My food has came freezing and my sons kids meal is freezing

Ended up with gastroenteritis right after eating zinger burger, had to throw rest of the order in the bin

Ordered zinger ranch rice bowl & it was delivered with no dressing. So it was bowl of dry chicken & rice. Shocking for £14

Gravy was water, didn’t even taste of gravy. Chips bogging. With how expensive it’s gotten for it to be that bad quality is ridiculous

I ordered a family bucket and they didn’t put the fries in. Not much a meal without the fries

Sauces I ordered were not provided .

Order was missing popcorn chicken and fries very disappointed as only half a meal

food was well cooked and delicioua til you got to the chicken that was way too salty for anyone. think it had a months worth of salt in the batter. wont be ordering for a long time if ever again

don't know why I'm missing half my order. delivery driver explained he was only given half of the order.

driver was very pleasant, however he food was not very warm and i only live 5 minutrs drive from reataurant. Gurthermore, there was very little lettuce on my burger, and the two fillets chosen for my meal were quite thin, not much meat to them, restaurant could and should have done better to be honest..

I ordered my meal, delivery driver marked it as delivered but they never dropped anything off.

the burger wasn't plain , my son can't eat it with the sauce and lettuce on it. I had wrote on the notes to ask for the burger plain please. that's his favourite part of the meal. this happens too often !

I know KFC isn't what it used to be, but I'd say without a doubt Kilwinning KFC is the worst I ha e ever tasted.

Waited for half an hour for food, then received wrong order, by that time coffee was freezing, people serving kept saying they were waiting on chips

no bothered by 5 mins was nice and warm with a good quality service

received order and the bottle of 7up i was given was opened, i took a photo and refused to take it from the driver

my order did not arrive so I assume your driver kept it and ate it himself I am living on a pension and you are quick to take my money how low can people go to steal from the aged .

The food was overcooked. The breadcrumb coating on the burgers was burnt and the chicken was very dry. The chips were cold. Very disappointing!!! The driver was very quick. only 7 minutes from leaving restaurant.

Portions are smaller and smaller... Is it because of the war in Ukraine? Do your chicken and chips come from Ukraine?

Completely messed up the order, and when i tried to phone to get it rectified the women hung up the phone on me, absolutely shocked that they can’t admit when they’ve made a mistake, so be careful when ordering from here

Later than original time but then knock on door whilst app still saying not left restaurant. Courier really friendly and helpful as asked to wait until I’d checked it. They witnessed order not complete. Should be able to send you photo?

absolutely terrible didn't get my order but received someone else order of a higher value. phoned kfc told them about it. I was advised to go for a refund through just eat.

Way overpriced for what you get, they're too greedy now and food not as tasty as it once was, "warm" and stingy portions. Last time was the last time, shame as we used to really enjoy. Also, how hard can it be to get what you order/pay for ..

it arrived frozen as courier had two orders to deliver. both in Kilwinning but took the long way round and when I open it its beans not gravy and I'm allergic to beans. very dissatisfied

Have no issue with the delivery whatsoever. This place is an absolute shambles. Food is a mess I don’t know who checks this and is happy with it going out. Ordered a supercharger burger there was no supercharger sauce on it and burger bun was 20mm thick and burnt to a crisp. How can this happen absolute riot of a restaurant

Our son treated the family for Friday evening. Half of order missing, yet the receipt was stapled onto one and only bag, which wasn't even marked up as 1 of 2 let alone 1 of 1. All of us were missing something. My meal deal contained Luke warm soggy spicy, so called chips. Two chicken wings! I've seen more meat on a pigeon! As for the main chicken burger thing, luke warm with some fried batter thing on top. Road kill looks more attractive to eat! Thankfully the coleslaw was pre-sealed, probably somewhere south of the border! The only thing that was good was the can of Pepsi Max. I don't personally entertain franchise fast food establishments. But this was an all time low. Should be named Salmonella2go! For delivering so call food fit for human consumption! Avoid if you value your cash, buy from a local chip shop for a quality meal!

Not the best experience of a KFC I've ever had. Food was "ok", service was slow and the seating area was not the cleanest. Asked for napkins as there weren't any in the dispensers and was handed a scrunched wad of napkins by the person serving. Probably won't be back.

I ordered regular meals and what I was sent was not even a kids size portion, also 2.99 for a thimble of gravy is ridiculous, just over 20 for a meal and left starving
