Wonderful spot for breakfast or lunch. Big menu with lots of choice, quality of produce is also excellent. Staff are extremely friendly and it's dog friendly too. We will definitely be back!

Had breakfast here yesterday. Food was delicious and service was excellent. We have a baby and toddler, we were all made to feel welcome and noticed those with dogs are well looked after too. Very clean and decorated nicely. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Food and service good. Unfortunately will not return. Took my little girl to toilet it was filthy. All of it floor woodwork. Café wasn’t clean either. Table Tops wiped but look around !! Sorry but cleanliness a must in eating establishments

I should have written a review long before now but this is such a hidden gem I guess the people of Troon just want to keep it to themselves. The food is just outstandingly delicious and beautifully presented. Coffee is also superb. The staff are so welcoming too. My only complaint is that it’s too wee and so you often have to wait a little bit of time for a table (but oh so worth the wait) maybe that’s why we are trying to keep it to ourselves we don’t want the wait to be any longer. If you’re in Troon don’t even think of anywhere else for breakfast or lunch. You can thank me later.

Loved the cake and hot chocolate that I had

Lovely food and wonderful service. It was very busy when we arrived so they took our number and called us when a table was free. It was worth the short wait. Kids had eggs & soldiers which they loved. I had the tasty and warming porridge - would definitely have it again. Took some tasty treats home with us too.

This is a lovely cosy little Troon coffee shop minutes from the seafront on Sth Portland St. We had lovely poached eggs with Avocado on toast and the coffee and traybakes were delicious. Location is terrific and staff were very attentive and friendly. A joy to be there.Nice to be back again for some lovely coffee and a big slice of Rocky Road😇 Visit today 7/9/23. French Toast with bacon and maple syrup was excellent with Coffee and Lemon Cake to follow. Very busy, i was lucky and didn't have to wait for a table.😳 An indication of how good this place is.😊Sat 17/8/24. Today Chai Latte was amazing with their delicious empire biscs. My fav Troon coffee shop cos quality counts.

We went in for Breakfast. Our mobile number was taken, we went for a lovely stroll along the prom and bang on 20 minutes (as promised) later, we got a call our table was ready and we were literally round the corner. Perfect. We both chose the Bloom Breakfast and a coffee. This is by far one of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had. Freshly cooked, piping hot and piled high! Coffee was also fabulous. We really enjoyed our visit, and will be back on our next visit to Troon.

Great find, the coffee was excellent, a scone fresh from the oven was delicious and a friendly atmosphere made it very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Catching up with my friend who lives in Troon. Had a lovely walk on Barrasie Beach with my Labrador Odin and then went to Bloom. We had to wait for a table (not long), shows how popular it is. What a fabulous menu. Food amazing, lovely surrounds and very welcoming, friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will be back for sure

Really wonderful vibe - a lovely little place. After having tried most places in this town over the last year, my verdict on Bloom: best coffee in Troon, best cake in Troon, best breakfasts in Troon. 5 stars all the way.

Just perfect, we had breakfast coffee, tea and took some cakes as takeaway. The boom breakfast is immense, the coffee is on point. If you're nearby you will not regret a visit.

Just wanted to share the wonderful service and food we had last week at Bloom. We arrived with a large group of Carers with only an hour to spare before getting the ferry. We left in a rush and sorry we didn't leave a tip. We will the next time to make up for it. Food is excellent, all home made and hot, service amazing. Thank you so much. Care4carers xx

Just been introduced to this wee cafe gem and already had a quick return. Definitely will be a regular for me. Food is presented with care and the delicious fresh taste matches it. The freshness continues with a beautiful selection of home baking. Service is great too with pleasant staff.

Dog friendly coffee and cake shop

We were looking for a place to stop after our ferry trip to Troon this morning and we chose this place. Everything is so delicious and fresh, made to order, great coffee and lovely loose leaf teas too! Breakfast was exceptional and their cakes look amazing! Friendly and helpful service as they were full when we first arrived. Highly recommend! 😋

Whilst in Troon for a family wedding over the Easter period, we checked this place out and love it. Full breakfast before the wedding set us up nicely. Delicious. So good, we decided to have the same again the following day before we set off for the long journey home. Service was great, 5 stars.

Ordered breakfast for collection. Food was ready in time. Packed in boxes and cutlery provided so easy to eat outside or on the go. The food was delicious all good quality ingredients. They also had a range of lovely looking desserts we tried a rocky road and that was amazing. Will definately visit again if in the area.

Popped in here for a quick coffee and we were greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff. The chocolate cake was superb, the scone light and delicious and the coffee really flavoursome. We can't recommend this fantastic cafe highly enough.

Loved everything about this lil place. It was cheerful, the lighting great as was the decor with a nice selection of green plants. It felt cosey like somewhere you would like to linger for a while The selection of bakery was hard to choose from & the rest of the menu had something for everyone. High chairs for the little ones & parking right outside in the street. Staff we're v nice. Definitely gonna be a new favorite place. Oh & delicious coffee

We go here regularly and think it is a great place. Sandwiches and cakes have always been excellent whatever I have tried. Staff always friendly.

Popped in to this cafe for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome and very delicious food . The salmon soul bowl was very healthy delicious and filling my husbands halloumi salad was equally good . We will definitely be going there again .

Brilliant atmosphere, AMAZING coffee and one of the best Eggs Benny I've had in a long time. First time here visiting from Canada and we will definitely visit again before we leave.

We visit Bloom regularly as it has a lovely atmosphere. Well situated in town, near beach. Very friendly staff. Dog friendly. Food fresh and tasty. Priced - mid range. Highly recommend kids Nutella pancakes! One of the best cafes in Troon.

Dropped in for lunch while waiting to go to our hotel. Travelled around an hour and a half and had seen amazing reviews so thought we would try it and we weren’t disappointed! Had the chorizo melt toastie which was delicious. Service was great, cafe was clean and nicely decorated.

Excellent boutique cafe close to Troon seafront. I had the full breakfast, very good quality and quantity. Wife had pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, I had to help her out.

Visited based on previous reviews and not disappointed. Lovely varied menu. Had soul bowl ( chicken salad) and club sandwich - both were delicious! Cakes looked lovely but full from mains but will definitely try next time. Service lovely. So nice to get tasty freshly cooked food in a relaxing environment. Looking forward to our next visit when back in troon!

Lovely wee place, had a coffee and some toasted sandwiches , all of it was lovely . Fresh made and very filling . Does get busy but they are willing to send a message once a table is free which is nice and unique. Will be back when in troon .

Friendly coffee shop with delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch options. Everything lovely, super fresh and there's great attention to detail. Cakes tremendous and all homemade with great quality ingredients. My favourite dish is their The Italian Toastie. Defo recommend repeat visits. Try and call ahead to secure a table or try an on-the-hop-visit (the beach is a 1 minute walk away round the corner if you need to wait...it is worthwhile).

Stopped in for lunch on a day visit to Troon. I ordered Avocado on toast with poached eggs and bacon. My wife had a tuna and cheese toastie. Kids both had a "mini" stack of pancakes with maple syrup. Everything was great including the coffee and service good too. Would definitely eat here again.

Great food, service and all in a cosy atmosphere that even allows dogs. Carrot cake was to die for and a more than generous portion.

Excellent brunch. Great veggie options made and presented with style in a cool, dog friendly environment. Fluffy pancakes, great mushroom/poached egg combo on sourdough with pesto (genius addition). Great coffee and excellent smoothies. Small but perfectly formed. Very nice service.

Great little cafe run by friendly staff. Huge selection of coffee and tea and good quality stuff. We had soup and sandwiches and the food was good. Very friendly and accommodating to children and they have highchairs if you need them. Not a huge number of tables and when we visited there were a lot of dogs so maybe not for everyone.

Lovely guys but was so busy I felt slightly pressured to leave straight after finishing lunch, would have liked to enjoyed the time and experience more with my 8yo son, bought a cake after lunch and it was wrapped and given as take away order rather than offered to eat in. Would be great to have a larger premises, more tables to ease the pressure

A bit cramped, needs better ventilation, food and service very good

Things need looking at, you can't serve hot food, on cold plates, no central heating on, in the eating hall, fire doors banging all night, the bed mattress was like a board, we will not be going back 😡

Popped in past before the drive home to Aberdeenshire. Had the best breakfast. Everything was cooked to perfection and the coffee was lovely and smooth. Both the guys were really friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. Next time we are down that way, we will definitely be back.

Day trip to Troon. We discovered this fantastic place to eat. Marvelous selection of food. I couldn't manage all my sandwich, no bother, they boxed up what I couldn't manage. No need to look for somewhere to eat next time I'm in Troon. 10/10

Went for lunch today with my mum for her birthday and with my daughter. We enjoyed lovely lunch and coffee, pleasant service and nice decor. I had a toastie with soup combo and both very nice with a nice salad and coleslaw. Mum had the haloumi salad, and my daughter had the french toast with bacon and maple syrup. Good sized portions and good quality ingredients. Our first visit but would certainly go again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Bloom. It was a hole in the wall cafe with lots of charm and a very good menu. They were also able to accommodate families and dogs. Well worth a visit!

What a lovely little cafe this is. Not your normal breakfasts but a lovely selection with some of my favourites with salmon and avocado on the menu.
