Very bad service been waiting for just 2 piece chicken and chips took 25 minutes and it’s not happened first time always like that and they don’t have any staff on the till

The service is very slow. The customer service needs to be checked.

Wevisited KFC and decided to use their self-ordering system. Despite the convenience of being able to place my order without having to wait in line, I was extremely disappointed by the service I received when I needed assistance. When I had a question about the menu options, I approached a staff member. However, instead of being helpful and friendly, she was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed by my request for assistance.

I Ordered a takeaway. Service was quite slow even though I placed order and paid at kiosk. Female server was pleasant and smiled. Eating areas clean and tidy on my arrival. Food was just OK. Yet to be finger licking GOOD

Salt and pepper chicken wings are not meant to be hard and dry. Sauce in stir fry too sticky and clammy in the mouth. This really is not good.

Food was nice. Delivery driver was excellent - weather was absolutely awful, but he got here promptly and was friendly.

We went there and its a very worst experience ever. Your team doesn't have any kind of aticates , no manner and they are rude, weather we are asking them we have to place order even though if their team leader came he is also behaving in a very non professional way that is not acceptable , my experience is literally bad and we came out frustrated.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Absolutely rudest staff. I asked for a specific piece in the bucket I ordered and the waiter rejected and said if we gave everyone what they wanted we would be left with all the bad pieces. He said this is all we can give at the end of the day. It’s not even the end of the day it’s 8.30pm! The waitress was also rude and threw the bag on the table and said here. We asked if it’s all there and she said obviously really sarcastically. I wouldn’t recommend this kfc because the appalling staff. Disgusting behaviour!!

I went to the branch in East Ham high street. The service was not good. They don't acknowledge customers. The guy just assumed that I wanted Pepsi with my meal without even asking. He didn't offer any ketchup or anything. The food was bland. The place was unclean and the toilets were in a very poor state.

The fillet tower burger was vile, the chicken "fillet" was overcooked and dry, so overcooked it was thin. The lettuce was brown and manky. The burger bun tasted stale. I asked for no ketchup, the burger was swimming in ketchup. Missing a number of item's. I will never order from here again and would never recommend.

I came with my friends and we were confused to place order . The staff at the till helped me to choose our order. I wonder that they delivered everything in 2-3 mins. Simply I want to say that gravy was awesome. Definitely We will visit there again

Asolutely delighted with my visit today at KFC East Ham. Food was incredibly fresh and delicious, esoecially the chicken pieces. I had also Zinger tower and spicy wings and were very tasty. The restaurant itself was impresive clean, spacious and lovely atmosphere. Will definetely be returning.

Meal arrived stone cold, and no wonder:- Delivery Driver left KFC then took our order iin completely the opposite direction to another address (I assume to do another delivery first). He then returned back PAST the KFC restaurant he started out from, and on to us. Why was he not told to do the first delivery then collect ours on the way back as he came past the restaurant? This circular tour meant our food arrived stone cold. Bad organisation, KFC!

Erogant and not friendly staff. Very slow in making,delivering and packing order.They unassigned the order even driver comes within 5 minutes and he was not listening when asking for order. After that they take 5+ minutes to prepare his next order and suggest him to cancel the order. Very disappointed with staff behavior and unauthorized action taken on one rider.

The driver delivered food a minute late after given time. As I followed his journey, I saw him driving in the opposite direction to my address, stopping on his way and due to thiis long wasted time, my food stayed with him for half an hour. It could have been delivered in 10mins based on my distance to the restaurant. When I asked the driver, he admitted going in the opposite direction as KFC gave him another order to deliver. My food arrived cold.

Farah was so lovely last night ! We decided we wanted to eat in after she already packed our food to take out , and unpacked it back onto a tray for us without hesitation when we asked. I then was an idiot and realised i ordered the wrong thing, and she swapped it for me in 3 seconds and was so kind !!! HAVE A GREAT DAY OFF FARAH!

It was a Saturday evening, me and my friend were so hungry so we ordered 2 chicken spicy wings meals. I have tried wings in many KFC outlets but the ones that I had here were so perfect and very tender and less oily. Thanks to the management for having such amazing and experienced cooks
