KFC in Slough

Good food shop almost empty can sit wherever we can polite lady on till. Toilets clean was little bit worry after reviewing comments but all good smooth

Had a delivery and was stone cold and way expensive for what little we got. I will never return to any kfc after a poor service and crap food.

I ordered twice from here both £60+ orders. The first time £50 worth of food never arrived. And what did was cold and stale. The second time I waited 2 hours before they cancelled the order. Terrible service and below standard food. Needs new management.

Every time I have placed an order they always forget something or the other. They do the same thing if you order online, I will definitely not be ordering or eating from this place about again. Take your money somewhere else.

This is not the first time I have visited this place and every single time I have been there the staff who took my order behaved as if they didn’t care for their customers. It’s quite shameful to see such a famous company have such ignorant staff. Today I stood for almost a minute by the ordering counter to place my order. You could clearly see that they were not busy at all. There were 3 ladies chatting and cracking jocks in Hindi behind the counter. I can say this because I understand every word they were saying. But no one cared to ask for my order. I can understand that in this difficult times how every business is struggling to keep its doors open. I know this because I work in a restaurant too. But clearly this is not the way you treat your valued customers. Regardless of this behaviour, it won’t stop me from ordering food from KFC because I love the food but it would be grate if the quality of service would improve. THANK YOU

We went to grab a quick snack but they was a massive queue. They was only one person serving on the tills he was way to slow in serving each customer then other girl came on the tills she also was on and off from the tills. I complained when I got to the tills 25mins later but she could not be bothered with the complain she just ignored it and said it’s always like this. Even the manager came with a coffee in her hand she looked at the queue but just ignored it done something on the till and went to the back. Food was also not the hot it was lukewarm. It’s suppose to be fast food! No way....
