KFC in Torfaen

ordered for 7. 30 it arrived at 7pm and was already cold. had to put in microwave to heat up

Delivery driver was fantastic!

The 14 piece bucket was piping hot and tasty, but only 13 pieces. I asked 3 times in capitals, very clearly, no drumsticks but still had four, which is a waste of money as no one eats them in our house. I I would order again, just get it right please

I order a party bucket items was missing a bottle of pepsi and 8 mini fillets driver was rude told me that kfc didnt give it to him when you pay for somethings you think you goin get it im not happy about this

Did not deliver my drink I paid for and was of no help when I complained. Not the first time something hasn’t turned up will not be using again.

Everything is cold, fries are undercooked, appalling meal has gone straight in the bin will not ever order from here again

DIRTY, RUDE, MISSING FOOD. Ordered 2 zinger Double down box meals £23.96. Did not supply us with sweetcorn and never said anything at till, we didn't realise until later and queue was too long. 3 order machines not working, also the place was stinking, food all over floor, tables not cleaned, staff were free just talking...worst KFC I've ever been too and the staff are rude...need a shake up. Second bad experience in this KFC. Don't know what's going on in this KFC. I took photos.

food was barely warm shame really , normally KFC is a good takeaway choice for many .

I read these other reviews and I think im going to a different kfc to them lol. Me and my mate from college come here every week and every single time the customer service is absolutely brilliant, the foods always hot and fresh, and the atmosphere is what you’d expect from a KFC. definitely better than all of the KFC’s in newport for sure. Well done to the staff, definitely the highlight of the whole experience!

food was cold. sauce leak out of pots all in bottom of bag and on cans of drink that where cold next to hot food. very disappointed

Diabolical service. Clearly very understaffed. Staff stressed. But not one member of staff looked up to offer a smile or a “hi I won’t be a moment” Every table was dirty. Once food arrived. Member of staff didn’t even say thank you. No eye contact. Didn’t even acknowledge I was there to pick up my food. Absolutely shocking. Other customers aware of how unhappy staff were. Created an awful atmosphere to be in. Food was pleasant and hot. Therefore maybe team behind the scenes are working harder than those up front.

Walked out without ordering. Extremely slow service girls in there miserable and no work ethic. Waited 15 minutes to be served and gave up

Sort your staff out for goodness sake! 02/02/25. Everything was incredibly slow! Lots of people waiting, many unhappy faces. One customer appeared to be invisible at the counter, nobody acknowedged her. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. KFC Cwmbran is absolutely terrible and for those who own KFC you really have to step in.

Kept changing to 10 minutes later. Not that much of a problem.

Food was bland and the seasoning had no taste? The gravy was runny, chicken was tough. It was an hour before the food left the store. Very disappointed having paid over 50.00

I entered the cwmbran store at 20:16 the restaurant was nice and tidy unlike my last visit and I am glad that it has been rectified. I received my order at 20:23 and there were some issues, the 1 piece original chicken I had was a drumstick and it was lukewarm at best and there were pink areas on the chicken which made me feel quite sick. Along with this the fries I received with my order were not good either, flavour wise they were perfect but temperature wise not the best some were stone cold and others were lukewarm. The Southern rice I couldn't even bring myself to eat it it looked foul, it was stuck together like a clump of clay and looked like it had been reheated in the microwave several times. It was not appealing at all. For the price I paid I do not think it was worth it £12.28 for this is not the best when the quality of food was shocking to say the least.

ordered at 18:24, food was delivered over an hour later. prepaid tip of £3 in top of standard delivery charge. when food arrived, it was cold......again. also was handed brown paper bag from the delivery driver that completely disintegrated as the bag was soaking went on one side. zero stars.

wrong order sent asked driver to take it back and he left with the food I contacted the restaurant and they said my order was still there but the driver never came back and as it was the day before payday I did have nothing to eat so thanks just eat

This is the slowest KFC going. Waited 20 minutes for a rice box, and there are regularly queues of 15 people waiting. The staff move in slow motion.

ordered 4 piece chicken meal. stated in capital letters no drumsticks please . if only drumsticks, cancek the meal. I received 3 all drumsticks and a piece missing. I would. advise to not bother here , there is always an issue ,missing things etc. they can't read or count. don't waste your money

Order the food from KFC but when the food delivered few items were missing worth £24 & it’s not only that when you try to ring third party pick up the phone.So, who to blame KFC staff or delivery driver…Dear KFC sort this kind of issues in the future…I hope not to happen this to others as well …trust is the main key if we all loose it then well fake world we are creating…be responsible & honest whatever field you are working.

£3.19 for fries. I was expecting at least enough for 2 people. How wrong I was. It was barely enough for 1 person. Absolutely disgusted, never again would I order them. I can go to the local chippy and buy chios for £2.80 and enough for 4 people. For the amount of fries I had I would expect to pay less than a £1 for them. Just feel like I've been ripped off!
