KFC Leeds - Crossgates Station Road in Leeds

Hi this is harper, I'm gladly saying this because my dad had to get rushed to hospital because he had boneless chicken and he couldn't stop been sick!!! Now I'm never ordering again thanks!!!!!!!

My experience was bad my mum was sick in bed and poorly it was freezing cold and would not order from that kfc again

The food was lovely and the gravy was piping hot was lovely

Did not receive my order but said delivered

Saram serve us very well help a lot

I had a fantastic experience at KFC! The staff were incredibly fast and efficient, making sure my order was ready in no time. They were also friendly and polite, which made the visit even better. The hot wings were fresh, crispy, and had the perfect amount of spice—just the way I like them. Overall, excellent service and delicious food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Always get quality food delivered from here but got it today quality was a 2 out of 10 all bone no meat over cooked and never got a free gravy that's advertise on uber eats

that was not worth £29..6 very small chicken..3 legs very small n 3 sort of chicken breast...but one of them was a wing..not happy at all..and came cold.

Food was freezing by time it got here.

food fine only problem is they didnt send the kids meal, the one you would think would be the most important! when trying to contact the restaurant, phone just rang and rang then went off! they need to pay more attention to the order!

My whole order was cold. Had a nasty oil stench. The chicken looked like it had been left out all day. I literally couldn’t eat it.

delivery time was fast as per usual. That is where the positives end. KFC is expensive, £25+ & the food we ordered came with both lots of fries shoved in a paper bag together, the Gravy portion was smaller than usual, & some of the pieces of chicken were mainly bone & gristle, terrible quality food delivered in a shoddy way. We ordered 2 buckets but the food was sent in paper bags! honestly, need to rethink their presentation & the quality of the food in general. Should have asked for a refund!

The food is good but the French fries were poor and there were very few . To add insult to injury I’d ordered two portions but only one was delivered

We ordered at 6pm requesting a delivery for 6:30pm it didn’t arrive until 7pm which if it was just adults would be ok but we have a child as well. If you can’t meet a requested time it shouldn’t be an option. Throughout the wait, the delivery time for KFC was showing as 10-20mins so there should not have been any issue in us getting our food on time.

rubbish they forgot food again not the first time

Why can't kfc let customers use cash if they want to and for the staff to take your order instead of insisting you order on the screens in store. Not everyone wants to use those or to pay with card. I won't go in anymore

Been sent the complete wrong order ordered a trilogy box meal and received a rice box and 2 hot wings?

only got lettuce with my sald box and got no salad at all in my twister wrap very bad service on this order

never got my food... delivery driver didn't have it...now have to wait for a refund...really not happy

the driver stood in the street with my food getting old refusing to pass me it noing I'm on app giving him code , I don't want cold food , I don't pay for cold food , if it was in one of em warm bags ied understand but no , I'm fuming

just got 2 fillet tower meals asked for no sauce and got home sauce was on them also ordered 4 piece boneless banquet only got 3 piece wont be going here again

Ordered to wrong address and could not cancel the order. Restaurant didn’t answer after ringing 6 times trying to cancel. I appreciate it was my fault for putting the wrong address but I realised straight away and couldn’t contact anyone about it.

our order was really poor, the chicken was dry and our chips were not seasoned with the kfc spice we love. it was really poor and we were disappointed with kfc yesterday. the food usually arrives hot or warm but it was the opposite.

I like that there's a tracking app thing to see when food is arrived

Wrong order, I got a burger I don’t even eat , got chicken popcorn I don’t like , I didn’t have my water , I was given 2 cans of Pepsi and I told the driver as he dropped it off he said maybe the Pepsi came with my order , I later went in and realized it a wrong order and it’s messed my evening up now , I’d love a full refund for this , I have taken pictures the order

I was watching the delivery driver on the app and it looked like he stopped at the shops on the way..I could see the icon not move for close to 10 mins. Not great service

driver gave us wrong order and with a four digit code so had to travel to kfc by car and get sorted out the shop

I accidentally put the wrong address in the order. Delivery driver called, I gave him the right address. Never turned up, tagged as delivered. No option to cancel the order. Phone no. was permanently engaged. I have no food and down 13.52.

They missed the large gravy the chips or horrible with out gravy so they had to go in bin 😤

the food was lukewarm dried out & nasty I cudnt eat any of it , the delivery was fast but that chicken was not fresh , it was so dry & grisly seemed like it was left over from yesterday . I won't order again from Crossgates KFC

Food cold, felt like been bagged up for ages. When ordered said 7:20 for delivery, came at 7:40

Driver set off from cross gates branch went the other way to Seacroft branch then back to cross gates branch then five minutes later set off to my address was freezing cold and half the order missing everything went in the bin

Poor quality fries. Lucky it was the smallest portion, but expensive. Can not recommend cross gates branch.

Order was correct. Arrived on time. It’s kfc. Say no more. Only issue. No napkins or salt. Shouldn’t have to ask. These should always supplied.

Put the order in and was given a time that was fine but when I got my order there was two items missing from it. So when I tried to contact the store it didn’t answer and when I tried online it was not helpful so will not be using this service again.

I had a request and saw to it, I have ordered from them them many times, quality of food wasn’t good, but this time they got it right, would most definitely use crossgates kfc again

I got two burgers I live a two minute walk from the shop and there was not one element of heat in the burgers whatsoever

The driver asked for a PIN code but I didn’t get provided with a PIN code as part of the order?

Wrong meal delivered. Unable to call the restaurant to ask them to either deliver me the correct food or refund me! Spicy chicken fillets sent instead of original colonels meal (not spicy & on the bone)! Unable to eat. Having to order from elsewhere. This could have been resolved if the restaurant would answer the phone! Really poor customer service. It’s not cheap either!!!

The branch is a small shop front with what you would expect from this size store. Staff were friendly and helpful. Menu changes with the main stream branch's as you would expect. All in all it's a KFC and you know what your getting.

the food is alright, but it's so expensive & for what you pay, you would expect a little bit better quality of food. the chips are soft & soggy, the original recipe chicken is greasy & lots of bones, gravy is really nice. No idea why you don't do bigger bottles of water.
