KFC Leeds - Crossgates Station Road in Leeds

Drive through isn't great as they prefer to serve dine in 1st.

Received the complete wrong order then was given no options on how to resolve it

the food was lukewarm dried out & nasty I cudnt eat any of it , the delivery was fast but that chicken was not fresh , it was so dry & grisly seemed like it was left over from yesterday . I won't order again from Crossgates KFC

Food cold, felt like been bagged up for ages. When ordered said 7:20 for delivery, came at 7:40

Driver set off from cross gates branch went the other way to Seacroft branch then back to cross gates branch then five minutes later set off to my address was freezing cold and half the order missing everything went in the bin

got gravy instead colesaw....lol

Dont go here unless you want salmonella and be hospitalised with several infections

Poor quality fries. Lucky it was the smallest portion, but expensive. Can not recommend cross gates branch.

Order was correct. Arrived on time. It’s kfc. Say no more. Only issue. No napkins or salt. Shouldn’t have to ask. These should always supplied.

Put the order in and was given a time that was fine but when I got my order there was two items missing from it. So when I tried to contact the store it didn’t answer and when I tried online it was not helpful so will not be using this service again.

I had a request and saw to it, I have ordered from them them many times, quality of food wasn’t good, but this time they got it right, would most definitely use crossgates kfc again

I got two burgers I live a two minute walk from the shop and there was not one element of heat in the burgers whatsoever

The driver asked for a PIN code but I didn’t get provided with a PIN code as part of the order?

Wrong meal delivered. Unable to call the restaurant to ask them to either deliver me the correct food or refund me! Spicy chicken fillets sent instead of original colonels meal (not spicy & on the bone)! Unable to eat. Having to order from elsewhere. This could have been resolved if the restaurant would answer the phone! Really poor customer service. It’s not cheap either!!!

The branch is a small shop front with what you would expect from this size store. Staff were friendly and helpful. Menu changes with the main stream branch's as you would expect. All in all it's a KFC and you know what your getting.

the food is alright, but it's so expensive & for what you pay, you would expect a little bit better quality of food. the chips are soft & soggy, the original recipe chicken is greasy & lots of bones, gravy is really nice. No idea why you don't do bigger bottles of water.

The food was really tasty. Burgers hot and really yummy. The one thing that let it down a bit was the chips were cold. But we're still going to order from them again!

The food would have been perfect had the chicken not been so cold. I saw the route the driver took and he did not come straight here. he was driving in the wrong direction on York Road so he clearly went somewhere else first. Cold chicken is not pleasing at all. Put the customer first and collect whatever else you want to after you have delivered my food please.

4 piece original meal was made up of all brown meat including 3 drumsticks!

Deliveries are still struggling to find my house. Not their fault anyway but impacts time. But they are excellently polite about it.

Gravy spilt in the bag, the mini fillet was requested with no Mayo but came with mayo even though I'm allergic to it!! Also the delivery driver was rushing to take the bag out because of the rain and ripped it so the food was cold! shocking!

Most of my order hasn’t turned up

Ordered a number of items, including 'Colonel's Meal 3pc'. when arrived only had 2pc. There appears to be no information on the just eat website on how to contact either the KFC takeaway (or anyone else) about this ommission. Food was also only luke warm when delivered

the driver only brought drinks after waiting for 35 mins, we rang kfc and they took an additional 30 minutes to bring the food to which it was cold :(

Our last 2 order have had food missing. called branch and didn't get any joy and wouldn't send out the missing chicken

I asked for no salad or mayo and it came on both so not happy as my kids won't eat it and had to cook something for them as it's getting late and a school night when am not well that's why I put an order in to make it a little easier on me with me also be a single parent

every thing was cold , and the zinger burger was thrown together the has brown was all squashed to the burger bun and both sauces were all over the outside of the bun which was all soggy and un eatable, absolutely disgusting, will never order again from KFC

Very bad experience on this KFC Crossgates. I ordered online via KFC App and put instructions to Only 1 Leg Pls. When it was delivered by Ubet Eats, it’s ALL LEGS! This seems ridiculous they only cooked legs on that branch. Beware ordering online.

My food was cold and the portion sizes of the chips was ridiculous not even full pouches, the burgers had way too much sauce on and just wasn’t nice

food was stone cold with no heat at all. just eat are just as bad as because it was early refused to issue a refund. this doesnt mean anything as i live 5 min car drive meaning food was sent out cold.

Food was left on door step with no attemp of the delivery driver ringing the bell or knocking on the door. Our neighbour made us aware that someone had stolen the food from our door step as they seen them while on there way out of the house.

Absolutely terrible didn’t even get my food the driver went to the wrong address and I have now wasted 33 pounds
