I went to KFC this evening to purchase 6 ice creams. I waited 15mins for my order because the girl serving me took forever. She didn’t read my order properly and made me 6 small ones. Then was told they are not correct by another colleague and she said do this again. She then came back with 6 chicken cups and filled them up. Then the lids didn’t fit. Then she decided to give the guy one ice cream she did on his way out. Then when given my order I was one short and two were melted. I did say you just gave my ice cream away but she looked confused. I live no more than a 5min drive from home. It was all pretty much melted. Just disappointed overall with how poor the service was. Chocolate was stale. I don’t recommend this store to anyone and will not be returning. Just management need to upskill their current staff. It’s a real shame to be honest. Once staff have finished there shift they shouldn’t be hanging around counter eating and taking drinks and pouring themselves drinks and ice cream to take home in front of customers. Doesn’t look great. I understand staff have perks but at least serve paying customers first. Just common sense to be honest.

The wait in this branch is ridiculous. I have patience to wait 30-40 mins but everytime I come it’s at least 30 mins wait. EVERYTIME. It’s so obvious they prioritise Uber/deliveroo orders that it’s unprofessional. I’ve had enough. It’s evident this team needs some more training on efficiency. As a branch, you need to do better.

Worst experience I’ve seen in my whole years of living on this planet.How can my friend tap his card on the machine it prints a receipt then the lady calls a number , I remember 4060 it was on the receipt she said well you’ve not paid angrily u have to pay in cash when my friend already paid by card and it even took money out his bank, he then showed the employee his bank transaction and then she was like I don’t care your ban get out it’s out of order.I said hang on why would you call out a order number and why would it print a receipt if my friend didn’t pay .Fire this employee and her friend that is at the front desk they were shouting at customers when they are in the wrong saying, me and my friend don’t care I don’t want to hear it. It’s ur job to hear it when you’ve not done it correctly yes and when u have scammed a customer. : My friends and I also got ban in the end kicked out shouted at verbally abused, by staff didn’t get our food didn’t get a refund complete scam and waste of money, it is rightfully at that point a criminal offence u still currently my friend money.

They charged me twice then wouldn’t refund me and then have attitude and caused a argument when I literally had the bank statement horrible service horrible absolutely appalling.

Was rude to my mate and scammed him and made him pay 3 times and didn't refund and we didn't get the order

This food is so bad never again is a waste of money and waste of time eating this Junk chickens it's all cold

Order nearly two hours from time of order and money out of bank, when arrived was stone cold. Coleslaw was hot could not be eat as possible food poisoning. No use to my husband as insulin diabetic and had to have alternative food. A full refund should be given. Possible will not be using again. Will be posting on restaurant website.

This is the slowest KFC I have ever visited Staff are rude sarcastic and there is no urgency in doing your order order gets taken and u wait 30 min in store for a simple meal to be done , when u complain staff get rude and tell u that they are the only one working on counter , and there’s nothing they can do , staff then fill your bag with extra chips and drinks to try keep u on side Well under staffed and they take priority of Uber eat drivers over in store customers Such a bad atmosphere in there were customers have to wait so long for there meal don’t open the shop if u can not deliver fast food simple …….

Gutted, the food was delivered cold and the burgers were disassembled like they'd been dropped. £44 wasted. Unable to call the shop so can only warn others! So much for a celebration meal. Very disappointed 😢

I fell sorry I can’t give less then 1 star just done my order and payed 3.19£ for 17 paces of fries and the flaming wrap for 4£ half of it empty it’s a rip off on your money.Horrible

Was standing waiting for 35 mins in the takeaway kfc Perry street and got home to the chips were cold and over salted and chicken was soft and had brown spots all over it, the worst kfc i have ever experienced

I order yesterday 5pc chicken and wings chicken so dry looks burn even didn’t tasty it just throw in bin what a pity service very very slow staff don’t know what they doing people waiting there never ever order here again I would give -10 star if I could

i am livid, today i ordered 1 flaming mini wrap and 6 hot wings at 12:42pm and they gave them to me at 12:58. 16 MINUTES FOR A SIMPLE ORDER. this usually takes 5 minutes to make, 10 minutes max. i could literally see the workers taking their time and there wasnt a large queue when i was there, i could even hear them discussing my order.

Clueless workers don’t know what they are doing they have 3 customers in the shop but still taking agesssss for 1 tiny orders

Would not recommend ordering from the Perry street KFC. Everytime it’s been a nightmare. Last 2 occasions we waited for 2 hours for the food only for it to be cancelled at 11pm and the other time we waited over 2 hours only for the courier to mark it as delivered and never showed up.

I ordered 2 meals but only recived 1.very disappointed. Went bk to complain but didn't get the food or compensated

Terrible service from the two ladies who work on Saturday 27/04/24 at 8pm. They shouldn't work in this place, nor should they deal with animals! I was treated very badly in this establishment!

She mistreats all the customers, I could see her mistreating several customers and the Uber Eats driver! I will never return to this place again! Jess ignored my friend, made order mistakes and forgot about someone else's food while in there. She was incredibly rude to people and she should go.

I went to KFC Perry Street today with some friends and we all ordered a meal. Of the 5 of us that went, 4 of us received wrong orders. On top of this one specific staff member, a lady called Jess. She completely ignored me while I was trying to make an adjustment, when my friend went up to get a missing item she lied to his face saying he had it before turning around and finding it on the counter and handing it to him. Multiple times she whispered under her breath profanity about us which is completely unacceptable! A terrible experience will not be coming here again.

I went in 20 minutes ago, ordered a mini wrap bucket meal with bbq sauce inside the wrap. i got given the super charger sauce inside instead. the girl who was in the front was called jess. she was rude and ignorant, whispering things underneath her breath about us and interrupting her. completely horrible experience and never again.

I am furios with the service of this kfc i ordered the 10 wings meal on the 13/10/2023 and i got seven wings at 15:47PM. It is completely out of order that i pay for full price for 10 wings and only get seven. The chicken tasted rotten and uncooked. It was one of the ladies last day there may you please put it on her resume, that she shouldnt be allowed to work with food again in her life

Worst KFC ever, everytime no matter what the time, they cannot cope with any orders, getting deliveries ready calling out for drivers who are not even there, all the while the in-store customers just wait. Only 2 people in the shop took 45 minutes for my order which is disgusting and then to get home and they had forgotten one of my children's popcorn chicken in the kids meal would never order from there any more I can't see what takes so long to prep 4 meals and every thing has been thrown together and not presentable

I had enough of this branch, this is the 3rd time I’ve got home and they have missed items from my order! We have a takeaway as a family for a treat every now and then and it just ruins it. It’s not cheap either, you’d think being a big brand they would get it right!

Good lord.. the staff work very hard but for the love of god, the combination of people ordering onsite and deliveries need to be sorted. We waited 55mins from ordering onsite to getting food. 😫

What a shambles of a place. Waited in store for over 25mins for food to be prepared to get home 2mins around corner to stone cold food. Should of gone morleys for half the price and better quality food.

One of the worst services , staff are under trained and slow . This one is somewhat better than the valley drive kfc it doesn’t give you food poisoning however they forget parts of your order ,the most obvious ones, ordered a gravy mega box and it came without the gravy …

Ordered online, let them know when ready for collection , as asked, then proceeded to wait in the shop, for well over 25 mins, whilst all the staff gave priority to just eat and uber drivers, then soggy chips, will use valley drive in future,

Terrible branch, don’t bother! We paid for x2 large meals and no receipt was printed so they would only give us medium (as that’s apparently what was on the screen) my partner got given the completely wrong burger, we also ordered an additional chicken fillet in my rice box and it wasn’t included in the order. Also had to wait nearly half an hour whilst they dithered about when all they had to do it put the order in a bag! Don’t waste your money :(

Second time l order from this store and every time the driver "can't find the address " , they don't call ,just mark the order as delivered and that's all. Even one star is too much for the store, the service and drivers. Never recommend

A lot of my order was missing. Staff were abrupt.

I find it incredibly frustrating when there are 2 orders on the screen. The person behind the counter still has an inability to read what is on the screen and put it in a bag. How can you manage to miss items off of the order when you are tapping off the screen at the same time. The staff need to focus on what they are doing and not standing around chatting and trying to hurry out of the door.

Did not deliver half of my order. Did not answer the phone. There was no lettuce in a burger . Absolutely disgusting and never ordering again

I very rarely have a takeaway, but thought after a hot day working long hours I would treat myself. Wish I hadn’t bothered. I had 7 chips, all dried and looked hours old. Baked beans were absolutely dry, no sauce and beans were dry and cracked. Chicken was shrivelled and tough. I was so exhausted and tired I couldn’t be bothered to take it back. Most went in the bin. Don’t go there. Across the road is an amazing fish and chip shop that serves the freshest food. I should have gone there. Stay clear people. Don’t waste your money. Used to love KFC, but standards have fallen.

Fairly empty, quick service and saved £15 by not using Uber eats.

Correct and fast service and attitude, professional staff. I read your reviews and I can't understand people who write bad comments. When food is prepared it takes time to be well prepared. When food is delivered it also takes time, the delivery people have no wings and no can fly. The same people write bad reviews for all food stores, pizza, kfc, mcdonalds and others. Always dissatisfied, always not served, always angry. The store can't close at 11.00 and you order food at 10 ,59 and expect that in 2 minutes it will be delivered to you, if you think it can, then you are a round idiot, and no one wants to communicate with IDIOTS

I ordered today in Deliveroo. They made me wait for 1 hour before they canceled the order. Deliveroo staff called me apologizing, instead of someone from KFC. Never ordering again from KFC, horrible experience.

Never again! Got a wicked variety bucket which came with 5 leg pieces and most of the pieces were mashed. The portion of chips I got was ridiculous.

Ordered to hotel. Missed call by 2 mins (was on toilet) didn’t bother to come into Hotel and ask at reception. Failed to deliver, driver wouldn’t pick up, restaurant wouldn’t pick up. Restaurant closed. Shocking service. Avoid this place like the plague

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. Would give it 0 star if I could. Placed an order to collect last night my burger from the trilogy box was raw! Also order a popcorn bucket for my daughter, only for there to be no popcorn chicken in the bucket - so we gave her ours out of our trilogy boxes. When we drove my burger back to the store, they refused to accept the chicken was raw - so we kindly asked them to take a bite to which they refused. Also called us liars saying we can’t prove the popcorn chicken wasn’t in the kids bucket! Absolutely shocking customer service. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.

How on earth can I get declined paying for hot wings for £2.69 because my debit card is an under 18 one. So you have to be 18 to buy a KFC on a debit card. So wrong!!!

Waited 25 minutes for an order, too upon receiving my order having half of it missing (I arrived home at this point) called up, regarding my issue due to NOT getting all what I paid too be rudely accused of lying, by an employee who answered! No longer ordering from Perry Street KFC, due too the lack of respect for customers and care, as well as not checking orders (there is a screen to do so, clearly don't use it; not the first time items have been missing as heard numerous people with the same complaints)

The service is fast and clean restaurant only 2 tables for dine in, but mostly to collect or for delivery. Manager and staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The food is always piping hot and tasty. Highly recommended 👌

The worst KFC franchise to ever come to fruition. I Went in there to buy lunch (Randomly) for a family of 6..... Clearly I am spending more than most at around £70, I ask for 2 breast pieces to be included in my mammoth of an order... The sales assistant says she cant as it is one Breast piece per household....I'm like huh?? Can I speak to the manager Please??... Now here comes this Rude and well rounded lady talking down at me (completely disregarding the amounts of money I'm spending in a basic Chicken & Chip Shop).... I felt so Embarrassed I said ok, Never Mind & Thank You....and carried on with my day.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Dear KFC, I leave a 5* for the manager who is working todays shift 11/08/2021 around 9pm & the cooks behind the counters, (although maybe a little love into packaging the chips into bags wouldn't go a miss guys.) Shoe on the other foot, imagine ordering food and it arriving like it has been launched into the bag via a cannon, faster than the front of house team can think even think, while upside down, doing the splits.....the chips didn't quite make the bag guys, come on, there's clearly an opening on one end of the paper bag. Uber delivered a wrong order which is fair enough, I was upset, naturally, two hangry children is no fun for anyone......reason for me driving to the store in Perry street as a result. However, the two very, very, elderly ladies running front of shop working at -1 million miles an hour are a liability with no customer service skills. (Manners cost nothing, but leave a customer feeling like a customer who are ultimately responsible for your wages when happy. Gain some perspective on the larger picture) Yes I am being obnoxious. It is deliberate. Standing there with two hungry little girls while these two laddies, completely ignored me waving a massive bag around while attempting to make eye contract, was, naturally, very amusing! On doing the very British thing and saying "Excuse me", was fondly received by one of the grey haired ladies saying "Yeah!" without even looking around. I got to speak to the back of her greasy head. Excellent service.....hats off.......yesterdays generation. "Can I speak to the manager", not once did the elderly lady look round but swiftly shot around the side, to shout the exhausted manager out, who was clearly stressed and utterly being let down by his team. While I appreciate, ladies, that maybe you did not envision your life ending up in KFC, and dreamt of the sunset wedding of your dreams, do so with a little class as to not let your team down in the back. Either way I got my order sorted out, minus the complimentary cookies, not a problem though. My girls are now fed. KFC Manager of 11/08/2021-9pm, thank you for sorting my order out without giving me the run around. With rapid delivery so that I could get on with my evening like this never happened. I hope your senior management team, fund you correctly, to get you the team with more energy and manners that you deserve, as you were clearly having a tougher evening than me and I wish you all the best.
