the food was cold and part of my order was missing for the price its so expensive for what you get, I won't be ordering from KFC again

wrong items given and more than half my order missing and what was delivered was cold. unacceptable!

Absolutely appalling service from the delivery driver. There was 2 of them they wouldn’t come up to my house. They were expecting me to come to their car to pick up my own stuff which I paid for delivery. This is poor customer service designed to intimidate old single vulnerable people. They choose the wrong one last night. I will not be using your platform. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Order missing things again. Always the same with this kfc. Called them and told them and they said they couldn’t help as it’s ordered on just eat.

We did not enjoy the food at all. It tasted like I got over-fried chicken wings or KFC that had been cooked twice. or they send balance chiken from yesterday. However, I do appreciate that the chicken delivery was on time.

Delivered was completely the wrong order, I ordered a fillet burger box meal with 1 piece of regular chicken and a corn on the cob with extra fries, what I got was a boneless banquet with gravy and supercharger sauce, the only thing you got right was the can of tango, how can you get this so wrong? I can’t eat anything remotely spicy and don’t like the gravy so this meal is useless, now I have the carry on with just eat for a refund :(

Absolutely abysmal place and appalling staff. . Ordered a wild variety bucket and got home minus any of the 4 fries it was supposed to come with. Went back and was given the fries and unfortunately they were cold. I was then told by Niamh the trainee quite abruptly and very rudely that "hot fries would be a wait of 5 minutes". I then explained that the rest of my order ( the chicken) would be cold after already being in my car for the 10 minutes duration of the trip back to the store. Given that I'd spent 18.99 on an order I then asked for a refund as cold chicken and hot fries which I was going to have to wait for was not really good enough. I gave the trainee the full order back with £1.01 to enable the return of my 20.00 note I paid with Unfortunately the trainee was very cocky and went to give me 10.00 in 50p pieces for my 20.00 refund. I refused to take the shrapnel of coins of 10.00 in 50p s absolutely shocking. This was pure shocking customer service where the staff thought being awkward was being clever. James the store/ duty manager was no better unfortunately telling me that the 10.00 of 50p s was all they had . This caused a queue as James seemed not to understand the fact that I had given the trainee 20.00 and expected my 20.00 note back. This place deserves no stars and as for niamh and James the manager. He needs to be retrained on customer service not customer abuse. I was simply trying to collect hot food I had paid in full for. Head office will be receiving a complaint. Disgraceful conduct. A place to avoid.

My food order never arrived even though it said delivered on the app. I rang KFC who said it was nothing to do with them and Just Eat employ the drivers.. Contacted Just Eat and I got an automated email that they would look into it. This didn't help as it ruined my sons birthday, not to mention the cost involved!!!!

absolutely disgusting! ordered at 5:20pm food still has Not Arrived at 7:15pm! phoned the shop who said oh sometimes the drivers steal your food and take it up with just eat!! Now we have to wait a couple of days for a refund! Fuming!!!

My local KFC, food is usually nice but would recommend ordering for delivery or drive-thru unless you want a rotten smell putting you off your food. Smell was absolutely disgusting in here yesterday and probably came from a mop head not changed or another piece of cleaning equipment not cleaned/replaced but you could smell it throughout so not very appetising at all really. Sunday 11th August 19:24.

Lovely food and was delivered nice and hot and on time , delivery driver was very nice and polite.

No driver ? Estimated 5.35 pm and arrived at 6.35pm. Driver stayed in car and rang us to go to him, supposed to deliver to us !!

If you're ordering food from KFC add a few additional sacrificial items to your order so they have something to forget to send, this might increase your chance of receiving what you really want to eat.

Fries are soggy and rancid, missing drinks - it’s not hard to complete an order correctly!!!!

Status said "Courier at restaurant" for 50 minutes. Order delivered 45 minutes late, and STONE COLD. I suspect driver is consolidating orders, to the detrement of orders turning up warm or on time, which goes against JustEat courier policy. (FYI microwaved KFC not the same at all!) .. This is going to be a customer service issue now!!

We ordered from here as our local one wasn’t delivering I wish I never bothered. It was cold, very bland, the food tasted like it had been sat there all day. The spicy wings had a funny taste very stale and again like they have been sat there all day. Didn’t enjoy it at all.

The bucket of Chicken was just full of chicken legs and one wing. For the money i paid this isn't good value for FAST FOOD! The driver was ok he started going to the wrong address but i directed him on the phone ok. Bit of a language barrier.

Didn't receive my actual order, obviously got someone else's. The bag did have my sticker on it but had different food to what I ordered. Not actually complaining though as we got more food than we ordered! I'm sure someone else won't be as happy with our order though!

Overpriced, overcooked, and tiny portions. Ordered 3 mini fillets and fries which were extremely mini 1 of them had no actual chicken. The fries I got about 5 actual chips the rest were just ends and scraps. Partner got a vegan burger which was rock solid. All for the measly price of £15 value for money. Avoid.

The map lost the drivers signal at a house in coulby Newham when it came back on he was still in the same place. When my food was finally delivered it was cold which wasn’t the restaurant fault the bags were full of grease so you could tell they had been stood for a long time. The driver said he had to wait at the restaurant that why he late he came straight from there but he was lying. Hope I don’t get him again

Best meal I’ve had from this place for a while. Pretty much perfect! Also the delivery man is lovely…….lovely smile and so friendly! 👍
