Shocking from kfc don’t blame the driver I had ordered a cookie what didn’t come and wasn’t notified and they gave me a spare gravy sauce

order was wrong, don't use they fail to get anything right other than the drinks correct!

meal was cold. guy arrived at door with meal not in insulated bag..not sure if he had bag or not but had to reheat it . long delivery time then cold food. not great

disgraceful delivery driver opened our food and took bites out of our chicken and then proceeded to put it back !

Have no issue with the delivery whatsoever. This place is an absolute shambles. Food is a mess I don’t know who checks this and is happy with it going out. Ordered a supercharger burger there was no supercharger sauce on it and burger bun was 20mm thick and burnt to a crisp. How can this happen absolute riot of a restaurant

Hot wing were not included on my order and I want them

Chips were cold and soggy. The amount of chips and pop corn chicken was low too. First time this has happened. Been a fan of kfc for years. Won’t be ordering from just eat again

Food was cold they added lettuce when we asked for the burgers without. Terrible value for money tiny bags of chips the order cost nearly £30 I could eat out with another person at a proper restaurant for that

Our son treated the family for Friday evening. Half of order missing, yet the receipt was stapled onto one and only bag, which wasn't even marked up as 1 of 2 let alone 1 of 1. All of us were missing something. My meal deal contained Luke warm soggy spicy, so called chips. Two chicken wings! I've seen more meat on a pigeon! As for the main chicken burger thing, luke warm with some fried batter thing on top. Road kill looks more attractive to eat! Thankfully the coleslaw was pre-sealed, probably somewhere south of the border! The only thing that was good was the can of Pepsi Max. I don't personally entertain franchise fast food establishments. But this was an all time low. Should be named Salmonella2go! For delivering so call food fit for human consumption! Avoid if you value your cash, buy from a local chip shop for a quality meal!

The chips were reheats the chicken was not hot enough and had been there for a while will not be going back there

Not the best experience of a KFC I've ever had. Food was "ok", service was slow and the seating area was not the cleanest. Asked for napkins as there weren't any in the dispensers and was handed a scrunched wad of napkins by the person serving. Probably won't be back.

I ordered regular meals and what I was sent was not even a kids size portion, also 2.99 for a thimble of gravy is ridiculous, just over 20 for a meal and left starving

The order was delivered incomplete, I had to then drive to them to get the missing food as they said they wouldn’t send it out, defeats the point of using just eat. Store manager’s attitude was terrible.

didn't deliver the food at the right address even though it's on the instructions and I messaged asking the driver if he was lost no reply but delivered it at the wrong address

I would much rather order from here than McDonalds along the road which has went to the dogs. the order is always correct and the food is always hot and fresh. love it

my experience was the food was cold and the staff not paying attention to the notes that you leave letting them know what you want on your order I asked for no salad and mayonnaise and ended up getting it on my order which we never asked for I would not recommend KFC to anyone.

food delivery time was changed to an hour later than when time given when ordered. food isn't not what was ordered, I have a COLD meal which is a basic chicken burger, not what I ordered and paid nearly £20 for. everything is stone cold and wrong order. not very happy.

Delivery sometimes takes a bit from here or even to confirm the order. I enjoy the boneless stuff and popcorn chicken but it’s soooo expensive these days.

I have just been taken for £33 and been brushed off no food and no refund! disgrace. I was dismissed and told the courier delivered the food. but if just eat reads there own policy the delivery shouldn't have been handed over without a code. disgrace!!

Service was fast and polite. However the drinks where of meagre portion, the bun where not great and not the nicest hotwings. Will not be in a hurry to return and would not recommend.

Not once but twice missing items from the order. When called to complain the first time. They gave us a number to collect the order again at another time. Went back tonight for it to be missing mini fillets again 8 to be exact. Called back to be told they had no record of it and blocked our number from calling back. Much better service at their Irvine branch

Delivery was lost and had to go to restaurant to get a new one , and then had missing items and payed delivery for nothing

Order didn’t arrive, yet states delivered. Shop cannot help and have to raise a request through JUSTEAT. Unbelievable

great food, but missing items, sorted quickly.

The 3 tubs of buffalo dippers were cold, just out the fridge cold. The southern fried rice tubs were just about empty (checked inside bags, no spillages. Pictures available). No sauces were sent either.

Ordered 2 kids meals and 2 adults meals. Costs 30 quid. Got home and they forgot the chips. Never again. Getting expensive as it is, let alone for them to forget all the food

Won’t be ordering again food was spicy ( wraps & chips ) when clearly ordered non spicy on the menu. Only thing that was good was corn of cob. Waste of money definitely wouldn’t recommend

Complete shambles of a service, extra long wait for order Food was very poor, full of grease and looked uncooked, had to throw most of it in the bin, popcorn chicken and dips missing from order which had been paid for. Never again!

Wrong order brought out from a drive thru order after waiting a while. Went into store to have it rectified, got to car and order was still wrong and part of the order was missing. Shop concentrate too much on justeat rather than the customers in store!

Had tamato on my chiken that a didn’t ask for had no chips and was very plain no flavour at all

this order was placed just after 5.00pm. it was not delivered until after 7.30pm. this is atrocious service. the order was placed for someone who is disabled and was unable to follow this up. I would not recommend your company.

Hardly any chips , cold, missing hot wings

The order was missing the main item, the Burger, I only received the sundries. Contacted the outlet and they said they could do nothing about it unless I went there and they would replace the order. Kind of defeats the objective of a home delivery, would you not agree?

I had put down the wrong address and the driver contacted me to change the address and was able to drop it off with the food still warm

took so long to arrive and then when the courier arrived it wasn't my order. The courier was great and took it back and ensured we got our correct order. Then notice there was no gravy but since it took so long we went without

terrible service waited 2 and a half hours, called KFC got hung up on several times by the shift leader William who kept blaming the delivery drivers 🙄 when food finally came stuff was missing and the rice box meal had half the meal missing will never again order from here terrible service terrible staff, if I could give no stars I would.

Great for a quick bite. Great location .lots of parking. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ordered my food at 2oclock and didn’t get delivered until quarter to 4 the food was cold as well wasn’t happy with this .

Asked for no lettuce on burgers which there was and I also asked for normal mayonnaise and still got peppered which my mum couldn’t eat plus only a handful of chips with the meal which were barely seasoned and extremely bland

I received no delivery after waiting 2 hours and then called the restaurant, the man on the phone was very polite but I was told that the order left the restaurant but didn't come to me? it's definetly down as the correct address. very dissapointing, not KFCs fault but Just Eat drivers fault.

Fries from both meals are missing.

Order time was originally 6.46pm however food was not delivered until 7.56pm

Everytime i order theres stuff missing! Dont normally bother but when ure sitting eating ure dinner and making ure child theres its a joke! Not as if they liked what i got wont be ordering again!

chicken drumsticks were bit dry , pricing for extras especially beans is absolutely shocking for such a small tub , far to much sauce on the bites , very salty mini fillets as if the flour and salt and spice wasn't mixed properly ( former kitchen cook )

Have put in refund request as half of rice box not there.

I raised an issue with this order as the zinger burger meal was inedible…..the fries were undercooked and the burger had no sauce and was too hard and dry to eat. I have still received no feedback with regard to this issue.

I contacted the store spoke to the manager both of my sides were wrong I asked for mash they sent me corn on the cob, my dips were missing and my 2 cans of juice the manager suggested I contacted yourselves for a refund
