Very unhappy, stood at till for 20 minutes being ignored, I assume you won't serve ppl with Cash or don't use your App well this will be only visit I or my family ever make, have taken us all to to McDonald's instead

Ordered a wicked bucket meal at the drive through and got no wings. Not happy.

We went late last night at like 11pm we had our beautiful dog with us and they gave him his faveourite snack popcorn chicken Thankyou girls you made ours and his day 🥹🥹

Had the special box meal at the time. It looked exactly like the advertising and tasted pretty good too. Hot and fresh. Lost a start due to slow service, wasn't too busy at the time.

Chicken tasted amazing. But warm coke. Slow service even though wasn't busy.

Was given a 30-45 mins delivery time still waiting 2 hours later. Not good customer service should not take on delivers if you can not honour them. Order this at 20.23 now 22.29 and still waiting. Not good service

Very disappointed, chicken was not fresh, chips were not fresh in fact the whole order very unsatisfactory, delivery driver friendly.

Total Rip Off ! One bag of chips filled the others no more than 6 chips in .. Bucket load of Legs .. Couple of Pieces of Wings I think they were tiniest things you have ever seen .. Food was delivered to wrong address of street of similar sounding name!! Contacted restaurant who advised it would have to be just eat as they are only responsible for food!!

kept getting different time so who knows if it was early or late, but I do know that it was COLD AGAIN will i order again?? do not like cold food unless it was meant to be cold

It was not delivered. Your driver put it on the doorstep of the wrong house. Then legged it. I had to walk up the blooming road to find it. Who the heck do you employ? I want a full delivery refund!

They forgot two items of the delivery, tried to blame the driver and made us travel to the store to pick up the items they missed.

Would give no stars, ordered on the app, 2 hours later still no food, restaurant don't answer the phone, delivery driver calls, as apparently they’ve given the food out so it’s been stolen by a delivery driver, won’t remake the food, and expect me to place another order complete joke

The order was late by 1 hour, so it was stone cold, could not eat it a waste of £15.40. i told delivery driver, said he don't know anything, so i will not get food from KFC Bury Rd ipswich again

Fast service, friendly and the freshest meal at any KFC we have ever had. Considering price hikes on food recently KFC is a very good value alternative especially with high quality take away on offer.

Horrendous service. So rude, young lad serving. Obviously don’t want to be working. Took our order, everything wrong, like he just felt like ordering what he wanted. Just to try and upset people. He should not be working in customer service! never bothered complaining as it would have been pointless. Walking round like he wanted to fight someone. Saying to his colleague he hates working Fridays. He needs to give his head a shake and sort his attitude out. Half restaurant closed off due to it being cleaned. The other half dirty, tables not wiped.

missing chips! 3 meals ordered 1 meal missing food!

The ultimate bbq burger did not come with a brioche style bun but instead a standard sesame bun and looked sloppily put together. Looked nothing like what was advertised

Dirty place despite being new build. Very poor service. Priority given to food delivery drivers before counter orders by paying public. Don't care less attitude by staff. Bins overflowing. No order terminal installed despite new establishment. Toilets dirty with water and paper across floor. Long wait for food. I generally like KFC but do not recommend this outlet.

Food was unfortunately cold and chicken was over cooked and extremely dry and un eatable which was a shame as had family over and brought the £40 party box so very unhappy tbh

You expect the drive thru to be poor but the service level here is appalling. The only car in the drive thru and still had to wait 15mins for popcorn chicken

2 pieces of the chicken were missed out of the bucket. We only had 10 pieces instead of the 12 we should have received

A KFC that is regularly out of gravy and chicken…. Its mental to me :/ only once in the last two years have they had gravy and as said regularly are out of chicken

The food was the wrong order. Was not what I order at all. And plus the food was over an hour late. Asked for a refund. Very disappointed

Had a mini wrap had to throw it out as it had a chicken drumstick in it, bit down on it and now have a cracked tooth. Thanks KFC for employing some idiots

Time of delivery kept changing, once food was picked up the time kept being pushed back and food was stone cold once arrived. Not happy. I have never had a problem with just eat like this.

It's KFC, food was luke warm, and had a drive, though, its fast food.

Was disgusting, floor was sticky , tables and chairs where filthy, had to clean them out self's, food took forever to come out, chips where cold, popcorn chicken cold, beans cold. Two bits of chicken where slimy

Delivered hot with a good variety of Chicken pieces . Good quality gravy as well . Nice 1

No hot wings . And if the chicken pieces get any smaller maybe send out sparrows legs

50/50, service and staff can be a bit slow and rude but if you get lucky the service and staff are amazing

Well what can say is except , 'Well done ' . It was packed well , delivered quickly and food was cooked like it mattered arriving hot . Not just legs in the bucket either , massive turn around on the last few times we've ordered :)

Fail to understand how this place can repeatedly get uber orders wrong. Its a celebration in the household when they actually get one right!

Constant mistakes on orders, really gone downhill. Update: Had the joy of watching a member of staff scratch her bottom and then carry on making food without washing her hands, make a cigarette on the food counter, and then carry on making and preparing food with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. Absolutely disgraceful

Tonight whilst sat at the drive thru window we watched one of the women working there itch her bumhole and then continue making food without washing her hands, she then proceeded to get her tobacco, wander round the kitchen whilst making her cigarette (on the counter that food is prepared) and then continue making food with her fag hanging out her mouth. She didn't wash her hands once but did put her fingers in the dipped pots, make a wrap and put burger buns in the toaster. Funnily enough we didn't eat.

Very poor kfc!! The boneless chicken is literally half the size!! You raise your prices and cut the size of the chicken 👏🏻

Hot wings were in the bucket not a bag & out of 6 pieces of Chicken 4 were legs . This seems to be a common occurrence lately which is a shame as the food was cooked well . So only 4 stars this time

Went to the drive-thru. Didn't quite understand the young male on the end of the food order but he took my order eventually. Then went through paid my money. Got me food and left ,sat in the car park enjoying it. Overall. A nice experience for the first time
