KFC Felixstowe - Hamilton Road in Suffolk Coastal

Had to wait 8 minutes for 3 wings that were burnt to a crisp. The person serving acted like I was causing nothing but problems for her. Edit: Just found out they're closing on the 16th. Surprised they lasted as long as the did!

Staff were very helpful and polite, kept me updated on my food.

Literally only half of my order arrived. Just eat wouldn't even action a refund. Waste of money

Amazing staff, all very friendly! The new chips are amazing, love the seasoning on them! KFC always has deals on too which is good, definitely recommend!

Staff were so polite and helpful, the store looked really clean and the food was lovely, the cooks certainly deserve a pay rise👍🏼

The team are so lovely, all have very good costumer service! The food is amazing, it’s fresh and hot, waiting time is only a couple minutes aswell! Lobby is always tidy too which is good. Great place definitely recommend 👍

There behaviour is so bad and rude. I was waiting for 5 minute for order and everyone was gossiping on a corner. And after order they took more than 35 minutes for giving me the food. It was so horrible service..

Food didn't last the 10 minute walk home! Chips were limp and the chicken coating wasn't crispy. A bit disappointing.

Food is good , could do with a few more tables and chairs. Its very cramped . Staff were helpful and very pleasant but I think we will "take out" in future

Absolutely disgusting. Favourite chicken was closed so we gave this a try. Beyond vile. the tiniest portion of chips - about 10 small chips along with dried out chicken pieces. How is this place still going?

My wife called in to order and collect a 4 piece kfc meal. The chips were cold and undercooked, the chicken was warm and greasy, the skin just fell off. It was the worst kfc I have ever had. I will NOT be using this store again but will go back to Favourite Chicken!

The delivery took 1hr 20 minutes to finally arrive, the burgers where over cooked, I didn't get fries in my daughters kid box, the dressing in the burgers where on the bottom off the burger rather than the top, the lettuce was mouldy and I didn't get much fries in my box. Probably the worst kfc I've eaten from.

Food is hot and newly cooked. Superb!

As a fast food restaurant it's not too bad once you get your head around the self checkouts/menus,I had a little wait for my food but I don't mind that as it's cooked hot and fresh, could do with a little bit of background music IE radio chicken or Dj Colonel MC as there is no atmosphere.

We've been here 3 times and something has been missing from the order each time, plus they seem incapable of adding the blue light discount successfully first time via the machine or at the till. Disappointed.

No facilities. No possiblity to wash your hands before eating...

Ordered large fries and what i got would be classed as a stingy small fries. Next time favourite chicken for us up the road

2 orders on the screen, waited 28 minutes. The female server apologised for wait time as we were waiting on chicken for zinger stacker. She gave us the bag of food and even offered extra gravy and mayo. What a lovely change...we thought. Got home only to find there is no stacker burger in the bag. Soo soo infuriating!!! No other orders were being bagged. Its careless behaviour from the staff on shift.

This KFC food tastes bad I much prefer Favourite Chicken wich is just down the road has better service and tastes much better.

Ordered through just eat delivered cold, and half the order was missing, and no contact details to be able to call to let them know.

I had a vegan burger. Was the worst meal ever. Very little of fries and burger, just a joke. Had a leaf of lettuce, majo and vegan patte. Literally 3 ingredients. 2 starts only because workmates liked their burgers. If we to be placing an order again. I would maybe try vegetarian dishes, not vegan. Ps. They have forgotten my drink too. Second attempt with ordering food and it was a disaster. No customer service at all. I have asked what they have in stead of rice and have been offered salads. Asked what they contain. Answer was lettuce and corn. Half of office couldn't get their lunch because they had nothing in stock. We found out upon collection. There was no information upon placing an order.

I think this is a good KFC. Compared to others the chicken seems well cooked and never oily.

Good values Wrap of the day. Small chips works out at around 10p per chip! Very slow service.

Why can't you phone this branch ? They get the order wrong and leave things out and there is no way to get intouch, won't be using this place much, that's for sure!!!

Disgusting gravy was water forgot our Pepsi and we went all the way to the pier and we seen the Pepsi was missing we were flabbergasted on the service

Do yourself a favour and don't bother, lukewarm rubbish, KFC isn't what it used to be, soggy lukewarm fries & burger, never again for me.

Recently bought a meal from the Felixstowe Store for delivery when it arrived the chicken pieces were burnt and dry basically inedible. Not had a bad KFC before at other establishments, but this has put me off. Sorry

I think this is probably the worst KFC in the universe. Food is inedible, cold and comes with a long wait.

NO TOILET INSIDE AND ONLY 3 TABLE

Best chicken in the world. Ignore the 1 star reviews. Go there lots and chicken is always juicy and always get food withing 5 mins of waiting

Can't believe just how terrible this place is. I placed my order at 5:40 to be delivered at 7:50, even with 2 hour notice the food arrives an extra hour late, over cooked n tasteless. use this place maybe 3 times each time not good enough for the money they now charge. I'd encourage anyone to go to favorite chicken instead

We popped into this KFC for a spot of lunch & whilst the establishment was empty by way of customers this wasn't really what I'd consider fast food, there was a minimal amount of staff & there was zero communications but a straight forward fillet burger meal took an exceptionaly long time to set up, part of ne though it would be as the items were cooking & there's nothing wrong with it being fresh but that was debunked when the food arrived but was pretty cold, KFC has always been a top runner in the world of Chicken meals but the prices are going up & up whilst the portion sizes seem to be getting g smaller & smaller but that's right across the franchise & not limited to this branch.

Felixstowe had waited years for a KFC unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait. Order was incorrect half of it was missing and not packed correctly so had split everywhere. The chicken was the worse chicken I have ever had and didn't even taste like KFC, would have tasted better food if eating from a garbage can

Filthy inside, no sides left, the food looked terrible. Asked if they could wipe the table and that never happened. Lets face it, felixstowe only needs favorite chicken!

Wrong food arrived. Stone cold. Salad covered in a sauce which was not nice. Couldn't eat the chips limp. Ordered 4 pieces of chicken. Received 4 skinny legs. Will not order again

Tower burger box meal and zinger salad meal both very tasty! Would be five stars if service was quicker (20 mins was a bit excessive) + if they'd have put the wooden cutlery and napkins on our tray so we didn't keep having to get up, flag down a member of staff and ask for them.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been too!! Doesn’t really deserve the one star I’ve given it!! Waited all this time to get a KFC in Felixstowe and we end up with this rubbish!! Food no where near the standard of the usual KFC, staff useless and always had to wait at least 15 minutes the 3 times I’ve been and the food wasn’t worth the wait!! Dry and tasteless!! Not returning until I see good reviews!! Favourite Chicken it is then!!

Staff stood around not serving the queue, not making eye contact. Very very poor. The food itself was overcooked and items were missing. This place needs seriously looking into KFC. Appalling.

Beyond atrocious... I can't think of another word that would full describe how unsatisfactory my order for £15 was. Pictures attached, see for yourself ! Large popcorn chicken, barely filled. Ordered gravy (got beans), ordered Tango (got Pepsi - I can't drink this). Will be writing to head office of KFC to inform them how their franchise is run, by incompetent and uneducated staff members. And not to mention I've received beans that have gone past their sell by date / time !!!! I shall be notifying trading standards also.... let's hope I don't become sick with food poisoning !!.

Not very good. There were 2 orders when we arrived. After 5 mins or so we were told they had no gravy. That didn’t bother me and they offered extra chips to compensate. Fair enough. A little while later we were told there was a 9 minute wait for the chicken. With so few orders I shudder to think what the position would be if there were numerous orders. 5 staff I think. When I collected the order, there were no drinks. Partly my fault for not checking in the bag. But not very impressive! Have a couple of drinks on me guys. Next time it will be MacDonalds.

I have had kfc from here twice and it is disgusting both of my orders were cold and the last one I had looked like it had been microwaved never going back

I recently visited KFC in Felixstowe and had a terrible experience. The chicken in one of the burgers was not cooked, while the fries were overcooked. To make matters worse, the chicken pieces in the bucket we bought were so overcooked they were like string and the coating was a deep dark brown. If I could pick minus stars, I certainly would--I will never visit this place again! How can you get this so wrong when all the cooking is on timers?

First time I've had kfc In years because I'm always disappointed and this wasn't any different. The fries were soggy and the chicken had hardly any sauce on it when they were supposed to be covered in it.i won't be returning for other few years

Newly opened, what a joke. Make sure you order the bucket as you may need it to vomit. Overcooked, dry and cold. I can only imagine how this place will be in a few months. Talk about getting off to a great start. Never again will I set foot in this place.

Very bad with delivery as mine been delivered but never received my order

So disappointed. No one seemed to have a clue what was going on! Told that there wasn’t any gravy or corn ready yet…quite a few customers ahead of us that had been waiting for a long time. We were then told that they had gravy ready, but no corn at all, so we would need to choose other options. When we arrived home, parts of our meals were missing, chips, my daughters popcorn chicken (and we all know how hungry kids react!!) and the gravy was thin, tasteless and oily. Such a shame as it’s nice to finally have a KFC in Felixstowe.

Staff woefully under trained. Food mixed in terms of quality and cold chips within four days of opening an absolute no no! How disappointing!

4 Items missing from my order. Poor quality food and portion sizes. Delivery driver (ordered via deliveroo) was far too busy on his phone. Overall poor experience with KFC, will not recommend.

Let’s be honest, this store was not ready to open. The staff clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Whilst the delivery time was fantastic, 3 of my items were missing and Uber are refusing to refund me. I’ll be sticking with favourite chicken.

Clearly very popular but they are not ready yet to offer their usual great service ordered on justeat Saturday 1705 for family meal APP said eta 1745 then 1810 then nothing no food arrived no updates in the end had to cook at home for family just as guests were leaving 2000HRS the order arrived 3hrs is too long so complete waste of £35 Probably best wait a few weeks before ordering again when maybe the hype and demand has settled

Went in to order for a takeaway on the 16th December (day it opened) Was kept updated on how long it would take to cook, staff were very friendly and polite, everywhere was clean and tidy. Once we got the food it was hot and tasted amazing! Best kfc we have had in a while! A lot better than Ipswich ones! Extremely pleased and will be going back☺️

The worst KFC I have had in my life, ordered a 14 piece family bucket, only received 6 pieces, the chicken was greasy and cold not cripsy. Chips were wet and cold and the bags were only half filled. Absolutely disgusting and they are not even answering the phone. They don't even deserve 1 star

Good service friendly staff and absolutely fantastic food

Ordered on just eat at 4:30pm at 6:30pm still not here.. app says the driver is there and has done for an hour and a half now ooof... 7 pm now giving up no way to cancel order so looks like I'll have to go out of my way to get my money back.... OK so here's the best bit after a very long wait just eat app now says delivered but nope not here so yup not great.....
