Service was not friendly but food was fab

The place was disgusting the chicken was half cooked.. bins over flowing rubbish on most tables.. the ones that didn't had sauce splattered all over them.. will not be returning

Foods aright but service is none existent. Ordered table service but all they did was keep calling out the order until you go and get it... even did the same to a wheelchair user while we was there

Ridiculous. Ordered like £27 of stuff. Driver handed wrong food over. I Said it wasn’t mine. He goes to his car says he will have a look. Gets in and tries to drive off. He says it’s mine, and speeds off nearly hitting me. So I have 1 popcorn chicken and a corn on the cob to feed 4. Needs sorting this

Disgusting customer service! Had an Uber Eats delivery of a 10 piece bargain bucket. When I opened the bag no fries had been added to the order so I called KFC. A woman answered and I told her what happened. She went away to check something and said according to the CCTV the fries were put in the bag. She didn’t even ask me where the delivery had gone so not sure how she was able to know what order she was looking at. All she kept saying was that she saw the fries being packed on the CCTV so basically calling me a liar. After this she just kept on saying “You have to speak to Uber to get a refund”. She then just hung up the call. I tried to call back but the phone has been constantly engaged for over an hour.

I liked it for the first time but there was some things i didn’t order which were delivered but overall it was alright.

Called in on the way home, shop was clean and tidy, small queue, no waiting, ordered a bucket, 6 pieces and fries ,made fresh only took a few minutes. Really nice and hot. Staff made welcome. All in all a good experience.

Like all KFCs it's a risk if you're going to get a good one or not, but today's was a good one. Perfect gravy.

Ordered at 11.20am, food still hadn’t arrived at 12.45pm and justeat said driver at the restaurant, I called kfc and they said he had left over half an hour ago and to contact just eat, 15 minutes later website updated to say driver on the way, the map showed he was nowhere near kfc or our house and was in the middle of nelson! The food arrived at 13.10pm almost 2 hours after the order and was stone cold.

Went through drive thru, I can’t eat spicy food so asked for normal non spicy fillet burger in my trilogy box meal but got a spicy one so couldn’t eat it (good job not allergic to anything) they forgot to make my meal large and I had to ask for one of the drinks I ordered as they forgot and to top it off fries were missing when I got home but seems to always happen at this kfc things missing from order every time I go.

Sometimes KFC is alright, depending on what time you go. But when it's bad, it's bad. Went through the Drive-Thru this evening, and the order taker over the tannoy was lazily not paying attention, indifference was in his voice, and I had to repeat myself many times to get the order corrected, and even in the end he still got it wrong, because he obviously didn't care. Then what it came to paying at the payment/collection desk, a female Asian employee was rude by handing the card reader over, passing the food, all the time not a word said, no 'hello' or 'goodbye', nothing. Little zero customer service skills. And added to all this, the food was bad this evening. Finger Lickin Good, I binned most of my chips as they were inedible. Update: why offer table service option only to not provide that service?

just realised they short ordered my food. did not receive any "hot wings" at all. very poor!!!

£65 order, the food arrived and looked like it had been thrown together by a phsyco. missing chilli bites, no hash browns on the zinger tower burgers. it was just a mess, never again, when spending that amount, why can't they just read what's been ordered and have a bit of pride. useless.
