Used the drive through yesterday at 10:50, which was 10 minutes before they closed. Sophie was lovely. Cheerful, polite and our order was ready quickly. Thank you Sophie and team.

By far the worst fast food chain experience I’ve had. The Zinger burger was cold, the cheese hadn’t even melted, and there was hardly any sauce. I counted just ten fries in the bag , seriously? Whatever they’ve done to the once famous breadcrumb coating, it now tastes foul. The service was painfully slow, the toilets were in a disgraceful state, and the staff looked completely fed up probably driven mad by the constant pinging from the order till. It’s enough to make customers leave just as miserable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Food is always warm and delicious, staff are prompt and polite.

Ordered food for delivery with Just Eat. They put freezing cold cans and drinks in with my hot food. It turned up freezing cold. All the food tipped in the bag called the restaurant. Speak to a young girl. She said she was the manager. I asked her why if she got an attitude, cause I was trying to leave my view And she put the phone down on me very unprofessional and disgraceful.

It’s the driver‘s fault. The driver didn’t pack the food. I then asked her why did she put cold cans in with the hot food and she had an attitude again and she put the phone down on me This is KFC in nantgarw Caerphilly be want that they are very unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers

Been to this KFC a lot throughout the years, and it’s only gone downhill. Never have I seen a food place so dirty. Mud and food absolutely everywhere, rubbish overflowing from the bins, disgusting. Not to mention the continued increase in prices alongside the reduction in portions and lack of quality.

The food was cold and the delivery person was too busy speaking to someone on hos phone.

Some of the order was missing when it arrived. When contacted KFC the option was to have refund on the items missing or collect from the restaurant. Not good enough.

Poor service, ordered my food at a very busy drive through, about 10mins later when I got to the window for my food my drink was missing, person told me no drink was ordered even though I know I asked so I said that's fine can you please add one and I will pay,the person then asked the supervisor who then said no I will need to go back around and que again, considering the size of the que and the fact I asked for my drink on the original order they were very unhelpful.

the past few times i have ordered from here it’s been horrible they always get my order wrong and always give replacement gravy for items not available for instance i ordered 2 sides of rice they gave me gravy for it and gave me gravy for them having no chips

Don't sell hot drinks which is unusual as the other local kfc shops do sell them. The lady that took my order seemed like she couldn't be bothered and didn't offer any sauces which were meant to come with the meals so I had to queue again to ask for sauces and by the time I got back to the table my food had gone stone cold.

Never on time alway cold when u receive it ask missing something from order how hard can packing good in a bag be simple instructions if you ask me kids could do this job 😂

Well this will be the last time I try to give KFC Nantgarw the benefit of the doubt. We used to order food from here years ago but our orders were continuously wrong or something was missing so we stopped going. We thought, after a few years, to try again and guess what we are now down £25 and we hardly touched our food. First of all when did Kerushems get so small. We actually laughed when we got that! Enough for a child. Both our burgers were extremely dry that even gravy couldn’t help. We also ordered those mini bbq chicken bites, and they were also dry with a dribble of sauce. The boy who served us was nice but the girl in the window passing the food looked like she couldn’t be bothered and just wanted to leave. Make us feel uncomfortable. This is the last time I will ever go to this KFC. Shocking, don’t waste your money, unless you want a jaw work out trying to chew the dry chicken. No wonder the drive through is dead, same as the chicken but they’re just cremated. This KFC has been named as one of the worst and how this one is still open is beyond me.

Visited on Thursday evening before going to the cinema. Probably one of the worse KFC’s I have visited, the place was grubby, the food stone cold, they did provide us with another burger, not much hotter!!. Will definitely not be visiting again.

I ordered a stuffing stacker burger meal with no lettuce and no cheese with a can of Pepsi max at 3.09pm. Food turned up close to 5.30pm, no stuffing in it, but at least the lettuce and cheese were there. It was also freezing cold. Luckily it came with a can of orange tango to wash it down with. Not impressed. Zero stars not available.

Absolutely disgusted. Paid for items on there, for them not to be delivered, when I phoned to ask they told me they couldn’t deliver them and I would have to go through the app for a refund. Chips were soggy and sent wrong item. Wouldn’t recommend!!!

Just had my KFC Got everything with my food, but no drinks my two drinks my big bottle and a can we phone them complaint To say they forgot our drink And they couldn’t do nothing about that, apparently which that’s rubbish and they couldn’t bother to bring our drinks and the guy we spoke to was very horrible and rude. Waited ages for my food, staff running wild, on their phones etc. in the food prep area, eventually my food came and chicken was dry and generally fit for the bin. No surprise that I was the only customer there at 5pm

No resipes Man working the front counter was extremely unhygienic, extremely long greasy hair, witch was not keep in a hair net. He kept wiping his unloved hands into his sweat staind shirt. The employee in the back preparing the food where also not wearing gloves and touching our food with her bare hands, her nails where also too long to meet the health and safety standards required by all food establishments. When we inquired about our order the employee was very rude to my mother. He said they couldn't make it any quicker but all customers who ordered before and after us where served, we only received our food when the restaurant was completely empty. This is somewhere we vist around once a week, though after this experience I don't think that we will return.

It's always busy and food takes ages. The tables are dirty and every time I've gone through the drive through they forget food. Seems to be young kids working all the time with not great management unfortunately.

My written request was for a thigh and a leg. I specified that I don’t like any other cuts. Unfortunately, this wasn’t granted. I have tried frequently to call KFC Nantgarw, prior to ordering to ensure those pieces are available but they don’t answer the phone, hence KFC lose my business.

Total rip off. Ordered a 6 piece wicked variety bucket and received 6 drumsticks. What an absolute con job. I will never be ordering KFC again.

There’s always something missing or wrong with the orders for this place. I’m not usually one to moan as I understand these things can happen. I think out of five orders though something has been wrong with 4. It’s just carelessness

Got given a bbq wrap that was frozen so that didn't go down well, then watching a young girl ram 10 pieces of chicken in a small box that would not fit. She had no gloves on so food hygiene was simple not there, or the boy working with her. so I've informed my lot to get ready for food poisoning from this place as the hygiene is so wrong and the workers obviously don't care about customer's food.

the delivery time was so quick but i ordered 3 boneless banquet and none them came with gravy i called kfc and they said to go thru just eat but i don’t want a refund i wanted my gravy im not being funny since when does kfc not remember gravy

I like the athmosphere in this branch: always full of teenagers, makes me feel young again. The staff is very helpfull and tables always clean.

Stopped off to get some quick "food" with my son after a day out on the evening of Fri 20 Sep 24. Decided to go here, rather than Macs across the road as we hadn't had KFC for a long time and used to enjoy. Ordered a wrap meal and a boneless banquet with extra piece of chicken...came to £23 which was a shock in itself as last time we came 18 months ago, the boneless banquet was approx. £7 not £10. Way more expensive than macs but doesn't bother me if the food is good quality however : Don't really need to describe the sorry state of food that greeted us when we opened it when we got home, take a look at the picture, SHOCKING! Half of it went in the bin. I would be surprised if this place is still open this time next year. Incidentally, it was dead quiet , whereas the macs across the road was packed...go figure! Feel sorry for the staff at front desk who tried their best. Update: As i cannot reply to the owner reply, i want to point out that judging by the previous reviews, this has been happening for a long time, and is not a one off. I have raised the complaint further and whilst doing so, i noticed the pricing i paid was different to the main KFC website page which stated £7.37? very strange?
