Garlic kebab was lovely, we asked for not much chili on my husband's, sadly loads was put on and so it was ruined for him.

Enjoyed But Guys Need to be checking ya orders .Missed my fries and Sauce ☹️

Order an al pacino garlic kebab and only received and mixed grill kebab. Only chicken and donner Where's the rest? The seek?

Food quality can vary it's normally quite right but some of the time it's worth just checking before you leave.

Stay clear . This place nneds shutting Shocking food and evem worse drivers as they think its ok to bullie 13 year old girls . With no apology no nothing

Returned home to very disappointing Kebab. I had ordered Chicken and Donor, however the Donor was missing. The picture shows you the portion size.

After avoiding like the plauge for months, we gave it another chance. I'm happy to say what an improvement. Still lacking in the sauce department, so order sauces separately for your kebabs. Pizzas need a bit more tomato on the base, but all around 7 / 10

As I walked through the main door of Al pacinos one of the lads threw a red onion at me, I volleyed it back at him and it went in his eyes and he started to cry, right then 10 lads all jump over the counter and start attacking me, I slapped every single one in a heartbeat, very poor customer service, food was banging though and decent scrap, I will definitely be returning

My cheesy chips was stone cold and my garlic bread didn’t taste like it and it was burnt

Is this place still open I live in Scotland and had a call from landline offering university courses on English

The pizza is amazing the sauce is so rich and they aren't stingy with it the red salt on chip is great too only ever had good food here. Thank you for the great food.

Alpacinos is the best place for pizza and fantastic service 👌 I've been ordering from them for years they always send the food on time and the delivery people are always pleasant 😀 for example I didn't have any for my order they gave me pizza anyway and promised to come back with change they did as they said! All in all 10 out of 10 this place 👍

Absolutely disgusting had to ring them back up as my chicken burger came with nothing on it, then they delivered a new one so they came out opened my tray to find my lettuce is black will not be ordering from there again

Absolutely shocking food go for food before pool night to be getting this awful king burger avoid at must worse burger I’ve ever had n that’s saying something never again will I eat here staff ignorant expensive for what u get the overall taste was disgusting

Ordered in store 2 number 2 kebabs which were lovely with cheesy chips and a king burger with cheesy chips which burger is ment to be with bacon cheese and onion rings got home to no burger phoned to complain they had a burger to me in 20 min but was an unedible garlic burger not what was ordered

Pizza really good, it's a pity they have stopped making pasta dishes as they were really tasty.

Prices are phenomenal considering the quality and standards they have. Chips are always Crispy AF and they run a tight grill, no messing about. No variation with with the product you get delivered never had a bad order never missed something off, Perfect.

I used to go here all the time but over the last couple of years the service and the meals have deteriorated considerably. Staff are rude and have no concept of time and food is stone cold when it does eventually arrive. My 16 year old daughter mistakenly made the error of ordering from here and thought better of it and cancelled within minutes of placing the order. They still attempted to deliver the food having informed her that her order had been cancelled. The driver then harrased my daughter, tried to make her take the food and when she refused, told her she had paid for it and she would now not get a refund either. She had to slam the door shut to get rid of him. 16 and being threatened over pizza and chips! No refund despite several attempts, no excuse or apology either, they just said no! Appalling. Do not go here.

I placed an order but called to cancel it no later than ten minutes after I got told that this had happened and that it had been cancelled An hour later had a VERY rude delivery drive turnd up and toll me that I have wasted there time money and food I tried to tell him that I had cancelled the order but he was not having any of it I told him that I cancelled it before the shop even opened but agen he was not happy with that I asked if I was going to get my money back he told me that that would not happen I will admit that my actions where not the best as I slammed the dore but he did not have to be so rude

We always used to order from this place and we really enjoyed the cheesy wedges but they started to forget the cheese and we gave them a few chances and it became a constant issue. Tries to order again tonight for the first time in a while and the same issue again. I'm done with this place and their constant mistakes.

Well we had a real bad experience ordering here with a horrible driver who I reported. I've bought since and had delivery from others. Tonight I rang for an order and was actually refused due a driver having an 'accident' delivering to me. Not my problem !! I'll never come back. I've been a loyal customer for years and not any more.

Ordered cheesy chips and got normal chips when I rung up to find out why I didn’t have cheese they said “ we do it next time “ not good enough

Ordered 2 large kebabs they charged me 1.50 for salad and 80p for sauce so it cost 19.80 nan bread was dry and hard got 4 bits of dried up chicken and sum donner none was hot I wouldnt order from here ever again only give 1 star so I could leave a review don't waist your money at this shop

Absolutely discusting food. They put a 1cm layer of dry beef under the cheese. Hardly any tomato sauce on the base. It was like biting into cardboard. My Mum called them as we thought this was a joke and they initially offered to send a replacement, then the manager said it would be an hours wait so we could have a free one next time. We said we were prepared to wait the hour as this is inedible - then the manager REFUSED to send a replacement and said "that's how we serve them". Awful pizza and worse customer service. Avoid at all costs. We are now putting cheese on toast in the oven!!

Bought a 16" meat feast pizza plus 6 peri peri hot chicken wings. The pizza was covered in a thick layer of disgusting ground beef between the base and the cheese, I've never had a pizza like it, you normally get bits of meat on the top of the cheese. I couldn't eat it and rang the business to complain and he was really rude! The peri peri hot chicken wings weren't great either, very little chicken and the coating was tasteless, no peri peri at all. I won't ever be going there again!

Absolutely fantastic food, fresh and hot! Delivery was extremely quick and the service was second to non. The owner, Shaz, is one of the nicest bloke I've had the pleasure of meeting and will be happy to deal with him time and time again.

Pitta was dry and brittled itself to bits and tasted a bit dodgy meat was ok the dog loved it , i was a bit disappointed.

Ordered a takeaway tonight for myself and my grandchildren. One of the kids pizzas had a hair in it. Called to complain and they made no attempt to rectify the mistake. Refused to replace it as they apparently didn't have a delivery driver as he had gone far away. They called to follow up an hour or so later and told.me that they had discussed with the manager and been told to.put it on their board as "badly cooked" as they are "funny" about hair. Just kept saying that when I call next there is a free pizza waiting for me. Do they seriously think that after service like that I will be ordering again. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

There vegetarian pizzas are to die for ..they are consistent and with prompt service

3rd time ordering using there website ...delivery times are perfect ..and the food has been consistently amazing every time..very very impressed..delivery drivers are also very polite...well done to all in the business as I personally have never had this with any takeaway before.
