My friend and I were attended to by Thirl, I hope I got the spelling of her name correct. She was wonderful to us, excellent customer service, the best honestly. I felt welcomed and relaxed, she went as far as explaining the menu in details as it was our first time there. With the way she attended to us, I will definitely be returning back there with my family & friends

Su was absolutely lovely!! Both women waitresses were so lovely and hospitable! We came especially to Leeds to dine here and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! Great service and great food!

Poorer than average. All flat cold with no attempt at keeping it warm like you’d expect. All needed extra sauce/ seasoning. Ridiculously small portions for the price. Will not order from here again, really disappointed.

Such a lovely waitress super kind and friendly

Overall a decent meal however the interior of the restaurant looked a little dated and the atmosphere was ruined by tacky advertisements and stickers along the carousel that are unfortunately all too common in big chain restaurants. The food was good and they had some innovative flavours however not worth full price. Thankfully we had a discount code. Service was ok but nothing special and there wasn’t much in the way of small talk. Overall it served a purpose for a quick lunch but wouldn’t rush back

Called in for a seafood Raman I wanted it with rice instead of noodles and was told they can’t swap it??? Been doing it for years.

food was good and all but my only concern was the way the service was. the waiters were rude mostly whenever we asked for simple stuff such as extra napkins or a fork or to take away a dish. also we ordered some sushi on the menu and we got it after a good 20 mins. Also very overpriced.

It should have been a theatre birthday treat for my grandson today, but the show was cancelled at short notice. We decided to go to Yo Leeds Trinity for lunch as my grandson loves Japanese food. He was thrilled when Karol the chef offered to give him an impromptu Sushi making session and had the time of his life. A big thank you to Karol for his kindness and taking the time to make this young boy's birthday so very special. Our waitress was a delight too, as was another lovely member of staff. Thank you all.☺️

Just a lovely, lovely experience. Not normally a fan of chains and had a very unpleasant time at the York Yo, but my son loves the conveyor belt so we dropped in for a pre birthday treat. Great airy and bright location, a friendly welcome from some lovely staff and a great range of sushi already on the belt, all excellently prepared. Really turned me around on the chain experience - not all outlets are equal and this is one of the good ones!

Karol was really good at teaching us how to make the sushi and we all really enjoyed it, great experience over all.

Rude bearded manager. Waiters seem unbothered and unhelpful. The chefs are the nicest bit about this place. Hairs found in my food more than once. They throw SOOOO much food waste in the bin instead of listing on tgtg. When you get from TGTG it’s the cheapest worst quality food

If you enjoy sushi and Asian cuisine, Yo is a great pick. The conveyor belt offers a wide variety of options, creating a unique atmosphere. The desserts are visually appealing, but I didn't find them tasty!

Dined at lunch time on a Saturday, Su was amazing she explained everything well and suggested new dishes that we had not tried before. This was an amazing experience and we will definitely be returning :)

We came in for lunch and were immediately seated and given a complimentary item. Julia took our order and she was extremely nice and very helpful. Food service was fantastic and very quick and the food itself tasted absolutely amazing. 10/10!

Really tasty food and friendly atmosphere. The food on the conveyor belt is fun and the cooked food is amazing! Served hot! The sushi is such a delight and it was AMAZING!! 🤩 the staff are kind and helpful and there was no wait for seating. Tables are clean. Family friendly place to visit.

Great experience, first time coming here with my girlfriend and we had so much fun. The staff was lovely, especially Jack who was super attentive. I love this style of eating it was great to try a little bit of everything !

All the staff were friendly and professional, my server akshaya was particularly attentive, offering refills and taking orders. My ordered food arrived very quickly, and the belt was well stocked so multiple things I wanted were already on it. I particularly like the cucumber salad and pumpkin katsu. I will definitely return!

The food was delicious! And the young lady that served us (Aksha) was very pleasant and helpful.

I was dining alone and the host was absolutely lovely and put me in a seat near the pillar which was perfect and not in the middle of the restaurant. They checked I was happy and then I was served by Akshaya who was so sweet and had fabulous customer service skills. They didn't rush me, checked I was OK and made sure that I had everything I needed. The edamame with salt and salmon noodles were delicious and was served swiftly and to a high standard. Had a really enjoyable visit and will definitely be visiting again!

Really tasty food, plenty made to order as well as the fresh dishes you can pick from the belt. Plenty busy but we didn't feel crowded in our little booth. Our server Akshaya was very friendly and helpful too. Definitely going to visit again soon 😁
