perfect food quality standards and the staff people are very nice to customers..

Thank you to the team for a lovely experience this morning. Was not able to get our Krushem because it was extremely early and the machine was not yet ready, but team quickly informed us and issued a refund straight away. Great customer service!

I don’t know how this particular branch is still in the business, the quality of food is poor, the chicken you purchase is soaked in brown oil, i genuinely think that the oil hasn’t been change for a long time, the hygiene is poor the toilet is always out of order but somehow they are still open.

Now is 5 weeks since I was here for lunch, and they didn’t fixed the washrooms , but I noticed they was let use the washrooms there own people or there favourite 🙄 , who knows. But this is very annoying. If you with kids, I don’t this is good idea to go there

Can tell this place isn't cleaned every day, grubby floors and tables put me right off so didn't eat here. Can't even use bathroom as door doesn't open which is ridiculous as I did but my husband food here (his choice not mine). Hygiene needs a massive improvement.

Always toilet out of service, some days no ketchup , some days no mayonnaise, order for eat in but serving for take-way. Always need to ask for tray or plate . As toilet is out of order team member give water in a glass to wash hand outside the store. What a service 🤔🤔🤔 This store never gives full customer service. I’m wondering do they know what is customer service?🤔 Why not always ? You take same price for all times , so why we will receive better service next time ?

KFC is cheating with customers now a days, really disappointing. Their staff and manager don’t know how to behave with customers even. I went KFC at Maryland retail park at Dagenham on last Friday and ordered 8 pieces chicken bucket. When I received my food I noticed 6 pieces chicken size is standard but other 2 pieces are too too small wings. I asked them about it they said it is their policy but I didn’t understand their logic especially what their manager said, name Arifin ( maybe). And the funny part is they hide these small pieces at the bottom so that customer can’t notice at the time of receiving. I am really upset about the behaviour of the staff and KFC. I think KFC don’t care about customer complain since they are a big brand!

So not only waited in queue for 25 mins got my order wrong missing items Got home found a black hair in my chips which by the way I’m blonde chicken smelled funny and gravy was so thick I could of pasted my walls spent £26 on a dinner that was disgusting would of taken back but had just finished work and was tired didn’t get a receipt will definitely not get again all rushing around like headless chickens themselves all they care about is the uber deliveries not point in going back and complaining as they won’t care KFC sort your shop out

Had a great experience at KFC, thanks to Assistant Manager Anurang He was very accommodating and let me make a change to my order without any hassle. Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude—really appreciated it. Will definitely be coming back!

I always get a barging bucket for my family dinner , we don't eat legs but anything else we do . I have asked for no leg they look in the bucket and ask the staff (cooks) can we change to no leg please. Every time I am always walking away happy with my food . They are amazing staff members as well thank you.

I've been here quite few times and the toilets are apparently broken. Last 2 month the toilets are broken apparently. Stuff is doesn't let costumer to use the toilet to save the cleaning. We paying money here to get service. Not treated us like idiot.

I came for a drive thru and my order was wrong! I asked for BBQ wrap meal and sweet chilli bites! The wrap was not BBQ it had some unknown sauce in it! Not what I asked for. The sweet chilli bites barely had any sauce on them. They was dry as hell! I was not happy at all for my order! I tried calling the store and they did not answer. Typical. Terrible service can’t take simple instructions. Also the location stinks of sewage. That also adds to the bad experience!!!

Staff is really very courteous and helpful, helped me to activate my student discount, a pretty girl named Sindhu really helped me to sort out the things. Specifically the chiken in this branch is more fresh and crispy as cmpared to other branches. Will visit again soon.

Items missing Purposely ordered corn as that's what the kids like only to end up with one plus no popcorn chicken. Wings were also just thrown in the same box as the chicken

Where do I start? This KFC is diabolical, incorrect orders, uncooked chicken, greasy tables, recipts not printing, workers arguing. This place is a mess, the state of this establishment was a shambles, the food was cold, soggy and just overall unappetising to eat, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

Absolutely appalling…had to wait 34 minutes for a triple gravy bucket that was missing 3 chicken pieces. One of the employees told us that a fryer was broken and they were struggling to keep up with the orders, but if thats the case then simply put up a sign for customers to take it into consideration before ordering?

i had an very worst experience in kfc..because when i went over there to eat and before i ask for the washroom to the worker boy then he said no first you place your order then you can go to the washroom.i mean what is this behaviour am very disappointed to them.moreover i call to the manager then she said the same thing ..how could they do that to customers,i thought customers is their first priority but am wrong..i never had this thing before in any place this is really to much..i am a kidney stone person i can not control but they don’t listen to me.they just said first you can order food ..at the end i am leaving but its to hard for me.this is not a right thing fir them they do not learning when they join how to treat the person.

Just ordered and was server by Muskan. They didn't give my gravy and that was the only reason why I choose kfc over other food shop. I didn't know until I came home with my food. They took forever to take my payment. Just gave the food in a box. No straws were there. Didn't offer sauces or even a thank you. Was rushing, and all the staff were giggling and talking in their own language. Dont have minimum level of service. Not recommended.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I came tonight and sat at an empty drive thru for 10 minutes, while making eye contact with staff inside and several attempts of getting some recognition of my presence. After a staff member finally alerted another member of staff, who came out of what I presume to be the office I was then greeted with the bare minimum level of customer service and demonstrated how much of an inconvenience my order was. I was then given very cold food And unseasoned fries to top it off. Disappointing.

Most staff in this kfc are rude delay your order and I order on the app to collect but they get it ready in 30 min instead 5 which is a joke.

When ordered via delivery i got small pieces of chicken and burnt chips. i wont order from here again. You have lost a customer because someone over cooked the chips. How can something so simple be done wrong.

Their customer service is really terrible,if you go to drive through you have wait at least 10 minutes.No respect of customer service.

They never have wipes, never have sauces. Don’t offer student discount inside only at the drive thru, tables are always unclean, KFC need to send someone to review the franchise because they are clearly not up to scratch.

Got take away at Friday night 10 pm. Meal box. They hide food under the chips and one hot wings was missing. Im not cheap for one wings but felt bad for the service. Its surely intentional….no one cares
