Didn't get all my food and it's cold

Took at hour and 45 mins to be delivered since ordering and food was completely cold. Not happy at all

food missing rice box not even half full

Order was delayed until late and food was freezing cold

Food was over 2hours late I tried to call kfc no answer went out of way with a poorly child to collect my food to be told I couldn’t have my order that I had paid for when it arrived it was cold and food missing from my order

Got given coleslaw instead of corn on the cob!!!!

The wrong order was delivered. The order that was delivered was stone cold.

Waited well over an hour for our order and when it did finally arrive the fries were stone cold and the other food was barely Luke warm. Delivery driver was nice and polite thou.......

Warm,soggy and just about cooked. I know it’s only KFC. But rather disappointing.

Food was stone cold when it arrived!

The service and food was great. However the delivery driver left our front gate open which caused our dog to get out. The driver knew we had a dog but left the gate open. This has caused us huge distress and we didn’t know where our dog was. Thankfully found her after 20 minutes.

Very cold chicken not crisp and flavor was not good

My niece was told by customer service that there was nothing they could do about it being sent to the wrong address. When she went back home later that evening they had just left her food order on her doorstep! They charged her a stupid amount for this too. I do not recommend KFC to anyone. The food is not good enough to account for the appalling customer service we received and the price is too high to be treated this way. My niece and I were extremely disappointed.

Ordered at 19:15 for a delivery at 19:45 order arrived at 20:45 , food stone cold, inedible. Food straight in the bin and to think I paid for this delivery. Will NEVER use this firm again, absolutely pathetic service

My niece ordered a delivery which went to the wrong address. I rang the delivery team who were not only rude and unhelpful but they then refused to take any of my calls to complain. They didn’t deliver at all and we didn’t even get a refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service so no stars at all for this experience. I will now refuse to use KFC and will be telling all my friends and family on Facebook.

I did not get my delivery at all today and the customer service was useless and pretty rude too. After I didn’t get my delivery I tried ringing customer service again but they didn’t even answer the phone. I couldn’t even get a refund so I will not be using kfc again. Extremely disappointed.

It's KFC, nothing to write home about - not a bad KFC, not a great KFC. Customer service was alright.

If I could give this KFC a 0 stars I would. We had a KFC from here a month or so ago & I wasn’t very well but didn’t connect the dots… fast forward to yesterday & everyone fancied one so we popped to the drive through. First off, the woman who is part of the franchise is rude !! Second off I asked for a 10 piece boneless box & got charged for a 14 piece - when I checked my receipt I thought never mind, we will have more chicken - wrong ! 😑 got home & only had 12 pieces. Final straw was being on the loo until 3 o’clock this morning & my partner then having the same thing happen first thing. I will never ever use this KFC again & suggest you avoid it with a barge poll. Rude, overcharged & poorly ! I’ll be contacting environment health tomorrow. Posts on local sites also aren’t good…

No one answered the drive through so I drove around to the serving window, to be met by the rudest lady I have ever met. She demanded that I must come in store or drive around again. Large brunette white woman. Terrible ambassador for KFC and human beings!

What a difference since my last visit. Restaurant was lovely and clean, staff were very polite and friendly, the food was ready quickly and was absolutely brilliant. This was all managed on a busy Saturday evening. Well done to whoever turned this KFC around into a fantastic place that I will definitely be using more regularly now. Second visit and it's still very good, food was lovely again, restaurant looked clean and tidy. The member of staff that did my order was polite. Keep up the good work.

Arrived on time. Chips was cold, Could not use my account credit for some reason, no option to use it!

Paid a visit to this KFC in Barnstable while on an Easter vacation in the area. The staff were totally disinterested in serving us. We ordered the 4 piece original recipe meal deal for one at just under £10. It arrived with two very small chicken wings, one small thigh and an average sized chicken leg. Also a small French fries and a small Pepsi. The chicken pieces had clearly been cooked some time before serving. Very disappointed. We won't be returning.

Driver refused to give me my order even though he new it was the right address and I had proof of my order. Food was then wrong and cold

T'was a Wednesday evening, 6ish, very quiet. Upon entering, the floors and tables were in a filthy state. The tables still covered in salt, sticky drink residue and generally unclean. Staff were ok but weren't wearing gloves nor hair nets, service was quick but, oh my days, the chicken wasn't hot, the batter was very greasy, not up to other KFC's I have visited and the chips? AWFUL! I visit Barnstaple often but never again will I visit KFC.

Staff serving food with bare hands and not using gloves. Manager is a complete waste of space, very patronising, and intimidating. Has absolutely no customer service skills. Won’t be going back there again

Posted before, and same again! Probably the worst kfc in the country. And I've been to a LOT! Sadly, good food but staff seem unable to get food order correct. Been there about 12 times drive through and only 2 orders correct, never get a receipt, so hard to know what you have been charged for, surprised the company haven't stepped in yet. Some of the staff very polite, some downright rude. Such a shame. Little point complaining no one ever comes back to you.

Rude staff, really unhelpful when I was trying to use my blue light discount card, very snappy responses. I bit into the chicken burger and spat it back out as it was grey and hard. Sent it back and the staff took it (what choice did they have) but acted like the money was coming from their own pocket. Sat there with my new meal (chips portioned out by hand into the holder) out of pure stubbornness. But I'll never return.

I had the most shocking experience ever. While I was waiting for my food, at the counter, I noticed a member of staff filling the chip bags with his bare hands. I said to the lady that it wasn't very hygenic. She started shouting at me. Told me I can have my money back and said " go cook your food at home." I embarrassed, intimidated and shook up. I have reported to head office. I've noticed your responses to other negative posts. You just say you will try to put it right. You obviously don't because I've now heard of so many bad things about that women. We don't go out for food to experience being treated so bad. I live local and have told everyone I know, how disgusting it is to touching the food and how vile that women is.

Food was nice, the male manager was extremely rude to everybody though. The whole restaurant was making comments about how awful he was treating people. Was obvious the other staff were very uncomfortable also. Deffo not going in when he’s working again.

had to go out and find the delivery driver as he had gone down the wrong road. it was also freezing cold by the time we got to eat it. the amount of chips was laughable. no way enough for 4 people.

One chicken fillet was really small, but everything else was really good.

Food is cold, chicken fillets look awful, not even the way they should be, my best friends girlfriend is a manager and has stated the same thing about the chicken fillets being poor, chips are freezing, not edible at all, gravey isn’t even watery got no texture behind it.

Thier can be no excuses for serving Luke warm food. £11.99 was rather on the high side, portions were small, supercharger charger zinger tasteless and really greasy, had to wipe hands on box due to no napkins. It's been a while since I last visited, I doubt I'll ever return.

Unable to write a positive review as we waited an hour and a half for delivery after app said it would be 10-30 minutes to be told that a driver hadn’t been assigned!! Order cancelled after then being told that if after 15 minutes a driver hadn’t been assigned to call back!! Disgusting service!

Honestly worst kfc I've ever been to really surprised they are still open, they have the worst customer service, very rude and abrupt and make their jobs easier by making it harder for you. Been there several times and ever time they have made us come in and order instead of taking our order at the drive through to make it easier on themselves.
