wrong burger in the meal, everything else was ok but disappointed

Driver kept asking for code, I must have told him it 15 times. all he kept saying was code and yet again all food was cold

Today 28th March 2025 evening 6pm I visited KFC with my family, it was such a busy hour and heavy queue for delivery as well. Want to specifically mention the service today, the two people who were serving did a great job. There was not even a minute they were free. Great job guys, keep up the good work. My previous experience there was always some mix up with the order but this time it was not the case. The atmosphere was not that good due to heavy crowd and overflowing bins, those are understandable seeing the crowd.

Received half of the order and received late.

Ordered a 10 piece wicked variety bucket. And they missed out half of the order! I literally just got 10 pieces of chicken and 4 fries, No hot wings and no mini fillets. Let’s just say we will all be hungry later as I had to share the chicken between 6 of us!! Absolutely incompetent people that work at the colne kfc!!!

asked these idiots not to put breast pieces, they put 2 breast pieces in my 3 piece meal. retarda

this order took 3 hours to come and every item was stone cold. not acceptable. clearly this was cooked and sat waiting for driver to arrive taking 3 hours.

Just ordered a small chicken box with fries. I've never tasted anything that salty in my life. It was disgusting, threw it in the bin. The so called 5 spices were away somewhere, so apparently salt was the order of the day. So if you prefer salt fried this is apparently the place to go........

Estimated delivery time moved 5 times. Food arrived cold. Half the food was completely inedible. For the price of the ordered I expect better.

On the last two occasions the drive thru card machine has not been working. The last time I was advised that I could come inside and order to pay on card. Inside the restaurant was full of teenagers. Intimidating, shouting and play fighting in the toilets and across the restaurant. After waiting around ten minutes to be served - despite there being no one else other than myself and my young daughter. The guy behind the counter walked straight past me to serve one of the teens that had just approached the counter. Security needs to be tightened as I do not believe this is an okay atmosphere for customers or those working.

I ordered a Zinger burger meal from KFC, but the burger I received was not a true Zinger. When I called them back, they explained that they didn't have the usual ingredients and had used an alternative instead. Despite admitting this, they didn't offer a replacement. I asked for an alternative or a replacement the next day, but was told I needed to file a complaint. The burger was cold too, which made the experience even worse. I'm really disappointed with the quality and service.

Today I ordered at KFC colne and I was waiting in queue for 40 mins no worker was taking order when I got to order the worker refused to give my food when I paid got my food was not edible cold and dry got a bad tummy strait away I will not be coming again so many people complaining in store and also did not give the person infront of me his food I'm quite shocked with this and 5 other customers left without food

Chicken too salty. I need 5 litres of water immediately. 4 out of 5 visits. Chicken is too salty 🤮 I tried again. Still too salty. It's not even salt. It's the flavoring you use, msg? It's very intense. Way too strong. You're not taking advice at all.

Undercooked fries dry chicken and cold

I ordered 2 buckets of hot wings, 10 pieces each. And only 15 pieces arrived.

Despite the fact the takeaway is literally 5 mins away the food arrived cold. The chips were un edible. 😤

All items on order was delivered and not substituted for something else. Food was fresh & hot.

The location pin was incorrect & didn’t correspond to the entered address & postcode. This was not apparent when the order was placed. The food arrived cold!

it took over an hour from placing the order to finally receiving it (just because you keep adding more time to the delivery doesn't mean its 'on time'). I ordered 2 large portions of gravy that you failed to include in my order and the chips were so greasy that the bag they was in had disintegrated.

KFC do it every time i always state no mayo but they obviously can’t read once I’ve scrapped it of and put my own sauce on its ok but when you write in capitals in the notes they should do they charge enough

I went to this KFC last night the chicken must not have been cooked properly because I've had food poisoning for there chicken I've not been able to eat or keep anything down today I will not be returning to this KFC first time I've been here and it's defo the last and the toilets were a disgrace
