The music was a bit loud inside today and the food was nice but KFC is a lot more expensive than it used to be a once in a while treat

Got a 10 piece bargain bucket from the drivethrough Lake KFC on a Monday night 2/9/2024 counted 9 long hairs in the chicken and fries gross.

Nice little KFC to enjoy food. I got hot wings and some mini fillets. Food was PIPING hot like it came straight out of the fryers. Best freshest KFC I've ever been to.

Great food, good service, clean and tidy. Lots of parking and loos. Order screens available or order at till. Drive through as well. Music is a little louder than I'd expect.

Ordered take out wicked variety bucket was disappointed of the 10 pieces 8 were all drumsticks and 2 thighs it would have been nice if I was told that they dont have variety of chicken left.

Nice KFC drive through, food is always good, just a lack of mobile phone reception.

This is a lovely little restaurant for a stop-off whilst touring the island. The staff are friendly and the whole place is kept in an hygienic state. The manager clearly rules with an iron-rod.

Had room service as staying at the premier inn next door. Husband ordered via app, and I kid you not, was in and out in under 10 mins! Food piping hot, all there and all the dips and extras too. Honestly 5/5.

The boss there, Matt, gave me a sucky if I bought an extra bucket of chicken 👌 10/10 would recommend

if you use their drive through and your given the correct order, go buy a lottery ticket ! because its your lucky day! every since this store has been open its has worked on a 3 of of 5 getting it wrong ! And dont bother trying to go in to correct it, they treat you like something found under your shoe, and laugh about your order and make you feel that wanting what you ordered is being fussy.Every other kfc puts 2 mini fillets in their twisters.! Not here. !!!!!!! 1 mini fillet cut into 2. !!!!!

Used the KFC App to order so I could collect. All went smoothly. Friendly staff

Went through the drive through. Ordered family sized meal and it was ready fresh and hot by the time we made it back through the end of the drive through. Faith served us there with a lovely smile

Much better than newport KFC, much cleaner, nicer staff. The one in Newport is terrible. Stick to this one, well worth the drive

We sometimes stop here after a stroll in Shanklin or Sandown. It has always been very good service, small queue and delicious food.

£7.89 for a zinger meal ..haven't been to a KFC for years ..won't return Pathetic excuse for a burger... Chips were alright .... Super quick 'cooking' meant meal for ready by time I'd driven around to the collection window ... Burger obviously been sat as the extra cheese I orderd couldn't/wouldn't melt

This is first time having a bad experience from KFC, I ordered 4hot wings meal deal. I was the first customer, I have seen that they already made some fries on the fries station, I asked the cashier to give me the fresh hot fries. Cashier said to wait for couple of minutes to get the fresh fries I said yes! After a couple of time I received the my food I got 1of them are fresh rest of the three fries are the same one that they already made. The guys who is on fries . I don’t know the exact name I think he is a team leader name as (Arran)That is not the right way to treat the customer. I spent this much of money get good food but i didn’t. So I would like to request you for further investigation about this.

Got food yesterday and I’m sick as anything. Got food poisoning. I rang lake kfc to inform them they them hanged up the phone on me and refused to pick it up after I called mutual times. Don’t bother going waste off time. Rude

Standard KFC food usually quite with quick service....but the toilets let them down on this visit....disgusting and clearly not been checked on regular time....head of staff informed.

Came in late ish on a Sunday, staff member couldn't have been more polite if he tried probably one of the best customer services I've had in fast food in a long time especially on a slow Sunday night. Food was all fresh and delicious, bonus 👍🏻

Messed up the food order and after getting 4 children their dinner we find out there's a ton of pepper on the chips. Absolutely disgusting.. they don't like pepper and so doesn't eat them neither did myself and husband. What a complete waste of money!! Should have been asked if wanted pepper!!

Why you changed the salt on your chips ,don't know if its garlic salt but tostrong ruins the taste of the meal

Had a 10 piece bargain bucket, we know that you will get some mixed chicken, but 6 drums sticks and only 9 pieces of chicken total. Chips was not nice, coated in this new coating. Did not get a choice! Very disappointing.

Wow walked into a KFC and no delinquent youths in sight. Very busy both inside and drive through. Tables needed a wipe over but quickly remedy ourselves. Food piping hot ,tasty,staff more than welcoming. Yes cleaner during busy times would help,also if we left it tidy upon finishing would help. All in all the best KFC I have so far visited.

Can you please tell me why you say on your doors you are open till 23.00 hours and when I just visited your outlet 10 mins ago at 22.27 Wednesday 30th the ladies inside said were closed yet the drive through was still open the ladies looked for a shake from the counter to say no and got no reply I will not return very dissatisfied I am a island resident from lake

Went through drive through and was the only car. Asked for a boneless banquit and recieved a hen. It was live and tried pecking me. They didn't accept a refund and I named the hen "Mohammed". Me and Mo have had 3 children and a very healthy and happy lifestyle. Every day that passes he edges closer to the grasps of the hands of death. See picture below.

Food was good but the place wasn't that clean. Considering the place was practically empty when we arrived with the staff standing around they were not busy yet the tables hadn't been cleaned. We chose one of the only clean tables but got asked to move to a different one because it was apparently closed on that side. The new table was dirty and I hadn't realised there was chocolate sauce on my table. I had put my arm in it wearing a white jacket so it is now stained with chocolate due to poor cleaning.

Nice food, nice staff BUT the cleanliness of the place was disgusting. Food on tables, food on floor, overflowing bins...

Had the best KFC of my life here. The chicken was melt in the mouth good.

Waiting at the till to be served for over 15 minutes no one would acknowledge us. Tried to get the server and managers attention but he would not even look, we wouldn’t normally mind but we had cash.

Had couple bits chicken missing but they gave whole order back for compensation

The 1st time we've used this K.F.C. when visiting the island, we ate in,and chose the six piece feast,the sides (sweetcorn and bbq beans) were great as was the cola,however the famous coating on the chicken was almost non existent,and it was really greasy, so very disappointing 😞

Very welcoming from the staff who helped place the order, didn’t have to wait to long for the food. Was very clean so decided to eat in. The food was very nice and had so much flavour, was a little disappointed by one of the pieces of chicken as it had very little meat.

Just been here for takeaway was a bit worried after seeing some of the reviews but didn't need to be. The guy who served me was really nice and helpful, Adam. I got my order quickly and everything was there. As always chips cold and under cooked as usual with kfc. How is it you can do lovely chicken and rubbish chips. As I collected my order I asked another male member of staff if my bbq sauce was in my bag. He barked at me that sauce sachets were on the side, which is not what you get with a boneless banquet. So I asked Adam who was very polite and told me it was in my box. Would have given five stars if not for the grumpy guy.

Didn’t have card so had to pay with cash at the till and this rather greasy haired employee stood and stared and didn’t bother serving me as i continued to wait and when I finally was served he was the most lifeless person ever will definitely not be going back

I’m afraid someone needs to show the ppl cooking how to do a proper KFC.. greasy and just not how it is elsewhere .. they need retraining .. it’s hot a name over here as worst one to go to as so not like traditional KFC meal.

Only around half the items on the menu were available and they missed 2 of the items from our order so we had to go back to pick them up.

Where to start- staff not in uniform and I think their tops had missed wash day No cups sauces serviettes offered or put in with order Coleslaw fridge temp might need looking at .fries had seen better days Chicken ok Staff perhaps should be more friendly with customers as opposed to each other Some refresher training or even some training might be in order

This has got to be one of the best KFC’s I have been in for a long time went on two occasions on different days & times and was not disappointed. Both times I received the food fresh and piping hot, staff was friendly and quick with my order the restaurant & toilets was clean this is how a KFC should be. Only minor thing to complain about for me could have done with more BBQ sauce on the dipped bites

Lovely customer service. Very clean. Love it here. I know it is still the same KFC as others out there but for some reason, i find their food more tasty. I find their offerings more of being food and less of being snacks.

Large car park with ample parking.Toilets available disabled friendly, Cash or Card . Prompt and helpful service , Food good and hot. Good standards here all round. Not very busy on my visit. Drive thru also available.easy to find opposite the Aldi in Lake.

Here on holiday, stopped off for dinner after a busy day. Staff were very helpful couldn’t fault them. The food was fresh and good. Thank you.

Just went to kfc in lake this evening to get something to eat and waited about 5mins or more to be served with no one in sight. Someone must of seen they had a customer waiting. Do they not want our custom or anything. Gone elsewhere so they lost out.

Poor customer service went thru drive thru 1 person didnt even crack a smile 2nd i forgot to ask for no mayo on burgers so ask and the guy shouted in back no mayo on those buger apparley from a man in strip blue top no sauce no napkins was offer had to pay for sauces even tho i payed 14 quid odd for 2 box meals went in the girl on desk was lovely shame the to guys on drive thru let it down got home chicken was burnt like its been cooked 5 times over all in all not good

Best KFC on the island. And probably the whole of the UK. Ordered a 10 piece mini fillet box and they were 100% "finger lickin good". Can't wait to return next time I'm on the island.

Food order was correct but on getting home no straws for drinks or serviettes.

Staying in premier inn next door . Door locked at 10 pm so went to drove thru said can’t serve as not in car !! Next car said they would order for us then told can only serve one order per car !! Do they not want our money ????
