KFC in Kingston upon Thames

Warning do not order from KFC Surbiton especially via Uber. Took 1 hr 15 mins to deliver and lots of missed items. Uber refused to refund extortionate delivery fee & service fee. Will never order from here or via Uber again.

Ok, so KFC is never a quality option but sometimes it hits the spot. Well, not this time. Cold, yet overcooked and super slow service (do all the Ubers first). One to avoid I’m afraid to say.

Utterly useless service, food is shockingly poor, cold, dry and half the order is missing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

STAY WELL CLEAR!!! Have already complained about this restaurant several times already in 2023 but do not know why I keep going back. Enough is enough my last visit was Sunday, so went to use a voucher KFC Care Squad gave me as a good will gesture even though I have spent over £150+ at this store and have not yet got an order correct. Was told the machine is not working to take vouchers that is three times now the machine has not been working over two months!!!!! Asked to speak to the manager on Sunday the 3rd Dec, he was not helpful then said the machine was working hmmmm he said we cannot accept the voucher he said machine down for that part hmmmmm alarm bells ringing. KFC you don’t know what you are doing!!!! There was even a person from KFC checking the store he did not have a clue either. • Wrong orders all the time • Food not great maybe 1 out of 10 • Cold soggy chips every time • Ask for breast or side breast never have any, even if I am the first customer of the day so why not????? Hmmmmm Go elsewhere folks horrid staff and horrid service horrid food!!!! Mike

This place is Terrible now, shame it used to be good!! Staff don’t have a clue what they are doing! They have messed up my order the last two times and didn’t even apologies, instead argued with me. Unfortunately I tried my luck again tonight when my husband asked for chicken burger! And again Very disappointed cold rubbery burger accompanied with a disgusting warm and flat Pepsi max. and unprofessional rude staff as usual. never going back again! My advice, Don’t waste your time and money going to this place.

The burger was like rubber I couldn’t bite into it it was disgusting made feel proper sick a waste of £12.00

Place is getting worse and worse. Chips are getting s. Aller chicken is getting smaller and hot wings are smaller.. Only thing is going up is the price... Customer service is terrible.. Try popeyes they are great. 😊

SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT ORDER from here!!!!!!!!!!! 2xTango instead of Pepsi Max [did get 7up Free correct, surely this would have been a better swap], Missing x1 Fries Missing Mini Fillet Missing Corn on the Cob Missing wrap Didn't eat all Zinger as Chicken was rank!!!!

I was appalled at the quality of my food, I had a zinger burger so dry and stale then when I checked the date on the beans it was past its sell by date. Tried calling numerous times to complain but no answer.

Totally reasonable Vegan Burger and fries. Service quick, fastidious and polite. Everything very well packaged. Their chips are terrific.

Waited over 15 minutes to served. I paid for 10 pieces of bargain bucket but served with 9 pieces of chicken.

It's often a salutory experience to stroll down the SIDE of a restaurant, rather than admire the frontage. So it is with KFC in Surbiton, at the corner of Brighton Road and Victoria Avenue, where the delivery area (where box after box after box of frozen fries and ready chopped chicken arrive by juggernaut) is strewn with old ketchups, and the pavement is discoloured by years of swept-out cooking from the side gate - most unpleasant for the trail of morning and evening commuters who pound past it. But what of the product? Average is the best you can say. In 20 years time people will look back at this mechanised cooking and eating and scratch their heads. It's frozen, fried and served. It tastes, well, like chicken. It's formulaic and it treats customers as numbers. And, frankly, the food quality is low. But what did I expect? This takeaway will be my last - I just think the world can do better.

I went. with my son for a bucket of chicken told that we only get 3 breasts in bucket when home only two inside so lied too then the chips were brown so they need to change the oil in the chip pan its disgraceful no one cares about the food coming out off KFC anymore neither does the company theirs a chicken shop 7 doors down we will avoid kFC in future

Went to KFC for a nice snack with the family had the most amazing server “Steffi” she helped us out a lot and made sure that a small mix up with our food was dealt with straight away. As someone in the service industry I would love to have such a strong and productive worker. She is a real asset to the team. Will be returning. Lily

kfc's hot wings and potato gravies are to die for. whoever, created this i thank you from my heart. I have at least spent minimum of £200 for hot wings.

Another branch that seems to close early due to the lack of chicken supplies. It is pretty laughable when there is note on the door which states "we have no chicken".

Great place to go for chicken take away always tasty food and plenty to choose from. Always very busy would recommend it to try.

Was annoyed after ordering and sitting down to eat that there was no salt included. I was eating in and was amazed that not only had they ran out of beans, but Salt too!No apology, but a look as it’s my fault. Terrible customer service!!!!!!

Bien, este lugar es un restaurante con una extensión - si permitir comer-ins sentado en un banco de la ventana. Es, sin embargo, principalmente un llevar. No más o menos lo que uno esperaría de una enorme cadena de franquicia. Todo el mundo sabe qué esperar de un KFC. Eso es lo que obtienes.

No surprises here. KFC is always good. The shop is small so often there's a queue outside but they serve fast so don't be put off. Parking isn't always easy but there's 30 minutes free on the street.

I visited with a friend for dinner. We ordered 2 meals, we get a bit of extra so though there was some mistake, as we were throwing the rubbish in the bin I saw the receipt and checked it.
