KFC in Torfaen

Chicken was delicious very hot tasty and succulent. Much better than in other stores in Newport.

Cold and more bones than meat. I wont be back!

ordered at 18:24, food was delivered over an hour later. prepaid tip of £3 in top of standard delivery charge. when food arrived, it was cold......again. also was handed brown paper bag from the delivery driver that completely disintegrated as the bag was soaking went on one side. zero stars.

Driver drove around with my order for 45 minutes and managed to damage the drink and it leaked all over my food and my children’s food it was inedible, and

wrong order sent asked driver to take it back and he left with the food I contacted the restaurant and they said my order was still there but the driver never came back and as it was the day before payday I did have nothing to eat so thanks just eat

tables were dirty and had to clean myself staff pretend to do something but really waiting for their shift to end food was okay

This is the slowest KFC going. Waited 20 minutes for a rice box, and there are regularly queues of 15 people waiting. The staff move in slow motion.

all pretty good except the cookies ordered were burnt and bitter to taste

ordered 4 piece chicken meal. stated in capital letters no drumsticks please . if only drumsticks, cancek the meal. I received 3 all drumsticks and a piece missing. I would. advise to not bother here , there is always an issue ,missing things etc. they can't read or count. don't waste your money

Order the food from KFC but when the food delivered few items were missing worth £24 & it’s not only that when you try to ring third party pick up the phone.So, who to blame KFC staff or delivery driver…Dear KFC sort this kind of issues in the future…I hope not to happen this to others as well …trust is the main key if we all loose it then well fake world we are creating…be responsible & honest whatever field you are working.

£3.19 for fries. I was expecting at least enough for 2 people. How wrong I was. It was barely enough for 1 person. Absolutely disgusted, never again would I order them. I can go to the local chippy and buy chios for £2.80 and enough for 4 people. For the amount of fries I had I would expect to pay less than a £1 for them. Just feel like I've been ripped off!

Ordered food at 9.50 pm and arrived at 11:30 stone cold.. called the restaurant who advised that the food was bagged up but the driver was taking forever to collect the food.. will not be ordering again - £70 loss

The driver picked up the order then drove around to make other deliveries for 40 minutes. He left it on your driver is at the restaurant the whole time until he dropped it off. He blamed you for giving him more than one order but the end result was that we are sat here with cold food. The restaurant were amazing and have apologised for the delay and the customer service from them was amazing.

All the chicken and chips were stuffed into one bag which disintegrated when I took it out of the main bad meaning it went everywhere. Not happy at all co sidering there was items missing from the order.

Cold and the burger undercooked, the chicken was inedible and so straight in the bin.

I did not receive my food although money has been taken and have been told it’s delivered.

My order arrived minus 4xfries and 4xrice I tried contacting the shop And they kept hanging up on me So if you are thinking of ordering from Cwmbran KFC and through Just Eat DON'T Also every piece of chicken bar 1 was a drumstick There's no way of getting compensate I will never use Just Eat or KFC again and I recommend that no one else does Unless you want your evening ruined and your out of pocket

or full refund but these two huge companies will treat you as disposableshould you need reimbursement or apologies. Don't bother buying, go somewhere else where your consumer rights are respected. I've had to repost this review three times since KFC keep having it removed as a fake review. What is ironic about this is that KFC are currently investigating this issue on my behalf with its Cwmbran branch and not once have I been asked for proof. It also reflects TrustPilots ability to be manipulated by businesses in order for them to bolster scores. Interestingly even with this tactic in mind KFC still has a resounding 1.5 star on TrustPilot.

worst delivery ever. I ordered food at 12.23. I had notification to say delivery at . 12.35. time came and went I looked again the time said 1.05 delivery. Still no sign. it then kept saying different times. it turned up eventually at 13.42. so from Start to finish it took over an hour 20 odd mins. the food arrived freezing. even the delivery girl said sorry about big wait. had to put food in microwave absolutely inedible. I stated in capital letters. No Drumsticks. I received 3 drumsticks.

Food came way late and was cold. There was no orange juice and driver had attitude.

We ordered 2 sides, paid for 2 sides, both sides were missing. This is not the first time we’ve had stuff missing from our order.

So it didn't arrive till hours from the time it should of been delivered. Once it arrived it was stone cold and some of the chicken was pink.

Item missing from my sons meal. And honestly the fries kinda sucked. But the burgers where OK. The kids burger is smaller than expected but not bad I guess.

Lovely burger, however I did request large and did state that they only give a few chips which they did again, and when paying this sort of money you do expect more, cold can of pop too which is a first lol, wasn’t too bad but I did also request a sweet chilli dip and didn’t receive one, 1 pot of sauce would have been nice at least!

Its expensive for what it is £28 for 2 childrens and 2 small young adults,chips are small and not hot,1 fillet which was nice enough but it would not be my choice to eat here ,I would rather eat somewhere else for a lot less,I dont think its finger licking good.

My food was originally supposed to arrive between 16.50 - 17.10 this time was passed and the app kept saying waiting for update this then came up 10 minutes later saying the time would be by 17.30 latest then this passed and the tracking came back at 17.40 and it kept saying lost drivers signal and they then arrived at 17.55 the food was stone cold and I am not happy

When the get your order right, the food is standard KFC. However, in the 18 months I've lived locally, they've not gotten 1 order correct. It's always something, and if you bring it back they make out that it's your fault. Also the guys cooking the food are more interested in make disgusting comments about the female customers than doing their jobs I've started going to the one in Pontypool if I actually want to enjoy my meal.

Missing large popcorn chicken

Always missing at least one item from the order, this time a fillet and a large box of popcorn chicken. Quite shocking as wasn't a large order! Not the first time this has happened, last time was dips and a side missing. Other than that, food always tasty.

Ordered tango and got delivered Pepsi max which I hate didn’t receive the 4 dipping sauces either, I asked driver about the tango and he said that’s all they gave him if I wanted rank Pepsi I would of ordered it

Box of 10 pieces of chicken, 9 chicken legs and 1 x chicken breast, cold uneatable fries. This happens all the time at Cwmbran, I have left it months since the last time this exact same thing happened, time to give up KFC for good

Ordered the 10 piece bargain bucket and once again you get nine legs and one piece of breast chicken, chips and chicken Luke worm fries uneatable cold got to give up going to KFC £30 rip off

Food was yummy and delivered in a good amount of time. Would order again!
