KFC Barnstable - Roundwell Services in North Devon

Had food from these guys last night and it's the BEST KFC we've ever had! Absolutely first class yum 😋 😋

What a difference since my last visit. Restaurant was lovely and clean, staff were very polite and friendly, the food was ready quickly and was absolutely brilliant. This was all managed on a busy Saturday evening. Well done to whoever turned this KFC around into a fantastic place that I will definitely be using more regularly now.

Smells like chicken, tastes like chicken... here's a box to put your chicken.... Same KFC experience. Tasty chicken, tastey KFC skin, tasty gravy.

Sterile building but food very good and service extremely fast. A much better experience than my previous visits

Delivery was fine, but I order a zinger burger and got hotwings in a bun with mayo, this restaurant gets worse every time, KFC should remove their franchise.

Everything is good we’re missing part of our order and it said it would take 20 minutes and ended up taking nearly an hour who h made us miss our lesson

Absolutely disgraceful. All food damaged from gravy spilling everywhere due to driver. Cold. Driver refused to take it back, told us he would be back with a fresh meal and never came back. Couldn’t get through on the phone. Will never eat from here again.

Time changed 3 different times food arrived and was all cold!

Absolutely a joke! Shuts half the restaurant at 8pm, would not seat us because they had swept half of the dining area!! Honestly what a joke! Zero customer service skills, zero care about the business and soon zero customers.

Was pleasantly surprised, not had KFC for a few years from here, has got better.

Food was cold. Direct delivery route is a 5 minute drive. Driver went the longest way possible and took over 20mins.

OK so toilets were disgusting no paper ad looks like it had not been cleaned all day, mentioned it and no one did anything. Also I will say that the servers behind the counter worked hard and fast, was quick and food was OK apart from a couple of wings were black inside and full of blood that had been cooked black. Was not a pretty sight, all I got was a replacement wing, no apology or anything. The manager seemed very lazy also, lied about card machine not working so he didn't have to serve us. But a kind member of staff served us as he went to the back to laugh about something with someone. Weird experience with zero consistency with anything about this store, it's pot luck, not want you want to hear. But better than 100%rubbish, good luck to your next visit, I'm not going back

Drove 6 miles down the road.We had food missing.Drove back staff was very rude.All I can say is cheak your food before you leave.Not the frist time.I will be making a complaint to head office.Plus hardly no chips for large

Excellent delivery, friendly driver. Ate chips first, then opened burger. The burger is wrong.. there is no hash brown or sauce.. not sure if it’s a filllet or zinger.. not sure what it is. Ordered a zinger tower burger..

Yet again I'm missing my sides, I stopped ordering from here as I was always missing something. It seems all they had today was coleslaw, which I don't eat. Will not be ordering from here again. KFC need to stop saying items are available when they are not.

Both meals were cold. Not a full portion of chips for both meals. Dips missing. Boneless chicken all in pieces. Sent a complaint. No reply. Very disappointing.

at 5.50pm delivery time from 8 minutes away it turned up 1 hour 15 late

I did not receive any chips. I sent an email to Just Eat. No reply. A person takes a calculated risk to order foe delivery. Its most of the time a hit and miss. Just Eat is no different.

Its not that easy to spot. And the drive thru is not easy and is tight. Its the only KFC in Barnstaple i know two or three decades ago it was Winpey and that used to be busy all the time cannot say the same with this place either it's KFC ingredients and no one can cook it

Not happy that I ordered the triple bucket and got 6 drumsticks and not a mix of chicken pieces. NOT EVERYONE LIKES DRUMSTICKS. Please try to make such this stops happening

Ordered on just eat. Food was absolutely stone cold on receipt and one meal aside from the drink was missing. Went to the restaurant to be told it's nothing to do with them, even though they packed the orders.

Absolutely delicious. Speedy service as well, unfortunately, one of the chicken fillets was cold.

delivery driver was great, Fries had no seasoning. Gravy did not taste of anything, The chicken was cold and dry and the burger looked like it had been bathed in mayo and cranberry sauce. i tried to pick it up to show my friend and it just exploded

One meal was missing from the order. When i spoke to the manager at KFC she said it had nothing to do with her even though they had not packed the order properly. Rude and aggressive for no reason blaming just eat for the problem.

Ordered at 12.14 asking for it to be delivered by 13.20 as my girlfriend only gets half hour for lunch didn’t turn up till 13.51 so she missed out on her food plus the popcorn chicken and chips were cold

Will not be going back. Order was incomplete and couldn’t get the attention of staff to put it right. We chose to eat in but what a mistake. The noise and shouting constantly from the staff behind the counter was deafening.

Quite possibly the worst KFC I have ever had, the quality of the food was Beyond terrible! Fries were stale and the chicken was dry and tasted like it had been sat under a heat lamp topping up its tan for at least the last 12 hours. Very very disappointing!

Rubbish every single time. Always forget something, this time it was the drink. Last time it was the sauces. It’s always cold despite me living 0.6 miles away. Won’t bother ordering again

I have just received the wrong order and have phoned the lady on the receipt who had received my order. Her husband is now having to drive to my house to swap them over. so my meal will now be cold. Very Disappointed!

food was nice. little bit cold but that always happens with delivery. I was surprised how small the portion of popcorn chicken was but the chicken strips were lovely and they also forgot my dipping sauce!!

Sauce was way too spicy lips on fire couldn’t eat the burger. chips I could count on my hand portion was tiny. Cookies in same bag as chips and popcorn and snd warm so not crunchy.

Items missing and the delivery person was very rude and argumentative and I am disabled and found it very stressful. Won’t order from them again

I ordered a 1.5l 7up bottle and it never showed up and I’m not getting a refund for it

It's a KFC. I do like a KFC on occasions and this is a good one. Order through the usual pillar of selection! And by the time I found a table it was ready to collect. BE AWARE.. the car park is limited to 90 minutes. My parents ended up with a fine because they stayed there too long... not so great.

Our food arrived late it's was cold and the delivery driver was on the phone when I answered the door and remained on the phone.

Service polite and prompt, clear to hear and understand. Food hot and the assistant serving via window polite and helpful. We used the order tablet and ate in. Food hot, quickly served and the place was reasonably busy.

Not what it was. Smaller portions and had to get a replacement as the food was barely warm the first time around. They no longer serve coffee either. For a long time, they said their coffee machine was out of order but now they are admitting that KFC no longer serves hot drinks. I have always put KFC above all the other fast-food establishments but sadly they are now just as bad.
