KFC Derby - Pride Park in Derby

I went there with my daughter to get some food & claim my free 2 piece chicken portion I'd won on the pinball, then after purchasing, & played the pinball game again & won a mighty bucket with fries 🍟 😃😋 Happy day's 😊

In my point of view one of best KFC in Derby. I been to them all 😂. I drive from the other side of town to this one. Reasons 1. it's cleaner ( found a blue bottle in the bargain bucket in the other KFC), 2. don't always just get wings and legs in the bucket. 3. most of the time chicken not dry out ( sitting to long). 4. Get my order right without need to come back. 5. Still hot when I get home with it. So pretty good.

Its KFC so not really much you can say,food is nice,sone staff are friendly and some are not.

Upon walking in, one of the cleanest looking KFC's I have been to in a while, no trays left on tables for example. Food was served quick by a very polite server. The food was hot, burnt my tongue a couple of times! On the whole a pleasant experience with the family.

At the time we went, Saturday at 1100, very few people, choice of seating and quick lean service.

Ordered via Just Eat at 17:00. Delivery time kept being pushed back until 19:40. At 19:14, the food hadn't arrived and just eat showing as delivered. Not the first time this has happened with this branch

No gloves were used during the preparation of my meal. This is actually concerning as I saw the workers touch their faces, legs, and other surfaces. Concerned over food safety.

After waiting 35 minutes of waiting for my food I complained to a worker named Julie and she shamed me and said I shouldn't of ordered this much food and told me I shouldn't be eating here and instead I should be at slimming world

Food arrived quickly and was hot and perfect, even the chips were lovely which I’m never normally happy with. The staff were friendly and polite, especially Julie who was helpful, professional and a credit to KFC.

Visited KFC Pride Park today was served by Julie. The service was exceptional and the food prepared was of a high standard. Would recommend this KFC to my friends and family. I had the tasty zinger tower box meal , the chicken was delicious .

It's in a good location with plenty of shops near and plenty of parking. I ordered my food and it didn't take long to arrive. I had no problem finding somewhere to sit.

I dont normally review fast food chains. But i wanted to give a big shoutout to the staff here. This is my local KFC and every time ive been, the food has been great. Chicken is nice and crispy and the burgers are well made. I would say the best KFC in Derby. If the standards drop i would do a negative review aswell. But very pleased so far

Drive Thru is a total lack of any customer service or customer care. Arrived to see a handful of staff smoking outside the restaurant in full uniform and then the drive thru was awful. Not busy at all and I waited over 10 mins in drive thru and then when at the window hatch just ignored. No communication nothing apart from the odd glance at the window hatch so I had no option but to drive away. I'm amazed at the service of this place and the fact it wasn't even busy makes me think delivery drivers are priority and drive thru is last. Wouldn't recommend at all and the staff smoking in uniform should tell you the hygiene standards is questionable. Shocking. In addition to your response I wouldn't recommend your restaurant to anyone and I won't return to you because it's not the first time I've been and come away stunned by the way it is run. Head office should seriously retrain all of you so you have more customer awareness and professional manners.

Service and food was excellent. Ricardo is a credit to your restaurant. But, and it's a massive BUT - the fact you HAVE to order at the kiosk is ridiculous. When I was in there we're 2 other families struggling - if you want to order at the front - why on earth can't you.

I recently visited KFC, and the experience wasn’t great. I had to wait for five minutes before anyone noticed me, even though one of the staff members was just sitting there, looking exhausted. It felt unprofessional and gave the impression that customer service wasn’t a priority at that moment.

it’s alright but they don’t do whompers anymore :,( also I don’t like dan, he doesn’t work there he’s just my neighbour who eats here and always comes home late at night, I’m convinced he’s not real
