Kfc in Leicester

I dont usually go for fast food, but sometimes needs must. Fancied KFC so went to the nearest one. I don't know why I bother to go at this branch. The service is always poor and the food is always luke warm. The fries were just awful 😖 and the prices are just too high for what you buy..crap..😬

Good evening! I'm absolutely disgusted with the behaviour that I received at the leicester red hill circle! I walked in around half 7. A member of staff came over and was really nice! She served me and I showed them on the app I have a free side and free snack! But only one worked as something was wrong with the systems. I mentioned that the system being down is not my fault. Then came over a girl called Abbey Potter. She said its not working so there's nothing we will do! I tried explaining. You can clearly see it on the app. As she was picking up some cup holder! She's told me to F**K OFF! I was really annoyed that this has happen. As mentioned this. She stormed off to the back and I had to get a manager involved named Savita! I told the manager she needs to come and apologies but not once shes come out! The manager and another member of staff came and spoke to me and apologised while she was crying in the back. I cant believe coming to a resturant to eat and we get service like this. That member of staff should never be working there if she's talking like that to customers. SAVITA then went and spoke to another area manager and said they will handle it 2mrw as they are busy tonight! Disgusting behaviour! After all this. I got home and my food was cold! This review is definitely going on trip advisor!

If on a winters evening you fancy a takeaway and decide that you would like to spend your hard earned money on a KFC , and as an added bonus you would like the food cold and without the sauces you ordered. Look no further than this branch. What a waste of MY money.

Kfc is brill and I am a very big fan but now not so much, this kfc I had to wait for the chicken for like 20 mins and had to loads as they haven’t been delivered in time when all they sell is chicken mostly. So we had to go empty handed. Another time we went they the drive thru and went back home when we opened it they gave us a complete different order so we went back and asked for it again we didn’t get anything for free but then they did it again, gave us the same thing so luckily we didn’t leave make sure you check before leaving. ice cream and kruisum machine always Broken. Come on Kfc fix up! Your meant to be a fast food place!
