6 pieces of chicken missing! Check your order before leaving as we were accused of lying to get extra chicken. We wouldn't travel 15 miles to receive our correct order. Manager - Jay - was rude and showed no remorse for his restaurants error. Will never visit Waterside Road KFC again, there are other KFCs who I could give my money to.

The service is very poor. Waited 25 minutes for a take away order when I complained about the wait there was no apology. To make matters worse they forgot to put the fries in the bag. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. it seemed as though Just-EST and Deluveroo orders had priority. Surely the shift supervisor or manager should be monitoring the waiting times.

Spent over 40£ and had the most upsetting food “pardon the pun” this was at the A46 services branch. We have also had poor service with them in the past. Food was greasy and we all suffered severe food poisoning That’s us finished with them!!

Extremely disappointing, waited 1 hour and 5 minutes for my food, when I approached the window after 1 hour then drive-thru assistant shouted at me and said it wasn’t his fault I’ve waited over an hour, the driver in the car next to me was outraged with his attitude and told me to call KFC and make a formal complaint. The worst thing is I did and I got a generic email apologising and not actually addressing any of the issues raised.

Terrible service, I was told I could only place 2 orders via drive thru… if I wanted to order more I would have to come in to the store. To which I drive to McDonald’s instead. I’ve always had problems with this KFC forgetting food, taste of food cold, wait times. This is the last and final time. The manager has a lot to answer for and needs to pay an interest in its businesses.

Home from home for us. Client is autistic and loves this place. Staff and food is brilliant. Standards so good clients 81 year old mum is placing her order before we leave the house. They really are the best Rice boxes and zingers served by a fantastic team. Very busy place and a team worth their weight in gold or should that be fillet burgers

Friendly staff which accounts for all the stars given. Unfortunately the food was an entirely unsatisfactory experience. The fries were cold and clearly over cooked, whilst the chicken pieces significantly smaller than expected, the gravy underwhelming.

I often stop for a KFC and my preference is the Mega Box. But I don't want gravy, I want beans. last week they were swapped, no problem and no extra charge. Today, the grumpy manager (?), when asked by the very pleasant worker seeing me, grunted no. Inconsistent. make your mind up.

I went today for lunch and it was packed, no social distancing, no masks, no clean area, slow staff but good price

Hi all, I have meaning to share my experience at KFC for some time and have finally got the time to do so, so here goes after a half at work I came to a hungry family which decided they wanted a bucket of KFC, so we ordered a large KFC bucket and few other bits and and pieces. Then the order arrived we opened up the bag and they had given us a completely different order and when I called they refused to take it back. will never be eating there again what a waste of money and a upset children.

Ordered chicken and they gave me hot wings and the wait was quite long. There were staff who just stood around talking

my order was messed up, had to join another que and wait all over again for no fault of my own, staff where very rude and un helpfull, had 2 things missed off my order. took my 2 year old to the toilet and what a foul smell and sight. will not be going again.

Came here for a quick bite to eat and it wasn't that busy that's why I came in but was better than the last time maybe that's why it wasn't as busy. the food was hot and tasty so would come back.

Omg was absolutely shocked .went in yesterday the restaurant was filthy food all over the floor all tables dirty the bins were overflowing I've never seen anything like it .my feet were sticking to the floor from spilt drinks.. was like going to a kfc in a third world country. Disgusting

The service was appalling, the man (ISHTIAQ) on the microphone didn't understand a word I was saying. I asked for a large meal and received a regular, which I had to wait another 5 minutes for replacements and had to pay 50p. They are always understaffed and never ever say sorry for the wait, and their customer service is disgusting. I got home (5 minutes away) opened my food up and it was stone cold, even the gravy!! The chips were soggy and bland and the burger (festive), which I excited for, was again, stone cold and the bun had been crushed and abused (like my appetite at this point). ISHTIAQ was extremely rude, telling me I didn't ask for a large and just spoke down at me when I corrected him. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service, food and quality of this place. I am giving the store a call and I won't be visiting again.

You can always get your usual KFC favourites. However there always seems to be a delay on service at this store.

I wrote a review in February about kfc having improvement but it’s gone down hill again. A mini fillet burger takes them 10-15 minutes and staff are rude and slow. Also prices need to be dropped

Absolutely terrible. New touch screen order system doesn’t feature all products. It’s been in 2 months and staff don’t know how it works. It allows you to order and pay for food they don’t have stock of.

We visit Hamilton regularly and fast food outlets are ideal but on visiting KFC on Saturday we were disgusted at the amount of discarded food and papers discarded all over the floors as well as spilt drinks. We moved tables just to try and sit somewhere reasonably clean. The food was fine so no issues there but what is going wrong with basic cleanliness and hygiene not to mention slip hazards.

I went to KFC last night and ordered a fillet box meal with 4 extra hot wings. Firstly it took 10 mins to take my order as the poor Muslim guy was the same person taking orders AND serving them and taking payment!! HIRE more staff!!! secondly it took another 10 minutes paying and waiting for my order so in total it took 20mins for a drive though!! ridiculous

Just drove 4 miles to Hamilton KFC.. for a drive thru meal..on placing my order I asked them to provide 1 extra tea bag as i like my tea strong..But i was flabbergasted and angry when they told me that they would be charging me an extra £1.09 for the privilege..I spoke to the manager regards the charge..but he stuck to the price, despite me explaining that i was a regular kfc customer over many years..I admit i did give him some verbal..and told him where to shove it..So don't ever ask for any little extra at KFC..Because it will really cost you..I wont be back for sure..KFC have just lost another long term customer...plenty of other fast food outlets to choose from..and KFC need to realise that.

The store was not particularly busy, however it still taken over 16 minutes from placing my order to receiving my food. The order I placed was only for a simple meal and a drink. It felt like the store was understaffed.

This place is a joke. I've been here 6 times in 12 months, so not a lot but every single time I can remember going through drive through and having to wait almost 20 mins! The young Muslim girls working their ( they wore a hijab) don't have a clue about service and professionalism. Never going here again. People their is a great McDonald's just up the rd and it's super quick with great service.

Tonight was the worse id seen this restaurant the place was mobbed and the que was a nightmare so many orders taken and not anuff food been processed never seen the wee women work so fast and she was the only one giving the meals out wile one lad was standing slowley changing the bin.

My partner and I visited for a drive through meal on the way home after travelling most of the day. We ordered a large bucket meal only to told there was no chicken. I wouldn't have minded if they were closing or given a reason why they hadn't any. We weren't the only ones in the queue and had to wait 10 minutes to be able to leave while the cars in front waited for there food or drink to be served.
