Worse meal I have ever had in my life. My son is 5 and got a chicken fried rice and it was full of bones all small bones in every piece of chicken (thankfully he never choked) told the lady and she took it away and did not replace it or offer anything else. My meal was of poor quality too the chicken looked and tasted dirty. When telling her our complaints her attitude was horrendous and just kept telling me someone Anthony owned the place and I was to contact him. We ended up just paying and leaving. Definitely won’t be back and have told everyone of my experience.

Good food. Nice restaurant but can be pretty quiet sometimes.

Best salt n chilli ribs I've ever had and a real good curry had to give top marks nice bits of meat!!

Have been coming here for years and always had a great experience. The staff are lovely and so efficient. Food always arrives quick and is always delicious. I recommend the mushroom curry and chicken satay!

What has happened to this place? It used to be a great restaurant but clearly that's not the case anymore. The food was freezing cold and it wasn't what we ordered. We ordered satay sauce but was definitely curry sauce! We ordered honey and garlic chicken but clearly given honey chilli sauce. What a waste of money. We will not be back in a hurry!

Went on the day of Chinese New Year. Service was poor. My meal was bland and my friends meal only tasted of salt. Charged for prawn crackers which we thought were complimentary. Never checked on us to see if our meals were OK. Bill was overcharged and not itemised.

Ordered a takeaway tonight. Breast of chicken curry, fried rice, salt & chilli chips. Extremely disappointed. Chicken was inedible, brown, bad, chewy bits, disgusting! Chips were brick hard, clearly reheated god knows how many times. Phoned to request a refund and the girl on the phone (who was very pleasant) stated that the manager refused to offer a refund. Very disappointed they cannot take responsibility for sending out poor food or offer a refund. Will not be ordering again or stepping foot back in it.

Excellent food. Lovely staff. Decor is a little tired but we keep going back, because the food is great and very reasonable

Food has been delicious, price is fair but the atmosphere could do with some music in the background. Always love coming here ❤️

What an excellent place! One of the most reliable chinese restaurants in ayrshire! Been coming here for years and will continue to do so! Can always count on this place to serve up a great meal!

First time visit and for a Friday evening was very empty. Saying that, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was very good and they were doing takeaways as well. Will be visiting again in the future.

Went in today for lunch , place was freezing, ordered honey wings and got cremated wings with golden syrup on them , other half order won ton cremated , mains came paid EXTRA for s&c chip then was told I’d have to pay extra for rice as I wanted chips instead of rice ( asked for chips extra and paid for not instead ) other half got a chicken chow main very very dry asked for gravy got the smallest gravy boat on earth and was charged nearly 2.50 , service was very poor considering we were the only ones in . No good

We decided to give this chinese a wee go as it's been a while. We tried the chilli honey garlic chicken, which was delicious as always, with good sized portions and very easy to order through there own website, with so much to choose from, We wont leave it so long next time!

Was teally empty when we went in but our meal was lovely

Salt&pepper chicken was alright not fresh a little dry cooked to long chips were dry and rice is just never nice I wrote great review not even 2 months ago this happens a lot , when it’s all fresh and cooked perfectly then you order 6-14 days later and dissapointed they I’ve mainly written when lovely in review but this is first opposite review, they forget things like crackers or coke then say remind me next time I have memory bother

Lovely and staff lovely friendly can have laugh with food delicious fresh good sauces to I’m fussy on gravy curry fresh meat and veg so everything was great every other time so we’re ordering a meal later !yum 😋

Getting pretty sick of the slow delivery service. Not for me anymore. I understand places can be busy at times but surely it's good manners to let the customer know this.

Great curry, beet I've ever had. Been going there for nearly 25 years and my usual food is consistently good I'll be honest having tried most of their stuff, I don't feel like they can nail beef so if that is what you are after I'd recommend get chicken. They are fast with service, their restaurant is a bitcrpa in decor but food is good.

Used to be our favourite Chinese.

Had chicken chow main Hong Kong style.. was so bland, tasteless and cook taste the chicken had been frozen. Was only offered some curry sauce to put on top and was charged full price

Love this Chinese it is honestly hands down the best in full of Ayrshire it’s beautiful portions are massive staf and lovely friendly helpful I love this place trust me it’s the best food u will get in Ayrshire 💯stars from me 👍

Very good food, reasonable prices, lovely staff.

Popped in here late on a Monday night with family, place was empty so service was quick. Food was very nice and the kids loved the gravy, which is very important, would consider using them for home delivery next time.

Really slow service, overly expensive drinks. Food was far too salty, practically inedible.

We always go here for our Chinese takeaway - 20 minute drive away ! However, because the food is delicious, especially the honey chilli chicken and satay dishes, piping hot, ready on time for pick up, it is well worth the effort. Also the price, such good value. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Just recieved a sweat and sour king prawn hongkong style and salt and pepper chicken wings. Souce was thin and flavourless and no real batter on the prawns,couldn't eat it as it was bland and not confident that the prawns were fresh,chicken didn't seem appetising and didn't taste any better, disappointed that I threw away 13 pounds, sorry but left not feeling great

The seating area is quite small inside but the food is great. Very tasty and good sized portions. Had home deliveries too and always been great service. Highly recommend.

Went here last nite for a take away absolutely delish best chicken curry had in years beautifully cooked chicken cooked exactly how it meant to be curry sauce yummy I will defo be back and really friendly staff the man who served me was lovely highly recommend this place if u appreciate good food defo thsnk you for the lovely meal 👍

Use them every Friday for Chinese food at work. The food is excellent and is delivered quickly. We haven't tried everything on the menu but what we have tried is amazing.

just in from meal at ambassador and that is the worst meal we have had for a long time, chicken soup for starter was delicious, beef in oyster sauce was awful beef was chewy and sauce tasteless, chicken fried rice hong kong style was also tasteless, we did say when we were paying the bill that we were not happy, but were told we should have said when she came to the table and asked us if everything was ok, we had only had one mouthful by this time, we have been before and meal was fine but not be back after tonights disaster. we did not get a penny off our bill.
