Kfc in South Ayrshire

Just re opened and still as bad as before. Diet Pepsi absolutely stinking. Everything threw into one back. Only person in the shop and took 25 mins beyond a joke. Needing new staff that actually do their job

Never received this order getting PayPal to take this up with yourselves Your driver insisted I was in a car park waiting for this order

food is always missing items - no chips!!

Took over an hour and a half to be delivered then all the children s we’re missing, it was so salty I wouldn’t give it to the kids, won’t be ordering again

Unfortunately it's NOT third time lucky . I thought I would give this place another chance, as the first twice it has been later on in the evening and the chips were cold & soggy chicken was cold & greasy . Alas I fear it doesn't matter what time of day you go as my lunch was cold and greasy chips were soggy . If there is a manager in this I suggest they get their finger out and manage it properly

KFC Staff are terrific. Professional, patient and courteous, however...the "Just Eat " courier left my meal outside in the rain , didnt ring bell. Special instructions to leave in porch were highlighted in pink. Have injury, on crutches, apologised.

Two hrs to arrive , shocking and cold , hardly any chips

Half the order was missing as usual nobody checks the bag, none of the 4 meals chips arrived 1 of 2 kids meals arrived, phone the store to complain to be told they can’t resend the missing food out and just to contact just eat for a refund.

Only issue got lettuce when I specified no lettuce

The food was freezing cold, myself and my son didn’t eat it

it's very expensive compared to other places and chips are weird

Had a nice chat with the staff while my food was prepared. Food always high standard.

They played pass the parcel with our burgers, got a bunch of the order wrong- in the wrong boxes or straight up not the burgers we ordered.

The food was ice cold and soggy, completely unacceptable.

Order came on time however my order was missing the can of juice that I had ordered.

Asked for plain in notes and didn’t get it - they only said get a refund from just eat - no offer to send correct order!!!

the quality of the food is good. I only gave 4 stars. for every order I make there is always items missing. the free popcorn chicken is all well and good but it means I'm actually paying for them as I am missing the items from my order.🤷🏻‍♀️

We had an amazing experience at kfc ayr as we were greeted and had outstanding service from a young man called Kyle a complete breath of fresh air and made our experience a happy and tasty one

Food was lovely and warm, and tasted delicious. I just wish fries would be put into the box containers for delivery instead of just in a normal packet because they get all soggy and squished together by the time they arrive

They've taken some stuff off the menu so afraid we won't be back unless absolutely desperate 👎 Update‼️ My favourite treats are back on the menu and the new seasoned fries are phenomenal.. KFC you done good 💕

Typical kfc fast food, for folks in a hurry

Normally really tasty however I went today and they forgot to put all four portions of fries in. Didn't realise till we got back to Coylton and KFC doesn't deliver that far.

Food was cold. The top bun looked as if it had been left on top of a hot surface and gone hard. I will order again because I live KFC food but today's offering for £17.00 was poor.

Still warm and fresh by the time it got delivered by courier !

This place used to have comfortable seating but all the seats have been changed to hard wood. Food was OK, chips were great 👍🏻

Did the drive thru here, which I've always thought wasn't designed properly as when you get to the last window, you have to turn the car to exit near a pillar. I personally think it should be the 2nd last window, which would make it straight out. The day we were there, the young guy dealing with us through the headset was very polite & professional & we had a laugh & joke with him, which was great. There's one person we've dealt with here before & every time there's no joking with him & he's deadpan talking to u. He's the same every time. This day was great as he wasn't there & the young guy was brilliant & a real asset to this restaurant. Our food was good & stayed warm until we drove the short journey home. It's not always this way. There were also 2 lights that weren't working properly & flickered so badly that we were just glad we weren't epileptic, so hopefully, they've been fixed. This restaurant, at times, can be a bit hit & miss, but this particular day, it was great & that's what I'll judge it by. Here's hoping the next time we come, it'll be the same level of food that stays warm & the same young guy serving us. I'm not sure of his name, but he was fantastic. On a personal note, I don't like the fries now that they, I presume, put pepper on them. It's bad enough when fries are really salty, but pepper on them too is a fast way to see them go in the bin. They're vile!

My order never arrived despite the app telling me that it had been ordered. I made the order at 2pm and it is not 5pm.

I requested no lettuce in my meal and it was full of it, which completely spoiled my enjoyment of the meal, definitely won't be using KFC again!

As per usual there was something missing. Its virtually impossible to contact anyone regarding discrepancies so we are just expected to tolerate it. Along with McDonalds (which is considerably worse) i wont be ordering food in again.

Delivery driver delivered a Burger King when we ordered a kfc he disappeared and never came back

BEWARE: This is the worst place for making mistakes with our orders. They have missed things out and provided the wron JustEat software impedes getting things rectified in a timely manner and makes it very difficult to contact them. They repeatedly demand the same information, put difficult to meet deadlines in place and make it hard to get anything done, obviously hoping that customers go away. We will never be using them again as their costs keep creeping up while providing a worse service.

The worst thing was the wait for the vegan burger....the rest of the food was sat on the side for ten minutes (going cold). I didn't know whether to blame the staff or the vegetarian ;>)

Sent complete wrong burger tried to phone got hung up on complained to just eat and they reviewed it and said nothing they can do

The boneless chicken pieces were massively over salted. Both my Wife and I were up numerous times during the night drinking water because of dehydration due to the excessive salt content

my mother being a pensioner got a delivery and paid for it through just eat when the driver arrived to deliver it demanded a code from a pensioner who may i add had paid for the food and was refusing to hand food over without being shown the code

I had to go collect the food because it had been an hour and 20 minutes since my expected delivery. I had to travel 20 minutes there and back. this is ridiculous!! I want my service charge, delivery charge and driver tip refunded!!!

driver kept pushing the time further and further. it went 20 minutes before we got our food.

3 lots of chips were inedible - they were over cooked and looked terrible,

App did tell us it would be late from the time it was requested. No big deal. When food arrived it tasted very good. Also great to to see KFC got the message about the type of chicken pieces requested. Good job

I never got what I was charged for , and was delivered the wrong order ., and when I called the MFC the Manager, basically told be to like it or lump it , there aren't goin to fort my order EVEN THO I WAS CHANGED AND MI EY TAKEN FROM MY BANK and they still couldn't get one of 3 orders correct.... , so when I called ,I was spoken to rudlywhich I don't understand I was polite and cordial about the issue ,but was spoken to likens Stoke summit from the spoke Even thinitbwad a home delivery!

Between lunchtime and dinnertime, place had nobody sitting in but plenty of take aways,Girl that served us very cheery and polite,food delicious, had a double whopper meal burger amazing, if we were eating in the seated area was spotless....

Food was cooked great, chicken was very tasty. Usually when we go to KFC it's horrible so this KFC is a lot better than others we've been to

This is a 'chip' that was in my 6 year olds popcorn chicken bucket meal. It's so old I thought it was a peice of wood. Could make someone seriously ill. They need shut down

portions were a bit .miserly plus 2.99 for a tiny portion of beans is a rip off plus be lucky if there was 20 chips in the portion

My entire meal was cold and my burger bun was rock solid!!!! Completely inedible, went straight in the bin, shocking. Not to mention the delivery driver never spoke a word to me, i greeted him and thanked him for my order and he totally ignored everything i said, shocking service and food quality was terrible!! Won’t even let me put in for a refund, waste of money and I want my money back!!!

Fries and popcorn chicken never arrived.

Literally missed out half the meal, the order was for two people, with added extras. One entire box meal didn't show up, the extra mini fillets didn't show up, the mash from the meal that did show up was missing, and I'm only getting refunded for one of the box meals and none of the other stuff that was missing, and need to wait up to week for refund. So one person is without dinner. Shocking.
