I wasn't happy with the delivery man smoking while delivering my food

Time just kept extending apparently he was at the restaurant for more than 30 mins- it wasn’t peak time. Food was stone cold

Food was cold and food was missing chips well there was one portions worth of chips for two meals that were stone cold. Ordered Kansas bbq dipped bites and never got them don’t see how food can be cold when we live less than a mile away from the shop where it comes from????

My fillet burger was drenched in mayo!!

Food was lukewarm due to driver heading to Bradwell

Over an hour delivery time and everything was cold so had to reheat everything so bad

Ordered 1.5ltr Pepsi max and got 330ml can

Food was cold and soggy because of the condensation. Also the bucket which housed the food was split and therefore the food had transferred into the main bag. this meant that some of the food was uneatable because it was stuck to the inside of thebag

Whole order was wrong. It was someone else’s order that I received, which is nothing close to my order. I tried calling the restaurant, but no answer. Luckily just eat were quick to refund in credit note (refund to payment method would be preferred)

Please update your maps - this address has been around for 2 years. also maybe don't blame the customer for where they live when you can't find it

The updates for the order was stuck on “Preparing order - driver at the restaurant” for 50 minutes making the total order time 1 hour and 15 minutes, the app kept pushing expected time back every 5 minutes so I had no option to cancel when it was getting too long, I almost had to forfeit and make my own food which defeats the purpose of food delivery. When the driver arrived and I asked was there an issue at the restaurant he said no and smiled as if nothing was a problem about the order time.

It hasn't arrived yet I paid £40

Our first order got cancelled. When we put our order through for the second time, it didn’t actually get delivered to us. We had to drive and collect it from the driver that said he couldn’t bring it to us. By the time we drove to him and drove back it was cold which isn’t the restaurants fault. There was no reason the delivery guy couldn’t deliver it to us as I pinned the location of our haven caravan to him.

Not delivered at all!! Ordered for my disabled bedbound son. States delivered at 16.01 but has not been delivered I left explicit instructions of ward number and side room details. Will not be using ever again. I now have to spend more money on food and £40 in taxis to deliver it. Absolutely disgusting

Didn’t arrive! Came to our road, stopped, drove back up again. Didn’t phone to ask for directions. Changed order to delivered then drove off with my order! Not the first time this has happened.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a driver, doesn’t speak English. Telling me my house isn’t on my road after repeating he’s on the wrong road 5 times. Foods cold rude driver. Unhappy with this and want a full refund.

KFC has gone from bad to worse! Requested NO CHICKEN DRUMSTICK - we got half a bucket full of them! Chips were disgusting! Absolutely not worth the money. What chicken breast there was in the bucket was so small - one mouth full and it was gone! Chicken was too salty and cold. Total waste of money! I wanted an easy tea after 12hr shift and this definitely was not enjoyable.

Overpriced rubbish! Zinger burger that was overcooked and the tiny portion of chips were mostly covered in black bits. Will not be coming back.

my wife and I had fillet burgers which tasted ok. As for the fries, I paid £3.17 for a tiny soggy half empty bag of fries! We have had the same meal from KFC on a number of occasions before and they are normally really nice. This meal was far from that.

Chicken was rotten with foul smell, I couldn’t eat it, showed my friends the spoilt meat, and kept it for evidence but couldn’t reach anyone on phone, then trashed it finally tonight. I’m very sad and disappointed with such bad, rotten/spilt chicken.

I ordered fries, drink and chicken today, that was delivered but the chicken has bad rotten smell, obviously spoiled but they still fried it and sent to me. I feel so sad and disappointed today that such unhealthy rotten chicken was delivered to me, and I can’t even reach anyone on phone to report that, I kept the spoilt smelly chicken for evidence, but could not reach anyone. I was advised to trash the meat tonight, due to bad smell, and write a review.

I didn't get everything I ordered. I complained to just eat within 5 minutes if delivery but I've just been totally ignored. not buying from KFC again. I told you what was missing and I haven't been reimbursed.

Food was good, but I opened my door to the delivery driver puffing on a cigarette in my face with my food in his hand! Smoke came in my house and the bag smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Not happy at all!

All good, just didn’t arrive with the bbq dip.

far too much mayonnaise!!!! totally ruined my sons dinner. The fillet burger had enough mayo for 3 or 4 burger, maybe putting an option for less or no mayo in the menu would be better.
