Takes forever to get your food. The staff use the system to say it is ready immediately, maybe they are trying to make it look like they are efficient. Be prepared for extremely long wait times or find another branch

Don't waste you're time with this franchise restaurant. The food is sub standard random bits of pretend KFC chicken, the pieces are so small and some are coated but most pieces are not, shocking really and the service is so poor your order is in line with all the Deliveroo drivers collecting on line orders so walknim customers have to wait longer. They don't like you paying cash for food, which still bothers me.

In KFC there's always the hustle of noise and the smell of delicious oily chicken. The staff are always helpful despite all the crap the public gives them. However there aren't very many vegetarian or vegan options and I know this isn't purely this KFC but it is something to improve on. ☺️

EastHam KFC excellent as always but on this occasion, two of our hot-wings out of eight were missing from our 10 piece wicked variety bucket. Delivery man nice and friendly. A +++++

Everything is great, except that I had two missing fries.

Delay NOT dr8ver’s fault. Driver was at restaurant quickly, but had to wait for ages for food, despite it ‘being prepared’, so food cold on arrival. Shame, as it tasted okay.

meals were missing fries everytime I have ordered from kfc there has been something missing they need to take better care when packing orders

Don't bother ordering from KFC past 9pm nothing is fresh. This has happened on more than 2 occasions now where food ordered later in the day has been so hard and cold! Including the burger buns making me think they pre cook food and leave it sitting.

The driver had no clue where he was going rang me to give him directions when he should know where he is going then sat outside of the house saying don’t know where it is then when he finally found the house which wasn’t hard to find he gave the food asked to give him a good review then going to close door then he said can u give me a tip I think this is terrible service my food was cold and it was all ruined tasted rubbish
