Kfc in Hounslow

Made me wait 20 minutes for a drink which I believed was ordered and then they woudnt take an order neither would they serve the drink and the manager on shift was horrible

Nothing special but did the job - provided a nice snack of chicken and chips. Everything was warm and the coke was served Corey

Order placed through UberEats and advertised promotion on buy one and get one free burger was missed ☹️Phoned the store to enquiry about the missing part of our order but member of staff that answered my call, could hardly understand what has been said to them, on top of being unaware of their own in store promotions. Won’t be using this store again. I know errors and mistakes happen but it is the way that we handle them that counts.

This is not a complaint as such, however just an advice. I have not been to KFC for a while now due to the same reasons stated. The wings were very dry and over cooked. Please be aware that there are so many competitors out there. The key is to not slip and keep the standard of KFC. I am disappointed as I was planning on having KFC from the day before an looking forward to licking my fingers as the slogan implies for KFC. Good point the zinger meal and twister was ok. KFC Bath Road.

Been there twice and the food is always cold,it is always dirty you have to tell the staff to clean the place there don't realize them self that it dirty.it looks like the staff don't care.it safe to say I'm not coming back to this place.someone from head office should come down and sort this place out,the worst kfc I ever been too.

Terrible waited 30 min for our order. Lots of people waiting a long time to on a quiet Thursday at 8 o'clock. Tell you after you paid that they don't have item. Awful.

Crap service no customer service skills at all!! been twice and got my order wrong and only discovered when I got home that half my order was missing!!! The chicken was also stale and the gravy was like water!!!

Staff are useless, got order wrong, and the customer service is just terrible. I’m not one to complain, my reviews are always good but I’ve never had a good service at KFC, the staff let the chain down, they don’t care.

Lots of room to sit! Perfect place to stop by for a bite after walking, its on a scenic road in the area.

Anyone desiring a quick bite will find this easy to do on a small budget. The service of course is fast enough and ambience very welcoming.

The variety was great to some other branches. Staff were courteous. Food was great the cloeslaw was excellent.

I never see a such a dirty place like this. Stinking toilets grease everywhere and you hardly can see through the windows. Cold food and unfriendly staff

I've been in several KFCs in different countries and I've found this one of the worst so far. Crew not friendly, not clean at all (take a look at the pics) and the dishes are odd. First time in this one, never come back.

Il cibo è tipico, ma il locale mette pressione, ci sono solo 2 tavoli per sedersi. Ai bambini viene permesso di sedersi con il sedere sul tavolo. Consiglio cercare altro in giro

Since this place has opened the quality has been good but they always miss items of the order out , on average my order costs £30 so missing parts of meals is annoying , firstly the attendents find it hard to understand what I'm ordering , then on top of that there 3 piece variety meal doesn't work on there till it hasn't still been fixed . Overall service is awful and at the window in the drive through all I could here was complaints . If you have time try the hounslow west one but quality isn't great ..... Where the management are I don't know but staff need serious training . If this place wasn't called kfc it would have closed by now .

After my maiden attempt at dinner in Heathrow Central Travelodge didn't meet my expectations, I shifted dinner to KFC Bath Road which is just a ten minute walk away over the bridge with a mangrove that makes the walk a pleasure. On my first day I ordered a take-away and before I could say "jack" I was being called to collect...so fast I thought I was doing a drive through". Plus a team of respectful and smiling staff. The fries were very good and "eatable" but just too few of the chips to match those crunchy spiced chicken pieces...Oh but I can't eat my cake and have it, can I? Lol

I am seriously appalled by my visit to the drive through KFC tonight. The chicken was cold, served well below the Heath and safety guide lines. I called KFC to make a complaint i was addressed rudely by a female member of staff who continued to talk over me when I was expressing my concerns I asked her to use her probe to check the temperature of the meat, she told me her machine was telling her that the chicken was fine and no one else had called to complain I was the only one. The female staff member continued to talk over me i raised my voice over hers and insisted she check the chicken saying it can not be served as it is the female staff member terminated the call. My partner was so concerned by the reaction of the female staff member he to tried to make a complaint the same female staff member was rude to him from the start of the call, she asked him for details off the receipt and when he went to get it out of the car she terminated the call. When my partner tried to call back they refused to answer the call.

always having problems, tonight I asked if they had coffee and was told they will have the machine fixed in the morning blah blah blah, so the answer was no, ok can I have a three piece meal please, we've only got legs came the reply, everyone asks for the larger pieces so we've now only got legs, we've had trouble with our deliveries blah blah blah. Im not paying £5 for 3 legs so I left.

I thought I'd give this place one last chance, as I arrived i found the drive through closed..! The restaurant was empty inside !I thought it was closedown.I noted the lack of staff and confidence in them.Food was sitting in the holding cabinet which I was not happy with, God knows how long it'd been there.We ordered simple meals as I knew it would confuse the staff otherwise.Just a simple request was made to have no cheese in the twister.. Went over their heads as I found when I got home.Food was horrible chips were limp, waste of time and money !This place is too big and staff levels too low.I seriously think it will close shortly as the over heads will kill them.I will not be returning to this kfc again !!

This is a drive thru on Bath Road, and chicken is okay.. still think the USA KFC is better and can't quite get the cole slaw the way it was in the US.

É lógico que, quando se vai ao KFC, nunca se espera qualidade. Não espere por nada diferente nessa unidade. A grande vantagem é que, estando no pacato bairro de Hounslow, o KFC deve ser o restaurante a fechar mais tarde pelas redondezas. Assim, se você ficou até mais tarde apreciando as belezas de Londres e esqueceu de forrar o estômago, vai encontrar uma opção justa e barata.

Across the street form the Doubletree Hotel Heathrow. Standard KFC is a dicey neighbourhood. Don't go alone.

Fast service and friendly staff in a busy restaurant. Plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair.

Never saw sucky a greasy stinking KFC before, ever! Too nasty to go in. I watched the guy in the window and he was sweating all over stuff, everything inside looked like it was never cleaned. this is not the american style eat-in KFC. this was like you were going to eat out of a greasy truck. but it wasn't, i could feel the diarrhea just looking at the nasty joint!

Perfect for a snack/light lunch/hangover. Tastiest fast food you can get but always hungry an hour or so later.

Ordered food, was charged for food that I did not get which was meant to be included in my meal, rude service !!!

I stopped here for a bit of chicken the food was ok the service was also ok the cleanliness of the restaurant was ok but the carpark was littered with empty containers although the restaurant was empty nobody was out there getting rid of the rubbish

The usual Kentucky fried chicken stuff.Great place to get some high calorie comfort food..But I must admit that the staff were super courteous.Boxed some of the meals to get to the hotel and eat.

After work on a Sunday night, I decided to get rested from my cooking as I was a bit tired from work & thought of getting KFC. Once I got inside KFC where there is a drive thru one, I queued for almost 15 minutes before I got served by a lone guy cashier who wasn't as cheerful but I ignored him. After another 15 minutes of waiting for my order, finally it arrived & the staff Priys who packed it seemed to be very confident. When I got my order, there was no fries in it as I ordered a 6pc bargain bucket. Went back to her & asked her "should there be fries with my bucket?" And she replied, I thought you don't want the fries! How convenient for her to say that & not even apologizing for her mistake. She shouldn't be working in KFC because her attitude sucks & by all means she doesn't exude any hospitality traits. She's a disgrace to a well known brand like KFC.

The title says it all. After waiting in a que for half an hour we got to the drive through to be asked.what we would like. Asked for a family bucket and yes you got it they got no chicken!??? KFC only sells chicken right so seething is wrong here. It sort of reminds me of that airport program with the guys from little Britain where the lady says I got cups I got tea bags and sugar but no water lol gave 1 as a rating for food as there was no zero!

Bad food. Bad staff. Bad customer service. Bad overall experience. Closing time seems to be 10 minutes before the time on the door. Just horrific.

One guy serving at counter. Sunday evening. 15 minutes queue never moved. Gave up and got a kebab. Employing more people might solve the problem.

This restaurant is no better or worse then any other kfc restaurant the only thing which makes this restaurant better is the fact you can watch the planes also it's a drive thru

OK, it's a KFC, so what should I expect? Despite being a large restaurant, with only 2 other diners (this was at 12:50 too), tables were unclean and the 4 staff that I could see were unable to cope with our order and that of the one car in the "drive thru" at the same time. Fries were soggy and limp, and the Tango turned out to be King Tango which is the diet version with sweeteners - not what my son wanted.On the up side, the chicken was quite dry as southern fried chicken should be. Not the swimming-in-grease variety that KFC usually serve, so well done there. There's plenty of parking, but being so close to Heathrow Airport most of it was full of airport taxi drivers nursing a coffee in the Starbucks which shares the car park. There are free electric vehicle charge points, which is a nice touch if you have an electric car.It has free wifi too - again, convenient if you're breaking your journey into or out of London on the A4, or want somewhere cheap to wait for your relatives arriving at the airport without paying parking fees.If you're not a native English speaker, don't worry - none of the staff seem to be either. I struggled to understand them.

Hier wird KFC als Restaurant bewertet? Bitter aber wahr. Nicht, dass dieser KFC jetzt etwas besonderes wäre. Nein, die "Speisekarte" ist so wie überall. Hier ist es aber eine echte Alternative. Restaurants sind sonst in Cranford Mangelware. Also eben als Alternative zur einfallslosen Convenience Küche der Airport Hotels. Besser ist es hier auch nicht, aber wenigstens günstiger.

Como sempre, este o KFC é muito bom! Lá em Londres eu acho que é ainda melhor pelos costumes e porque eu comi muito frango com muito Guiness... Rsrs... Muito bom! Recomendo!

Though our first choice wasn't fastfood we ended in this nice spot and were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and fast service. The food had great quality and the staff was very friendly
