KFC in Gravesham

I ordered £38 worth chicken. Wished I hadn't as what a load of rubbish. Dry hard chicken, soggy chips. Total waste of money. Don't order.

To be this bad is a different type of skill, management need to be sent back to infant school to learn the basics, almost funny how absolutely, ridiculous the service is. Imbarising at the highest level

Ordered with KFC Online delivered by Deliveroo. The order came with only 1 portion of chips when there should have been 3. It would be a shock if they got the order right. Always get short changed.

STEER WELL CLEAR. Spent £30, waited over an hour for my delivery, got cold food, half the order was missing and what they sent was wrong. They promised to send the missing food but didn’t then just didn’t pick up the phone. I’d give them 0 stars if there was an option.

Ordered click and collect, and as per usual items missing from the order, sides incorrect. Sorted out in store what we noticed( was lunch order with 9 meals), however once we got home found other errors in the order but by this point wasn't driving back. Store really needs to get this sorted as it been ongoing issue for several years but we stick with it as it's our local takeaway.

I ordered a takeaway from kfc Valley drive Gravesend on the 30th September at 5.45pm and I didn't receive it until 7.45pm and all the food was bloody freezing. I advise no one to have food from them there rubbish.

Ordered online and was accepted instantly. Over an hour later they canceled it no explanation.what a joke of a place. The driver was even at the restaurant waiting too

Why can’t KFC sort out their delivery service for their restaurants!!!!! It must be majority of their sales. We are now 2 hours past delivery time - it says delivered on the app - and unable to call and speak to anyone at kfc. Absolute joke

I normally use Kfc valley drive often, however I don’t see myself going again. I was given raw chicken TWICE!!!! I bit into my chicken and noticed it was raw. I took a picture and spoke to the manager who replaced my order the next day however, much to my disappointment the chicken was raw again !!!

I am so appalled at the service offered by this KFC. I have never used KFC once, but tonight I just fancied something crispy. And being solo I am normally expected to pay a surcharge. So, thinking that KFC send to have a good reputation ordered the bone free options & was pleased too note that even though I was placing the order at approx 20.15, it said to expect delivery in 15 to 30 mins. So 20.45 the latest, great I thought and pressed the but button. Anyway it's now 21.20 and Nothing. You try ringing then & the phone simply says there is no one to take your call say the moment. THIS IS DISGUSTING. How do the residents of Gravesend put up with such chite. Never again will I even consider buying from KFC. Ij checked on their help page and it says you can Cancel by pressing the cancel button. LOL, Trouble is their is no Cancel button. May God Rot such Companies. Anyway, it's now 22.28 and still NADA.

I have only ever been to this one twice. I cant complain about the food, it was fine on both occasions. But the customer service can DEFINITELY do with a shake-up! The staff have no people skills whatsoever....as a matter of fact, they just come across as plain rude! NO greeting to the customer, NO smile and NO "thank you, have a nice day" You`ll be lucky to get two words out of them

I ordered my KFC from just eat and my chip had a bone cooked inside of it (see pictures attached) I tried calling KFC in valley drive although no answer. This is a standard local take-away. There can be long queues at the weekend but the food is always reliable.
