The chicken was not well packed and was licking… the chicken could have fallen out if we had not been careful. The driver could have said something. I am not happy and therefore not going to rate as this was very poorly handled.☹️☹️

Do not ever order KFC from East Ham again. The food you gave me tasted like it was weeks old. The fries weren't even cooked. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent.

Ordered the usual 14 piece party bucket. This time some of the pieces were over cooked and dry. Hot wings were all absolutely tiny. Delivery driver nice and friendly.

Ambience was perfect. The view of the street makes the experience extra special. Really enjoyed the food and the welcoming atmosphere from the restaurant staff.

Wevisited KFC and decided to use their self-ordering system. Despite the convenience of being able to place my order without having to wait in line, I was extremely disappointed by the service I received when I needed assistance. When I had a question about the menu options, I approached a staff member. However, instead of being helpful and friendly, she was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed by my request for assistance.

I Ordered a takeaway. Service was quite slow even though I placed order and paid at kiosk. Female server was pleasant and smiled. Eating areas clean and tidy on my arrival. Food was just OK. Yet to be finger licking GOOD

Salt and pepper chicken wings are not meant to be hard and dry. Sauce in stir fry too sticky and clammy in the mouth. This really is not good.

Very pathetic service as well non professional staff name is Namitha and akshy I ask 3 times for the order but they were talking each other and not attention to the customers all table were full of rubbish nothing was clean and received my order in 45 minutes rubbish branch

Name of employe akshay he is talking very rude behaviour with customers as I ask so many times but he ignore me why is this stupid behaviour.

We went there and its a very worst experience ever. Your team doesn't have any kind of aticates , no manner and they are rude, weather we are asking them we have to place order even though if their team leader came he is also behaving in a very non professional way that is not acceptable , my experience is literally bad and we came out frustrated.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Absolutely rudest staff. I asked for a specific piece in the bucket I ordered and the waiter rejected and said if we gave everyone what they wanted we would be left with all the bad pieces. He said this is all we can give at the end of the day. It’s not even the end of the day it’s 8.30pm! The waitress was also rude and threw the bag on the table and said here. We asked if it’s all there and she said obviously really sarcastically. I wouldn’t recommend this kfc because the appalling staff. Disgusting behaviour!!

I went to the branch in East Ham high street. The service was not good. They don't acknowledge customers. The guy just assumed that I wanted Pepsi with my meal without even asking. He didn't offer any ketchup or anything. The food was bland. The place was unclean and the toilets were in a very poor state.

The fillet tower burger was vile, the chicken "fillet" was overcooked and dry, so overcooked it was thin. The lettuce was brown and manky. The burger bun tasted stale. I asked for no ketchup, the burger was swimming in ketchup. Missing a number of item's. I will never order from here again and would never recommend.

I came with my friends and we were confused to place order . The staff at the till helped me to choose our order. I wonder that they delivered everything in 2-3 mins. Simply I want to say that gravy was awesome. Definitely We will visit there again
