Delivery driver was very rude on the phone- went to the wrong place and I tried to redirect him but he told me that he has to take the food back to KFC now even though he was 5 mins from the right location. Order says its delivered but I have no food

was missing 2 items from my boneless banquet meal bottle of pop and regular popcorn chicken

The chickens we ordered was cold upon arrival. We picked the order based on the ears that were offered and it felt like ultimately it wasn’t the order we originally placed. We have used the service multiple times and have hand no issues at all between the lot of us. No complaints about the food at all in fact the food was spot on and I feel bad writing this toward the costal because it wasn’t their fault but the overall product this time was below par, usually love treating my friends to a kffc

The food was beautiful as always. However, they forgot my drink. It’s been a week, I have submitted for a refund on my drink and I’ve still not heard or received anything. I’m very disappointed down to the fact nobody has gotten back to me yet. I will not be ordering again.

Forgot my extra fries and 2 dips give me gravy and I ain’t allowed gravy awful not happy first time ordering !!

The food was luke warm almost cold. Thats understandable though as it took nearly an hour to arrive.

Hi just to warn customers to make sure their chicken is hot. I had a zinger burger which felt around body temp which is about 37ish degrees centigrade when it should be 74 degrees centigrade. Also I dont know know if anyone has had this experience but my corn on the cob felt like it had chilli in it. But because it was very hot temp wise you might not have noticed. The staff were respectful but the eating areas could have been cleaner.

There is no rice in rice bowl just the chicken is there

Boneless banquet was cold, no sauce was given and hot wings were as thou they were cooked yesterday. Normally order from the other KFC, this one has got to be the worst out of the two, will go back to crossways as their food is always hot. Delivery driver was friendly thou

My order was completed quickly and the temperature was fine, sauces were given incorrectly, didn't say anything because I was given gravy instead. It was a quiet day when I went so overall nothing to complain about.

I have been waiting for my food almost 2 hours and order wasn't delivered. but after the live chat status was changed to delivered but still order didn't receive. shame on your poor customer service..

I waited 20 minutes for my food, When we got home the chicken must have been in the bag longed as it fell through the bag as soon as we took it out of the larger bag.

Good delivery time considering the distance, the food was in better condition as a result.

AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT GET SICK. Look how the food looks like when the oil is not changing regularly. Looks like no one care. The crispy chicken supposed look like gold not dark like this. Shame on them.

I got the wrong burger...instead of the tower zinger box meal, the burger was not a zinger burger as the chicken was not spicy, it had no hashbrown and there was ketchup instead of the zinger's sauce...

Every time I've been here they either get the food wrong, don't include something, or it's so busy the staff can't cope. AVOID!

Delivery driver went above and beyond as I ordered to incorrect address and there was no way for me to change the order on the app and restaurant said they have nothing to do with it as I ordered through just eat. Delivery driver then delivered food to the correct address for me which was a life saver wish I could tip after the delivery instead of before would’ve given one 100%

Terrible. Ordered a lot of food, for it to just turn up all missing items or wrong food put into box. Not only that, I had a Tango Orange Can, that I never asked for inside my Chicken bag, making the can boiling and I don't know where the can has been, could've been on the floor for all I know. Will never order from this place again

14 piece bargain bucket had 14x drumsticks. Its a bargain bucket, not a drumstick only bucket. In addition, they were pink and half cooked, really bad lads! The drinks never came either, but thankfully JustEat gave a refund on that. You'll get much better quality of food if you collect. KFC pulled a fast one, trying to get rid of B grade food through delivery. Never again.

I specified in the instructions for a specific chicken piece but the restaurant sent something else. Burger didn’t have the extra sauce in it

the order delivered was totally wrong. I tried ringing the restaurant but no one in the restaurant was picking up the phone. ended up driving to the restaurant to sort out their error. No offer of reimbursement for the delivery charge. very poor customer service and service overall.

Absolutely appalling service.. the order was totally wrong, food delivery ended up taking hours. Had someone's £10 order instead of my £60 order. Someone else did really well. Couldn't give a food quality order, as it was not mine.

The service here is unpredictable, the server Scarlett refused to acknowledge our presence and was doing nothing necessary that prevented her from serving us. She didn't even inform her colleague on our waiting, when she did a hand over. On the hand her colleague Mathew who served us finally after I enquired about being served. He was a very polite, helpful and had great customer service. Be more like Mathew!

must have been busy at nant garw. the rice boxes were laughable maybe a few teaspoons in each box. chips cold but aren't they always. chicken so dry it was almost impossible to swallow. been there a few times in the past...slow and badly managed.

I had completely the wrong order and because I am disabled I can only have deliveries at a certain time when my assistant is with me. I couldn't get another driver to deliver the correct order on time, so I missed out on a meal. Very disappointed with Just Eat and KFC. Disgraceful service - need to do better!!

This is the local KFC to work. The bargain bucket for one the last 3 times has 2 drumsticks. They're always served in small bag making it difficult to eat. The restaurant doesn't have a hot dri k machine. Foods cooked well though. Just has a feeling that they're saving money on product and materials. Go to a different one if you can

Ordered food over 2 hrs ago from KFC Nantgarw on line using just eat I’ve rung them an they said it’s Just eat at fault not them nothing to do with them an now I’m still waiting and their not answering their phone As for just eat never again as you can’t even get hold of them

I had some sort of fried chicken that did not look or taste like kfc. it was very pale in colour and the chicken was very dry. To spend £26 on a bucket and only 50% was eaten was a waste. the last 2 times iv had it was very nice but I remember why I dont eat it much is because its never consistent. Hit and miss with the cooks I think. my dog very happy tonight, me not so much.

The driver was lovely and apologetic for the delivery time, the restaurant was awful however. Didn’t include my salad and got the drink wrong, food in the wrong packaging and all freezing cold. I watched the delivery time and they made my driver wait 50 minutes for my meal. Very upset and disappointed, honestly would want a refund as long as it doesn’t come out of the drivers pocket too. Awful place.

Hi waited for my order. Driver phoned me as I was talking he hung the phone up. His attitude is very unprofessional. If he doesn’t like doing what he’s doing and do something else nothing worse than having a delivery driver with an attitude saying that your location is wrong just because he didn’t put in the correct satnavpostal code

Ceases to amaze me how the “humans” at KFC have the capacity to miss half your order consistently. Never give drinks or sides. Ridiculous and I advise anyone in the area to go elsewhere. Completely incompetent “restaurant”.

Guy on the phone in restaurant was lovely but half of the food was missing. Missed all sides and a drink about £15 worth. Will not be ordering again, it seems like a common theme among KFCS to forget sides and drinks regardless of what they are. Food was freezing but I think that was the drivers fault 3/10

Worst KFC ever with listening to specific requests. Every single time never ceases to amazing how wrong my orders always are. I wont visit again. Way 2 many times now such a simple requests just get blatantly ignored

Food came 30 mins late, was cold and not what we ordered, my supcharger zinger tower box meal was just a fillet burger meal, there was no gravy in one of the other meals, corn on the cob was sent instead and we ordered Pepsi max cans and received orange tango. KFC is cheap and nasty. Get food from hoffi coffi instead, way more and same quality for less cash. At the very worst, get mcdonalds. Delivery driver was great and delivered in good time.

Asked for specific pieces of chicken and wasnt disappointed. Only thing was they forgot to give the delivery driver my can or tango for my meal. But thrilled to see KFC finally on Just eat :)
