KFC in Torfaen

Food was bland and the seasoning had no taste? The gravy was runny, chicken was tough. It was an hour before the food left the store. Very disappointed having paid over 50.00

Kept changing to 10 minutes later. Not that much of a problem.

Food took over two hours to arrive and had missing items.

not what I ordered. I ordered boneless chickens and I got chickens on a bones.

I entered the cwmbran store at 20:16 the restaurant was nice and tidy unlike my last visit and I am glad that it has been rectified. I received my order at 20:23 and there were some issues, the 1 piece original chicken I had was a drumstick and it was lukewarm at best and there were pink areas on the chicken which made me feel quite sick. Along with this the fries I received with my order were not good either, flavour wise they were perfect but temperature wise not the best some were stone cold and others were lukewarm. The Southern rice I couldn't even bring myself to eat it it looked foul, it was stuck together like a clump of clay and looked like it had been reheated in the microwave several times. It was not appealing at all. For the price I paid I do not think it was worth it £12.28 for this is not the best when the quality of food was shocking to say the least.

ordered at 18:24, food was delivered over an hour later. prepaid tip of £3 in top of standard delivery charge. when food arrived, it was cold......again. also was handed brown paper bag from the delivery driver that completely disintegrated as the bag was soaking went on one side. zero stars.

wrong order sent asked driver to take it back and he left with the food I contacted the restaurant and they said my order was still there but the driver never came back and as it was the day before payday I did have nothing to eat so thanks just eat

all pretty good except the cookies ordered were burnt and bitter to taste

tables were dirty and had to clean myself staff pretend to do something but really waiting for their shift to end food was okay

This is the slowest KFC going. Waited 20 minutes for a rice box, and there are regularly queues of 15 people waiting. The staff move in slow motion.

ordered 4 piece chicken meal. stated in capital letters no drumsticks please . if only drumsticks, cancek the meal. I received 3 all drumsticks and a piece missing. I would. advise to not bother here , there is always an issue ,missing things etc. they can't read or count. don't waste your money

Order the food from KFC but when the food delivered few items were missing worth £24 & it’s not only that when you try to ring third party pick up the phone.So, who to blame KFC staff or delivery driver…Dear KFC sort this kind of issues in the future…I hope not to happen this to others as well …trust is the main key if we all loose it then well fake world we are creating…be responsible & honest whatever field you are working.

£3.19 for fries. I was expecting at least enough for 2 people. How wrong I was. It was barely enough for 1 person. Absolutely disgusted, never again would I order them. I can go to the local chippy and buy chios for £2.80 and enough for 4 people. For the amount of fries I had I would expect to pay less than a £1 for them. Just feel like I've been ripped off!

Ordered food at 9.50 pm and arrived at 11:30 stone cold.. called the restaurant who advised that the food was bagged up but the driver was taking forever to collect the food.. will not be ordering again - £70 loss

The driver picked up the order then drove around to make other deliveries for 40 minutes. He left it on your driver is at the restaurant the whole time until he dropped it off. He blamed you for giving him more than one order but the end result was that we are sat here with cold food. The restaurant were amazing and have apologised for the delay and the customer service from them was amazing.

All the chicken and chips were stuffed into one bag which disintegrated when I took it out of the main bad meaning it went everywhere. Not happy at all co sidering there was items missing from the order.

Cold and the burger undercooked, the chicken was inedible and so straight in the bin.

I did not receive my food although money has been taken and have been told it’s delivered.

My order arrived minus 4xfries and 4xrice I tried contacting the shop And they kept hanging up on me So if you are thinking of ordering from Cwmbran KFC and through Just Eat DON'T Also every piece of chicken bar 1 was a drumstick There's no way of getting compensate I will never use Just Eat or KFC again and I recommend that no one else does Unless you want your evening ruined and your out of pocket

or full refund but these two huge companies will treat you as disposableshould you need reimbursement or apologies. Don't bother buying, go somewhere else where your consumer rights are respected. I've had to repost this review three times since KFC keep having it removed as a fake review. What is ironic about this is that KFC are currently investigating this issue on my behalf with its Cwmbran branch and not once have I been asked for proof. It also reflects TrustPilots ability to be manipulated by businesses in order for them to bolster scores. Interestingly even with this tactic in mind KFC still has a resounding 1.5 star on TrustPilot.

worst delivery ever. I ordered food at 12.23. I had notification to say delivery at . 12.35. time came and went I looked again the time said 1.05 delivery. Still no sign. it then kept saying different times. it turned up eventually at 13.42. so from Start to finish it took over an hour 20 odd mins. the food arrived freezing. even the delivery girl said sorry about big wait. had to put food in microwave absolutely inedible. I stated in capital letters. No Drumsticks. I received 3 drumsticks.
