I LOVE KFC but the meal at the Bromley restauarant was DISGUSTING. The chicken was dry, chewy and tasteless and the chips were as bad. The coke was OK!

Today I choose to have lunch at the BROMLEY branch KFC.. What a BIG mistake! When I walked in it was not too busy. I sat my daughter down at a seat and she said mummy, it's too hot here. So we moved to a booth.. The booth was filthy!! It had chicken bones on the floor, chicken crust. And the last customer's food was still on the table. I kind of asked one of the workers if she could help clean the area.So me and my children could sit there.She looked at me like I was weird. She clearly couldn't see why I couldn't just sit in that mess! After She cleaned the table, still leaving the crust and chicken bones on the floor I asked another guy who was sweeping downstairs if he could help me by cleaning it.He told me to go fine somebody else. I then went back to the same lady and said so please can someone sweep it as we cannot sit there like that. The manager then came out and I heard her say... "Why can't she do her order as a takeaway as she doesn't have to sit in here" she then said "Or why can't she sit somewhere else!" I was so disgusted with the level of bad customer service I recieved. I hope for the business manager decides to watch the cctv tv back and witness my Children and I standing there, totally be in disregarded.. Eventually my children and sat back where we originally was in the hot area. We now felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome.I went back to the counter.And for a bag so I can now take my food and leave the shop. I have never experience such bad customer Service in a fast food restaurant.

I was told I wasn't allowed to order 2 chicken breast because it wouldn't be fair on the other customers witch is ridiculous when its my money I'm paying for the food so I should be able to pay for 2 chicken breast if it's in a meal deal or not or payed separately..the chicken is self was not hot or crsipy the chips was cold they also had no susace apart from light mayo no wipes were given customer service very bad and considering I don't go kfc really I wouldn't go again..in McDonald's u can add whatever u want to ur order so I would rather go there instead.

Absolutely awful. I chose table service only to have to go to the counter to get my food. None of the empty tables were clean and the chairs were also dirty. The only good thing was the actual food. Staff are very lazy.

Disappointing meal! £8.99 for a variety bucket! Not had KFC for over a year as previously had bad experiences with other branches. However, decided while Christmas shopping to give it a try. A complete waste of time and money! The weirdest shaped wings I've ever eaten! 2 very small fillets and 2 thighs? Portion of chips were OK, but not enough of them! No sauces given and no wipes! Will never go in a KFC ever again! Standards are really bad. Not good value or enjoyable. The chicken was also only just warm!

After over 6 months the Kings Lynn KFC still has no hot drinks available, local or national management should be ashamed of themselves, how difficult is it to organize the boiling of water - obviously too difficult for KFC

I order on line for me and my family,all the food was cold and disgusting,the fry chicken was dripping oil,I have to throw away half of it,I know KFC is a fast food i wasn’t expecting a Michelin star food but at list hot and edible,I think even my son (6years old) can do better,shame,I’m a chef and I ask how hard is to cook food already prep,you just need to fry some precooked food ,Bromley brand is not new at this I suggest to change your kitchen staff or at list do a better training

Lovely food but very dirty, they seem to only have one cleaner who clearly can’t do it all alone but this is filthy to walk into

My nan was punched by a server for asking for more coke and now is sitting at home with a black eye and busted lip

The whole place seemed grubby and the chicken was Luke warm and dry. To top it all the toilet was disgusting, filthy dirty and stinks. I just wonder what the kitchen looks like! Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Service always slow meant to be fast food ! Although the food ain’t that bad staff service could be better and could do with a clean or re ferb

The floor everywhere was sticky dirty and slippery, even on the stairs. The toilets smelt of urine and made you feel sick just using them. I won't be rushing back.

First time I’ve used this KFC, Wasn’t too busy when placing order, service was reasonable, cleanliness could do with improvement, as tables weren’t cleared, When too busy, so opportunity missed. No complaints on the food or drink would use again.

Yesterday I was in Bromley I Just fancied some fried chicken Went to the KFC Bromley and it was absolutely heaven , I opted for the chicken zinger burger with fries and Pepsi as a meal It was hot very tasty and served quickly and very efficiently , thanks KFC A happy chicken lover Tim C

I’ve been here three times now and each time the service is dreadful. A tortoise moves faster than the staff here. They seriously need a visit from their Head office as I can’t believe this can meet normal kfc standards. It’s filthy dirty too.
