Toilet were disgusting, and it took nearly an hour for a takeaway. Food was mediocre

So this KFC looks like it has no management at all. When we moved to the area about 3-4 years ago, the experience was awful. They didn't have most of the things on the menu the first time we went. We still decided to give it another go back then, and instead of using the drive through we went inside to do the order. Inside it was not great, tables were not clean, trays that needed collecting from tables, floors dirty... I understand that days can be busy, but when the place is most of it empty there is plenty of time to do all of that. We decided to try again a couple of days ago, and we went at around 7:30pm, there was not much people yet the place was dirty again. We could see lots of workers behind the counter not doing much yet the place was a mess. Very young workers, which I do not blame, however, there needs to be a manager to keep the place minimally tidy and organise those workers. Food wise, this last time we found it was better, hence the two stars. I don't think we will go again.

It’s certainly not what you’d call ‘fast food’ and don’t expect anyone to acknowledge you if you stand by the tills even if it’s just to ask a question. Have never had to wait so long for anywhere else. It’s a good job they don’t have a ‘get your food in 20 minutes or you eat for free’ deal or they’d end up out of business!

Waited 40 minutes before we received our food! When my wife questioned (politely) the boy behind the counter, he gave a crap excuse of we waiting on chips. Then pulled a face at my wife after she turned away! The service is a disgrace. There had been a dozen portion of chips gone out from people who ordered after us, they left before we got our food. By the time we got home, our chicken was cold because it also sat wai ting on these mysterious chips! Better management required at this KFC, if this is the level of service can't imagine the health and hygiene practice's are any better, we won't be back!

I can sadly confirm other reviews are correct that there is indeed a right nasty rat infestation at this KFC. Seen a rat the size of a kitten eating the leftovers of a mega bucket out the back the other day.

Some problem they are having, No heating, no proper response and finally running out Chicken.They are serving in shift basis each shift 30mins wait time. I asked the till person that no heating , he responded like he don’t know. Now they rectified the heating and ordering issues

Been opening and closing over the last year. Closed all the time now. Heard it was because a rat infestation

This KFC is full of young people and they don't care for there job been here and they ran out of chicken and sometimes chicken is burnt forget bits of the order just all round terrible kfc

More than half of the things we ordered weren't in our delivery. They wouldn't answer the phone to sort it out after it was delivered. Poor service

Food fine, as expected from the chain. The staff seem not to have heard of customer service; they lost my order and I was waiting a considerable time just for them to find it, they had not filled the till roll so I did not get a receipt for my order. They handed it over eventually without a word of acknowledgement. They couldn't efficiently manage a queue. I paid for sitting in but ended up sitting in my car with my child after seeing the disgraceful conditions of the tables, which had clearly not been cleaned for hours. Next time, we're going to Burger King, across the car park. They're always clean and quick and have nicer manners.

Smells like a pub the day after a big night, staff touching hair, headsets then your food, Every table had empty KFC wrappings. Older manager lady was rude, loud, out of control giving zero direction and treating her job as a summer camp. Even the sign saying “collect here” was utterly filthy!! Do not go here! Oh and the chicken was old and the stuff they are about to throw out if you time it wrong. Awful place. Been three times now in past few months as on the way home but will not ever be back!!!!! Oh yea, the base staff change every time I’m in!!!!!!! God even the gravy was thick, lumpy and I couldn’t pour it from the container!!!!!

Chicken was great, I ordered the trilogy box which was a burger, 1 x chicken strip, 1 x popcorn chicken, fried and Gravy with a drink, initially the chicken burger was a joke, no sauce no salad, it looked very sad, took it back and they replaced it very quickly with a much healthier looking one 😂 all in all it was a good meal at a good price 👏👏👏👏

This is my third time being there all the time I am asking only like whenever I’m collect my food I’m coming home and the back only breast dry breast coming out you don’t enjoy last few times. I’m not gonna be back again.

The door is just shut during opening hours and the staff is not responding when we wave the hands.. too bad

Food is lovely but service is not good as we didn't get all the food that we ordered. Also when my husband was in the drive through last time when he got to the window to pay they said only cash and my husband only had card. Do not go through drive through as the mess up the order too. Also once my husband got home with food they didn't give us everything that we ordered and payed for.

My partner and I ordered a delivery at 11:15 about 3 times the delivery time had changed which at first was okay, up until it got to the 2pm mark, we were eager for some KFC but not eager enough to wait that long. Both of us have tried calling and each time it’s gone on ringing, or the call has been cancelled and rejected. Horrible customer service when seeking reassurance on an order.

My just eat order was wrong I went to the store where I was approached by dan who apologise and was so kind he told to wait 2 mins and off he went and was bk with the rest off my order verry fast and with a verry polite attitude he apologise once again and I left happy they way he delt with my complaint was verry provisional and dan is defo am asset to kfc .you need more staff like dan

Had to wait at least 20 minutes for food to be ready (notsure if time as order machine gave no receipt), as did many others. Was then handed virtually cold chips with my order which I asked to be changed, to be given replacements that were exactly the same temperature, again asked for fresh ones which were fine. Found the twister wrap pretty salty, ate it anyway as was ravenous by then. A lot of room for improvement!

It was so dirty and also the staff were so rude! The food was tiny and when my mum went to get her food they said and I quote "I said it 3 or 4 times!" in a very cheaky tone. SO RUDE

Could be better last time I was there there was a big problem as to Many orders and just not enough staff they were all over the place I would like it to be a more calm environment with music on like McDonald's do it try to do .

Ordered via drive thru a "mighty bucket" which consisted of around 10 fries and 5 oily pieces of chicken, some of those were literally thumb sized. Chicken was incredibly salty, and the potatoes smelled of old oil. The only mighty thing about this bucket is the health hazard.

Worst KFC ever, I got a zinger burger box meal which was just horrendous I opened it took one look at it and took it back, looked like it came from a 3 world country wouldn’t even feed it to a dog please avoid at all costs (unless you like high priced very poor quality food)

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Parked up so we could eat in, and after battling through all the dirty tables we managed to find one that didn’t have old rubbish on it. (They weren’t cleared whilst we were there either.). Waited nearly 30 mins for food, supposed to be brought to table but was just shouted out. Ordered 1pc and got wings, went back to change it to be greeted by a sullen grunt from the server. Then realised I’d been given the incorrect burger too, which was literally stone cold. At this point I just ate it so we could leave. Absolutely disgusting.

On Tuesday 25/06 about 2pm I ordered 4 hot wings and 3 mini fillets. Paid £9.27 and did not get the receipt. Now I checked and I should pay £7.77 for all of that. I found in my bag a supercharger dip I didn't order, but that's 50pi, so still about 1 pound is missing. Some time last year there was similar story - I got two gravy dips I didn't order, but was charged for it. Check all your drive through orders and receipts, as this is theft.

Anytime I come in this KFC something goes wrong whether it's getting bits of my order wrong or just slow service cannot recommend it foods fine though but you could just go to burger king across the road

I ordered online because my twins asked for this for their birthday dinner. Very pricey plus the portions have shrunk. Its the first time I have ever been able to finish a mighty bucket, the chips are small as well. I picked it up and the drinks carrier was falling to bits by the time I arrived home around 20 minutes later. We were very disappointed and will not be back

I ordered delivery it arrived quite quickly was looking forward to it as haven't had Chicken for a while. I was so disappointed Chicken was very dry and coating was very dark. Fries were not great either. Don't think either were fresh so won't be going back.

Food is great however you can be left waiting a really long time with no explanation occasionally.

Staff were very kind and helpful, dining area was so clean, food was probably the freshest fast food I’ve had every single item was piping hot even the cookies were hot and fresh, I will absolutely be going back !

Average food. Got my order wrong then argued that I never ordered what I said I did. Even though I could not get a receipt. Eventually found my order on the screen and admitted his mistake. Inside is a bit bland. Ok for a quick bite to eat.

Absolutely minging!!! Dried food on the tables, no salt & pepper at all, greasy finger marks all over outside of boxes, floor greasy and slippy, toilet floor was completely wet, used to be good in here but that was rank today

Ordered from here on just eat...missing our boneless box or kids burger meal, all the beans cobs gravy and the extra gravy, paid £62 for a big ordered and what a farse....called and called the number to ask wheres the rest of our order an still got nobody an that was 3 days ago! Raging !

Walked in, place was empty, Floor was very dirty, toilets terrible, tables were dirty. Yet no customers so the staff really had plenty of time to clean and tidy. Only good thing was the food. But...definitely won't be back to this branch

Went in for dinner here just recently. The restaurant itself was quite clean inside, nothing on tables, could have done with a quick sweep but other than that was clean. Restaurant inside was very quiet with only 2 other diners inside. Perfect time to have a sit-in dinner (we thought anyways!) Tried to use the self-service machines, but got a little confused as didn’t know they can’t take cash (not been in to order in this store before and haven’t had a kfc for a long long time!), however the woman at the till was quite friendly and took our order perfectly & efficiently with a polite and positive attitude. Another staff member was assembling our order whilst it was being put through. So got our food quite fast. Was also quite hot too! Had to wait a few minutes on the drinks but that was ok. We found a table fine and enjoyed the meal. Wasn’t too expensive either for what we ordered, was just less than £20 for two meals. Food was actually really nice. They do have a drive-thru here but we didn’t use it on this occasion.

Ordered 4× boneless banquet buckets , I understand that 1 or 2 missing items as the staff are rushed off their feet , texting the pals and arranging stuff through Facebook or whatever social media but to forget a whole bucket with all items missing is ridiculously thick , maybe they should pay more attention to the order on a bit of paper that's in black and white may I add rather than throwing popcorn chicken about the place and looking at their phones then what made things worse is I tried to call the store.... ringing out then the phones go straight to answer phone so phones have been left off the hook.... absolutely furious with this and to treat people that are willing to spend money when money is already seriously tight for everyone they screw up the order... Either teach your staff to read properly or get a new job that isn't too technical like , sweeping pavements or cutting grass... Bunch of thickos ALL need sacked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I waited for food 35 min, there was another table in the restaurant who ordered food. And there were 6 takeaway orders. What's going on there is terrible, no respect. The manager stood and did nothing and two people ran like crazy😡😡😡

The shop floor was disgusting. The bin was overflowing and there were empty tables with food packaging everywhere. The toilets were absolutely disgusting and have been the past few times we have visited. Rather than staff standing about talking they could be out tidying up.

First time back at KFC for about 10 year and was I shocked and disappointed ! Got the boneless banquet for 1 ,couldn't believe how much smaller it is now .chicken fillets were tiny along with pop corn chicken and beans . Staff looked like they didn't want to be there and the tables we filthy . Will never eat in KFC again.

Poor service, took forever to serve the food and after I got home discovered items had been missed, the 3 staff on the front counter spent most of the time bickering amongst themselves as to who could be bothered to sort out the orders

Food was on point! Couldn't fault it. The service on the other hand could of been better. The man that initially gave me my order was in too much of a hurry and pretty rude tbh whilst doing the order. There weren't many people there so there was no reason to rush. He missed chips and 2 juice. A lady that seen I was quite angry asked if everything was OK and sorted my order. The atmosphere was OK only due to the fact this kfc wasn't the cleanest I have been too. Never really seen anyone cleaning or clearing rubbish etc. Lots of food on the floor.. would of rather ate it in the car in all honesty but because of having a disability I have to get out and strech/walk
