when visiting the family. KFC in the states is over salted coating over emaciated chickens. This KFC is REALLY good, 4* restaurant in georgia good. Overall KFC's in the UK are just better than in the US or Canada (Canada also has emaciated chickens)... this is NOT just my opinion. I've had this conversation with multiple Americans who have eaten KFC in the UK and they all agree. But THIS KFC... I've yet to find one in London that's as tasty as this one.

after 90mins past the original delivery estimate my order was marked as "delivered" despite never arriving.

Luke warm. No crackling, far too fatty overall. No apple sauce. Yorkshires one flabby and flat cold the other, slightly crisp but cold. The rest of the pot was filled with vegetables that I hadn’t ordered and were soaked in some sort of fat. On the whole I was extremely dissatisfied.

Rider took a half hour round trip to ‘deliver a parcel’ at 7pm to deliver a ripped bag top and bottom with items missing and food stone cold

Was given a time, the time then changed, delivery took a long time, it then arrived cold and small sratty pieces of chicken. Also forgot my popcorn chicken. Not impressed.

Just could do with the strips being a bit bigger. I had one out of three that was big n very little chips. Need to feed customers as we all have appetites that’s what it’s all about ordering online. Just need menu changed a bit so that everyone is satisfied. 👍

From other experiences in KFC, this one didn't taste like KFC at all. Kids had a bite and left it. A bit of disappointment this time. So yeah very pricey for what it was.
