Visited KFC Pride Park today was served by Julie. The service was exceptional and the food prepared was of a high standard. Would recommend this KFC to my friends and family. I had the tasty zinger tower box meal , the chicken was delicious .

It's in a good location with plenty of shops near and plenty of parking. I ordered my food and it didn't take long to arrive. I had no problem finding somewhere to sit.

I dont normally review fast food chains. But i wanted to give a big shoutout to the staff here. This is my local KFC and every time ive been, the food has been great. Chicken is nice and crispy and the burgers are well made. I would say the best KFC in Derby. If the standards drop i would do a negative review aswell. But very pleased so far

Drive Thru is a total lack of any customer service or customer care. Arrived to see a handful of staff smoking outside the restaurant in full uniform and then the drive thru was awful. Not busy at all and I waited over 10 mins in drive thru and then when at the window hatch just ignored. No communication nothing apart from the odd glance at the window hatch so I had no option but to drive away. I'm amazed at the service of this place and the fact it wasn't even busy makes me think delivery drivers are priority and drive thru is last. Wouldn't recommend at all and the staff smoking in uniform should tell you the hygiene standards is questionable. Shocking. In addition to your response I wouldn't recommend your restaurant to anyone and I won't return to you because it's not the first time I've been and come away stunned by the way it is run. Head office should seriously retrain all of you so you have more customer awareness and professional manners.

Service and food was excellent. Ricardo is a credit to your restaurant. But, and it's a massive BUT - the fact you HAVE to order at the kiosk is ridiculous. When I was in there we're 2 other families struggling - if you want to order at the front - why on earth can't you.

I recently visited KFC, and the experience wasn’t great. I had to wait for five minutes before anyone noticed me, even though one of the staff members was just sitting there, looking exhausted. It felt unprofessional and gave the impression that customer service wasn’t a priority at that moment.

We visited here on a Friday late afternoon whilst waiting for my daughters train back home. We had the zinger tower meals and in my daughters words "it's the most picture perfect burger ever" 🤣🤣 as in,it wasn't all thrown together and chucked in the box. Anyway,the food was lovely and hot,service very quick from ordering at the screen. Lovely clean restaurant and friendly staff.

Went with my mum and son yesterday afternoon, and all of us have been very unwell with myself and my son the worst , we both had a zinger fillets, mine was in a salad and my mum had the 3 piece colonels meal, never 💩 so much in my life and the pain is unbearable. Can’t stop Vomiting Il never eat there again, either something wasnt cooked enough or someone didn’t wash their hands after they been loo. 48 hours in and myself and my son and my mum are still very poorly! Never again! Going to report to environmental health! This place needs looking in to. I wish we read ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE WE ATE HERE! Food poisoning seems to be the norm here! 😡. Update: 4 days in now and still 💩 like hell. 😡

Service on this occasion for a collection order. Was relatively quick. However, whilst awaiting for my order at the pick up window, I had seen 3 adult rats run from the grassy verge towards the restaurant. Questioning the control measurement for their wastage and management for rodent.

Service thought unacceptably slow, brings you the usual KFC experience. Cleanliness needs significant improvement in table clearing and the toilet facilities. Sitting in may arguably be a worse experience than the drive through.

Fast food?! I could have cooked the chicken myself! Wednesday night, 1 person ahead of us, waiting for 15 minutes after our app order at the window to collect our food. Looked inside, no customers, loads of staff just chatting. Not the first time this has happened. Annoyed this is our local KFC. Will just go to McDonald's next time.

I visited this branch on Saturday evening for a quick snack. The chicken had either been cremated during its deep frying process or it had stood since lunchtime. It was absolutely awful. Never again.

Well where to start. neither of the burgers ordered had salad or sauce. were meant to be Zinger burgers and were normal fillets. the chips were cold and the gravy was luke warm. complained to Just Eat and awaiting a response. The delivery driver was excellent however.

order was delivered and for the 2nd time recently it was wrong. Didn't mind eating what they actually sent but that's a bit irrelevant, I ordered what I ordered because that's what we wanted. If it had not been available, that should have been stated. Disappointed again by KFC.

It's all just mid it's exactly what you expect from a fast food. The staff can't be faulted they working in a fast paced environment so they don't have time to stand and have a chat with you
