KFC Coventry - Cross Point in Coventry

Got charge for a drink i didn want drive through staff couldn't care less. I know it's cold on the window but manners cost nothing

Nice big place (used to be a burger king)clean and modern . Order on screen as everywhere these days. But you can press to pay cash at till. Plenty of parking and a drive through

Visited about 2pm and the store was quite quiet only a couple of other customers. Food was as expected with KFC, would visit again if I was in the area

Normally, we enjoy the occasional KFC but cold food, soggy hot wings and a tasteless Buffalo burger were put off. Don't think we'll try the branch again.

Bought food today change mind about drink asked for the difference back was handed my money back from a man with a nasty look at me Customers should be allowed to change there mind the drink had not been made so nothing lost also when I ate the chicken I had bought it was off bad smell Ive eaten from here before and know the difference didn't go to complain as received bad attitude won't be going back plenty of chicken shops don't need this treatment .

Food was nice, service was good but man is kfc expensive these days! Still the same £32 down. But I'm full!

Easy point for me as its close ,do not eat it myself but family members love it ,find it quicker service if I go.inside and order ,not a fan of the ordering board but it works

Your typical KFC on a retail park, with a decent amount of parking and a Drive-Thru. My only complaint about KFC (and it applies to all branches I have visited) is that their chips are not the best, but this place serves above average chips for KFC even though the ones I had weren't particularly hot. The toilets are also usually very clean and the staff are especially polite and friendly.

Hot and fresh, staff were very welcoming

OK for fast food. Ordering was clear and easy. Food delivery was efficient. Perfect for when you're on the go and cannot stop.

Came here for brunch and was first in. The welcome was warm and service amazing. I’ve asked a few questions as wasn’t sure what I wanted and nothing was trouble. I honestly felt like this was the nicest experience I’ve ever had at fast food. The girl behind counter was professional and warm which just makes such a difference when you are having your food served. The food was yummy especially the chips - they were fresh and crispy and not soggy as at most places. Not sure if it was due to being there so early but … I was impressed and will come back! I brought a vegan burger and no exaggeration it was rock hard and completely un edible edible

The box packaging was falling out from the bottom and the food was just chucked in the box. I swear the presentation used to be way better! Chips were cold even though we went through an empty drive through. Wipes are no longer offered here either which is strange. Staff were friendly though.

Rude staff and have been up all night being sick. Dirty place

Service here was awful, I felt as though I was interrupting and inconsiderate for even being in the restaurant. The front of house staff slammed my drink in front of me then slid the tray at me. It was quiet when I was there and nearly every table had dirty trays on them I managed to find a table clear of food but it was sticky. There were 3 other customers in there at the time all to stunned to talk. The food however was good, nice and hot up to the usual KFC standard. However I will not be returning if I see the rude member of staff behind the counter, it's a shame as she ruined what would have been a nice experience.

I go to lots of KFC with my family and friends. Waited to long felt ignored.

Ended up chucking the food away, tasted off

One of my chicken pieces mighty bucket for one..the meat on it was smaller than my little finger , mainly skin and bone, when I received my meal in the shop , I said politely "bye" .... nothing in return

It's a fast food restaurant that serves nice chicken. What more can I say, its better than some I've been into over Leicester way.

Great selection of food and drinks. Zinger burger is still a popular choice and the chicken poppers. Fries are also very tasty. Very friendly and professional staff to assist you. Parking is somewhat constricted but Tesco parking in close proximity. Definitely recommend for a bite to eat in between shopping sprees.

Never correct order and the wait times are so so long

A bit grease not doing zinger burger at drive through after 9.30 and the woman at the window wiped her nose on her hand then served me with out washing hands will not usea again

TERRIBLE with added rats. Chips are rarely fully cooked, using a discount changes all the time, staff cant get the order right at the till and adding random stuff to my order, about 6 rats running round the car park. Gone down hill so much.

Bought 10 piece family bucket but only had 6 chicken pieces, phone number when rang restaurant belongs to ink cartridge company, I bet when I go back they will not refund me or give me missing chicken, I willl give feedback, on returning was given missing food, so have increased rating

As with most fast food places, the order is rarely correct. You MUST check your order before you leave if you definitely want all the food you’ve purchased. Every KFC branch I’ve been to just seems incapable of packing an order fully

Chips were terrible and burger was poor and overcooked. I should have complained but couldn't be bothered because the staff cannot do anything about it.

This kfc in uk is better then the others in uk now they lost their flavour it seems like they didn't lose the flavour here i had the new limited edtion teriyaki burger just chicken on it and sauce was actually good same with the teriyaki bites pretty nice kfc after all

There is something viscerally satisfying about KFC, so getting back one day early on your canal trip and then nipping for KFC after a long hard day with a couple of dozen locks is very satisfying. Thank you guys.

Food was good although they did try giving us old,cold chips.

Very much like any other, easy access from motorway and several options to refuel in the vicinity.

Food is great however disappointed with the service as there was only one person on the front counter serving all the customers. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes just to get my food. I think they will definitely need to add more employees especially around peak dinner times.

Absolutely awful, the service was horrendous. Because it was 15 minutes before closing, they refused a lot of the food we requested. Will complain to the manager directly

This place is doing a lot better then the burger King that use to be there before the chicken is nice and moist with crispy coating and even by surprise the chips are much better then Walsgrave kfc fresh and how a potato chips should be. Price has gone up but that is to be expected and clean environment check your food before leaving or sitting.I had ordered extra pot of beans and they had no juice and I had ask for fresh and they delivered.

Complete rubbish. Slow slow slow. Fries swimming in oil, chicken so greasy. Avoid.

Always have the three peice variety meal which has gone from £5.99 to £10.49 which is quite expensive now so has become pay day treat.

I’d give 1 if I could 21:20 on a Thursday night and no chicken at all left… I’d complain but… it’s KFC and the standard is expected.

The Chicken is just right, the fries are very good.

Been twice and the food has always been great. Staff friendly and quick service. Regular cleaning of the tables. No paper in the receipt printer but not a massive issue.

Much better than the other KFCs in Coventry this is my preferred one

We ordered the Family meal, which was good. Only the fried chicken were a little too oily.

Possibly the worst KFC I've ever been to. Always problems with service. Constant long waits for food and normally wrong or items missing when you do get it. Food is fine, but not the best. Favourite visit ever included management locking the front door, forcing customers to leave via the fire exit, which was one way, so you couldn't get back in.

Order wasn’t complete! After spending a lot of money! And I asked the girl twice if everything was in the bag!! Some of the chicken pieces were extremely dry so threw half of it away!

It was take put so can't rank atmosphere. Ordered a bucket meal and the chicken was quite nice but chips were soggy as they often are. The sides were hot. The staff were friendly and we were served quickly

Food ok service ok place not the cleanest ..

I must have repeated my order 6 times. We were then given another meal which had less chicken pieces and was overcharged for 2 of the meals. Asked twice for tango orange and she still put cherry cola on the bill. The food was good but for goodness sake get some staff that can take an order properly. Pretty useless staff that need more training.

Usual KFC visit today. Love the wrap of the day. They stopped giving the lemon wet wipes otherwise good as always.

Shockingly slow through the drive-thru. Waited 15mins for order to be taken with only 2 cars in front. Then another 15mins in the waiting bays. It wasn’t even busy, the restaurant had 1 person eating inside. If you want ‘fast food’ DO NOT come here. It’s laughable!

Went in the eat ordered at the screen they forgot half our order had to argue with them untill we got no apologie nothing and I was made to feel like it was my felt just rude

Served fast. Staff nice enough. Food well it’s KFC. Nothing special but tasty. The place could do with a clean some tables had a lot of empty packaging on them. Don’t get me wrong this is not a dirty place. Cheers HHT

Fried + crispy + chicken = What's Not To Like?

Food was nice but the order was wrong, staff were impatient while taking the order. Seemed almost annoyed when we asked to change the order and complained about the food being wrong to correct the mistake. Bins are also always full and they never seem to have enough staff to keep up with cleaning tables and replacing bins.

It’s a KFC let’s just remember that. But that aside it does assemble a zinger well, miles better then most KFC’s I’ve had to experience. For that I thank you.🍗

I'm not the biggest KFC fan, but I will say this restaurants chicken feels more fresh and crispy than others in Coventry. I was asked to pick up dinner from here and as stated before normally I find KFC to be expensive for low grade food, this place surprised me and I actually enjoyed the chicken from here. So if you are a KFC fan this may be the best one in Coventry and worth the extra drive.

The service was slow,chips were awful and what they call a chocolate ice cream isn't actually a chocolate ice cream it's a vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce over the top,the Walsgrave kfc I would not go back to,by the time we got the food home it was cold

Great food, ok service, filthy tables

It's KFC if they get it right it can't be wrong. And they did, after a long drive it wasn't busy which was welcome as was the freshly constructed zinger tower, and a few hot wings, delicious and trouble free as you hope it to be.

Normal KFC 🍗. Popped into for a quick snack. Only downside was drivers. There is a 1 way system. Drivers ignore it. There is going to be accidents.

Poor hygiene of staffs and food handling. The staffs of preparing food and customer service are putting their bare hands on food, tills and bins and then serve the food Poor customer service too KFC: please put some effort on your staffs

First visit order was right, second visit order was wrong, called to complain and was told to return and was only offered to replace the mistake instead of the whole meal. Will not be returning.

Nice, quiet kfc restaurant with friendly staff

Food great! They even for some reason gave us x2 extra mash potato pots 🥔 The only downside is it was very busy when we went and we did have to wait a while + lots of groups of teens hanging around area which is annoying.

Understaffed!!! They are working so hard and running around frantically. Quality of food is great but it's not fast ( not the servers fault they just don't have enough people)

Dirty on the outside, dirty inside not one clean table rubbish on the floor, very poor customer service, food was really greasy ( love a bit of fried chicken but not dripping in grease) our previous visit there was rats everywhere. Sat and ate food in car they were all over the place. This time didn't see rats but lots of rat bate boxes. Very untidy KFC quite a disappointment

Disgusting food. Blood in the pink chicken, fries were just tiny little bits. 17 quid for this bucket of bin waste! ... Nasty, never again.

Restaurant absolutely disgusting! Every table was covered in food scraps, rubbish all over the floor. People were trolling in hope of one of the occupied tables becoming free. Counter staff we’re talking away to each other, obviously lacking any direction from management and completely lacking basic hygiene ethics despite what the sign on the door states. I dread to think what the kitchen looks like if the front of house restaurant presents as it does. If you want a few weeks off work highly recommend you dine in at this joint!
