What on earth has happened to KFC. Absolutely vile meal. Luke warm food, chips covered in pepper, a piece of chicken no bigger than the mayo pots!

Over priced and always multiple drops before yours

Totally wrong order delivered, unable to contact anyone at justeat. its just left to automatic messages.

Was late and my mum had to wait in the cold for 15 minutes when arrived was cold

Unhappy with the delivery driver, left his car door open with music extremely loud. Arrived at my door with a cigarette in his mouth cigarette smoke coming in to my home where my baby is.

Took ages to be delivered and was stone cold when it got here.

Food cold not down to restaurant, it was down to courier doing multiple orders.

Didn’t receive this order, the driver turned up and had another order that wasn’t ours. Said he would return and get a new order, gave us his number. Waited 45 minutes and he never came back. We phoned and he said we’d cancelled the order, which we hadn’t so he wasn’t going to return. Had to reorder and the food weren’t even nice. Was cold and chips were undercooked. Not happy!

Delivery was on time and good but food was horrendous. Undercooked, missing items. This was a reorder as the first order never came! Separate incident. Not first time this KFC have messed up an order! Can’t fault the driver though.

The estimated arrival time kept changing, in the end we waited nearly an hour. Would’ve been quicker to jump on the bus and get it ourselves.

If I could give -10 I would Paying over £30 for cold food which was actually meant to be hot is absolutely disgraceful. Thanks for the gut ache just eat Karma

delivery driver turned up 2 hours after ordering and after id called restaurant who said it went out ages before. refused delivery as food would have been cold, told restaurant who called just eat to complain also

delivery driver did not deliver the food, but when I went to the store the staff where so helpful and gave me my order and couldn't apologise enough. Will go in store or use kfc app in future

Ordered online, when food arrived we were missing food, called up only to be told they definitely put it in and the driver must have taken it which is impossible considering it came in a sealed bag. Went back to get the missing item and then was told I was wrong and to have a female worker mumble something under the breath at me to which I told them they were wrong and to just admit when they were wrong to which they laughed at me. Hoping kfc sort their staff out at this store as it was a complete joke

Wish they would keep food in hot bag to the door instead of just handing food that's sometimes luke warm because of this. But otherwise food nice

Food delivered more than one hour late. I placed the order approx 9.15 pm and I received the food at 10.40 pm. Usually it takes only 20 minutes to deliver.

Good service. Just one minor problem - the dip was not included.

Order not received. Obviously delivered elsewhere. Driver clearly not at correct standard to find an address on a main road.

Food was cold my grandchildren were hungry. The driver said it was Just Eat fault. Only 2 delivery’s but had to go to shop at Morrisons!!!!!

I left a message to say good really hot please . Hardly any chips they were small different sizes not nice just warm . Could drink my Pepsi max with meal as was warm against the food in a bag that was to small food you could see .

Food was cold and food was missing chips well there was one portions worth of chips for two meals that were stone cold. Ordered Kansas bbq dipped bites and never got them don’t see how food can be cold when we live less than a mile away from the shop where it comes from????

Food was cold and soggy because of the condensation. Also the bucket which housed the food was split and therefore the food had transferred into the main bag. this meant that some of the food was uneatable because it was stuck to the inside of thebag

Whole order was wrong. It was someone else’s order that I received, which is nothing close to my order. I tried calling the restaurant, but no answer. Luckily just eat were quick to refund in credit note (refund to payment method would be preferred)

Overpriced rubbish! Zinger burger that was overcooked and the tiny portion of chips were mostly covered in black bits. Will not be coming back.

This is the first time I have used this outlet in a few years . I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and chips . I think the charge was about 11.20 . Too much oil on the chicken . It was dripping out when eating it and also the chips were not much better . 😡

The updates for the order was stuck on “Preparing order - driver at the restaurant” for 50 minutes making the total order time 1 hour and 15 minutes, the app kept pushing expected time back every 5 minutes so I had no option to cancel when it was getting too long, I almost had to forfeit and make my own food which defeats the purpose of food delivery. When the driver arrived and I asked was there an issue at the restaurant he said no and smiled as if nothing was a problem about the order time.

Very good service. The only small issue was that there was no barbecue sauce included.

Our first order got cancelled. When we put our order through for the second time, it didn’t actually get delivered to us. We had to drive and collect it from the driver that said he couldn’t bring it to us. By the time we drove to him and drove back it was cold which isn’t the restaurants fault. There was no reason the delivery guy couldn’t deliver it to us as I pinned the location of our haven caravan to him.
