Poor service, rude staff and you don't get a chicken fillet in your chicken burger you get two pieces of chicken stripes and the food was cold

Laura literally made our day. I was stressed out with the kids been off and me working so I called in to keep them happy and her personality made my day! Definitely need more of her around!

The food quality is not great, it's often cold with missing items and takes ages to be prepared.

Extremely busy outlet with delivery orders and eat-ins. They were helpful enough but got our order wrong, then forgot to offer/give us napkins, then plates, then ice. Then they gave us the wrong desserts. The food quality was adequate and the staff were friendly but I think they were just too understaffed to cope with the quantity of business. Clean enough but it's a very busy branch.

On 7/04/2025 @ around 17:00, I loved everything from the sharing bucket to staff who were very friendly and approachable. They helped us find everything we needed to make our meal out and stay very beautiful and nice. Well done guys. You are amazing and deserve every praise and raise 🙏🙌🤗🌹

So I took a taxi and drive through to get a family feast 10 pieces that comes with regular fries, and a drink, I requested an upgrade to have 2 corn and Cajun rice. When I got to the collection point I’m asked if it’s a 6pc meal and I politely said NO…and I said 10 with an upgrade, the lady said to me the microphone is muffled or something (ok that’s not my problem!) so I tell her my order… After a minute comes someone who asked about an unpaid order, they talked about it and they then went onto mine…they shut the windows on us and continued talking! That time the taxi meter is skyrocketing because it’s been 15minutes of waiting😩😩😩😭! After that they just opened and handed me my order, no applogy, nothing, no receipt as well! When I get home hehe, walla another surprise! No chicken pieces, some fillets or whatever it ls called! I’m so disappointed in you KFC! You costed me too much taxi money that doubled what I had to pay. You costed me supper plans for the evening and imagine a large family having fillets??? For supper? And when I called you, you ask me to travel back to re do my order? At the time I should now be resting I’m so dissatisfied, disappointed or distressed by you!

well what would you like to know, the fact that i payed over £50 for the food and drink and in actual fact i didn't get any drinks at all and also was short of a boneless chicken fillet!!!

Wasn't overly busy and we used the drive thru. Simple order of a rice box and a popcorn chicken meal. Was asked to park up and it took over 30 minutes to get the order and the food was cold. Asked if there was a reason it had taken half an hour and the answer was I don't know. Avoid this KFC, use another if you want one.

Placed order and had to wait 30mins until food was ready, food was ok, usual kfc standard. Staff behind the counter were horrendous very rude and miserable, fella behind the counter forgot a portion of chips and once we told him about it he got them and threw them at us, such a rude person, should stick him behind the scenes somewhere.

Went here and it appeared that they were struggling to cope with custom. Was asked to park somewhere in the car park and await my meal. They said they would find me which they did. After wandering around to other cars. Need a better system in place. Was not the only car waiting.

Half my order was missing. My husband and I had to share a fillet burger and signature fries! Every time I order from here something is missing, how hard is it to read an order.

I ordered via the KFC app and was delivered the completely wrong order the delivery driver told me to call the store and they will sort it out. I called the store and was unhelpfully told nothing can be done as it’s an app order and it’s not their problem. Had to contact uber eats who were equally as unhelpful and did not get my order sent.

Friendly staff. Fastest KFC ever. I had barely popped my card back in my purse and the food was ready! Can you come to Beccles, Suffolk and show them how to do it?! Lol

Food was tasty and nice and warm and I didn’t have to wait long at all despite having quite a few meals. I wasn’t really fancying any drinks and the person on the till helped me change my drinks for another side which I was more than happy with. I sat inside with my family and it was nice and warm and the floors and tables were clean. Definitely coming back and would recommend

The service was quick and simple. I ordered with the staff member rather than at the touch screen and I was helped to make my order and received good customer service. The staff were very friendly and very good at their job. My food was prepared very quickly and was nice and hot. Everything came that was ordered too without any mistakes. It was nice and quiet which helped my order to be made quickly. Overall would come back to this KFC

Food didn’t even arrive, just eat driver didn’t even get out of the car to deliver!! Then proclaimed delivered to us!! £32 of food not turned up and 7 days for a refund isn’t acceptable!!!

Be careful its very easy to get a £100 parking fine here just as you pull out,if you stop to check your food like i did,expect a fine for not being parked correctly within a parking bay,cameras are watching 24/7 to issue fines.

Why do kfc advertise their salad boxes as RICE BOXES there’s no rice at all I expected some rice at least but not a grain !nearly all lettuce and the dress on the salad is awful the only thing I enjoyed was the sweet corn side never ordering one again RUBBISH THE WIFES BURGER WAS FINE
