KFC in Rochdale

just been there, I was at drive through at 2158 hours, no one took orders, when campout of car and complained, simply told its 2200 hours and we are closed now. simply awfull service. The attitude of staff was arrogant.

The girls wanted KFC so we chose drive through at Sandbrook Park Rochdale. We haven't used KFC for a number of years so we're unsure what to order. We came across the most obnoxious, unhelpful arrogant man taking the order. He was one of the worst I have ever come across. Sorry KFC Sandbrook, our first and last time for you. The girls will stick with McDonald's.

Never again, bought the mighty bucket, it was supposed to come with two hot wings one of which was the smallest wing I have ever seen, it looked like it was a small lump of coating that had been fried by mistake. But the chips that came with it were terrible, cold, undercooked so will never trust buying them ever again from KFC especially on a drive through. KFC don’t seem to know how to operate drive througs, the menus are confused and randomly located, not complete. The separate window system for ordering , paying and then receiving your order I have yet to see used.
