Nicest delivery driver I’ve ever seen

My order was not delivered, I was told to go to 12 carrier close to collect and it was not there, where is my food?

Wow, this was a different to my usual takeaway experience. Staff to open the door for me, table cleaned, food brought over to my table, cleaned the table after I'd eaten. Asking us if the food was ok and if everything was ok. Mantosh was excellent and really good customer service!

Great food and service for my family. Thank you to Mantosh, he looked after us so brilliantly. Made sure we had everything we needed from helping us to order, table service, sauces and bringing the ice creams to the children when we were ready. Music in the restaurant made a great vibe. KFC Braintree have made some great improvements to their customer experience! Looking forward to returning soon

I still haven’t got my money back for the wrong order you sent me. I have a severely autistic son who would only eat that exact meal I ordered and I had no money left. You cost him his lunch and id appreciate it if I can be refunded.

Got totally the wrong order, every time I order from here something is wrong, this one takes the biscuit

Good chips, Excellent chicken, even the wings were cooked well, if I had one issue is that the regular chicken is perhaps over seasoned and the hot wings are not really hot and the seasoning is under, I made my own Buffalo sauce, which to be honest completely made the dish and is very easy to make, it’s a shame KFC don’t offer their own.

The fries taste awful - it was inside a paper box and it tasted like paper! Had to throw it away! Disappointed!

the gravy lid wasn't on and went everywhere, all over the food, ruining the food form those who don't like gravy

missing food from order. not the first time this has happened either, this has happened on the last 4 order we end up missing something. everything is normaly ok so I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt but it's become beyond a joke. I spend lots of money at kfc and probably won't be coming back here now. very disappointed customer

The quantity of the food is small but other than that the food is good

There are no chips with my order

Food was a mix of really greasy and overcooked. Chips soggy, gravy warm at best. Long wait for basis stuff, sauces /dips ordered and paid for but not included in bag, no salt, no napkins. Workers don't care about the experience 😞.
