Ordered on just eat. Food was absolutely stone cold on receipt and one meal aside from the drink was missing. Went to the restaurant to be told it's nothing to do with them, even though they packed the orders.

Absolutely delicious. Speedy service as well, unfortunately, one of the chicken fillets was cold.

Ordered for first time despite the bad reviews, was absolutely blown away by how hot and good the food was ! Nothing was missing and it arrived within 30 minutes despite living about 6 miles away , excellent kfc definitely doesn’t deserve bad reviews

Will not be going back. Order was incomplete and couldn’t get the attention of staff to put it right. We chose to eat in but what a mistake. The noise and shouting constantly from the staff behind the counter was deafening.

Sauce was way too spicy lips on fire couldn’t eat the burger. chips I could count on my hand portion was tiny. Cookies in same bag as chips and popcorn and snd warm so not crunchy.

Items missing and the delivery person was very rude and argumentative and I am disabled and found it very stressful. Won’t order from them again

Good case soggy on the edge of getting a refund

I ordered a 1.5l 7up bottle and it never showed up and I’m not getting a refund for it

It's a KFC. I do like a KFC on occasions and this is a good one. Order through the usual pillar of selection! And by the time I found a table it was ready to collect. BE AWARE.. the car park is limited to 90 minutes. My parents ended up with a fine because they stayed there too long... not so great.

Service polite and prompt, clear to hear and understand. Food hot and the assistant serving via window polite and helpful. We used the order tablet and ate in. Food hot, quickly served and the place was reasonably busy.

Not what it was. Smaller portions and had to get a replacement as the food was barely warm the first time around. They no longer serve coffee either. For a long time, they said their coffee machine was out of order but now they are admitting that KFC no longer serves hot drinks. I have always put KFC above all the other fast-food establishments but sadly they are now just as bad.

I saw the low star rating and thought that was odd. All kfc is the same. Not this one. Refused to swap out chips for corn. Didn't offer the otherwise nationwide deal. Then my £24 bucket was full of slimy undercooked chicken, old dry chips and dry old popcorn chicken. Should have taken it back but the traffic was bad and I'd driven a mile before noticing. I have been using KFC for many years and after what happened tonight, I am sorry to say I will never use them again. When the staff berated you within ear shot. I am sorry to say that is UNACCEPTABLE. I am not going to name names on here. But when it’s the management staff that did it. Shameful. I am a customer, I could be the worse person in the world but I am using a service that you provide, and to be made like my custom isn’t wanted. I have always enjoyed KFC, but because of one of there sites. I will never use them again.

Really disappointing to drive 10 miles home to find that I’m short of items. I advise anybody taking food out to check the contents before moving on. Lesson learned!

Tried to order 2x 8 piece boneless boxes and a burger, the manager rudely shouted across the store that I will have to wait for 25 minutes. There were more than enough chicken pieces cooked in the heater. She then claims I complained too often about her food. The manager is rude, and doesn't like it when people have a legitimate complaint with pictures. And before people assume I complain regularly, my last issue with them was March last year when I had 11 drumsticks in a 14 piece bargain bucket (still have the pictures to prove it)

Kfc is not as good as it used to be in the '70s when it first came to the UK. The pieces of chicken were actually Wings, legs breast of chicken, not chicken chunks and now it's to get at least 14 to 16 portions out of one chicken buffalo wings, buffalo fingers breasts, whatever and break it all up and the flavour. The battered pastry crumble that used to be on the outside of it isn't there anymore. Kentucky fried chicken is somewhat wasted and needs a weed ramp and a look at the recipe and the good old days when KFC was at its best. But now it needs work because in 10 years time it just may not be here

Driver rang, AFTER payment was taken for £70 worth of food was ordered- said error with just eat and they did not deliver to my address. Did not answer when tried to call back, they then marked as delivered on Just eat app so I now have to work out how to try and get my money back

Twice I had to send back a cold zinger burger. Seems some of the staff are arrogant an undertrained in dealing with customers. The manager was very nice an resolved my issue

I used to love KFC. Sadly, now it is just not doing it anymore. They close early, they always had excuses for not serving items on the menu. Sorry not hot drinks cos we run out of cups. No wraps cos we have No salad. SERIOUSLY. I have not visited KFC since 2021. No wonder they are struggling to get customer numbers up. Cos you get better service at McDonald's that actually do a better Chicken wrap.

Wanted 20 wings for offer price the manager refused to give in offer price, in the beginning she said we need to wait 25 minutes we said ok and then she said she can’t give for offer price, this not first time every time when we approached her with offer price they ignoring, especially the manager was very rude. Not only my experience my all friends says the same no one has a good review with them

Food was cold . Chips were stone cold had to chef Mike them . The driver done a tour of Barnstaple after he left kfc before he got to me . The corn was rock hard like actually solid 😂 ! And the chicken choice for the bucket was uncanny really really small no thighs . Waste of money .
