It was the worst food I’ve ever eaten, the manager was rude and said “ we are busy so yes we are serving food undercooked so we Can feed Customers I explained you can’t serve under cooked chicken that will kill someone the chicken was rare and I asked for my money back he refused so i through my chicken on there counter and said have a present on me” You try to ring customer services head office but they don’t answer will never eat in kfc again

We picked up food before our flight. We are it and immediately regretted. We would have been better off eating the airline food. The cold and soggy chicken, not the complete in numbers, is such a bad deal, how do we write your fury!

Ordered a bucket of chicken and received 5 of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. Called to complain but they do not answer the telephone. Had to drive there in person after receiving the delivery and they were rude and argued about replacing the bucket. Unacceptable

RUBBISH SERVICE I Ordered Zinger tower, Fillet tower burgers,RG pepsi also CKIE WHT CHOC I wasnt happy bcoz burgers were very cold that i didnt enjoy. I ordered wht ckie but gave me choc ckie why? They should follow the order. it was customer choice not your workers. Also they forget to give me pepsi even i paid already but i reminded her then gave me. What sort of worker you have in your branch. I was not happy about kfc service. I think i have wasted my money today. Anyway i will not buy anything from you in future. If we compare to other shop , just burgers not a meal bit expensive. Oh my God did i paid for the cold burgers i can say rubbish services.

It was terrible we had to wait longer than 30 minutes just to get served.People with a card were a priority even though they got there later . The staff were rushed and didn’t prepare some foods properly it just not an ideal place to go

It was a Friday night and the place was deserted. Our order was big but took way longer than it should have to come out. It was a takeaway order as we were staying at a nearby hotel. When we got back and dished out the food multiple items were missing. A burger that we'd asked for with no sauce on had sauce on anyway. The biggest disappointment was the gravy. It in no way tasted or even looked like proper KFC gravy. It was watery and horrible. The food itself wasn't bad and the boneless bucket was lovely but two portions of chips, a burger and a drink missing is more than careless. Check your order before you leave.

Been coming here for a few years now. Staff are fast but on most occasions always end up forgetting something in my order. Chicken Fillet on some occasions have been cooked to a crisp and dark in colour which has ruined my Fillet tower burger on many occasions. Gravy always seems to either be very runny or very thick not sure which is the correct consistency. Okay for a quick bite nothing special.

The drive-thru customers service agent are unprofessional, rude,unhelpful and the food is disgusting. Barbecue beans and fries were not fresh. Called to make a complaint to branch manage, she was rude, unhelpful and didn’t even apologise, apparently she claimed they had served 500 customers which I doubt as it is always quite. She was happ6 for me to call head office rather sorting the matter out herself. Wouldn’t recommend this driv-thru to anyone.

We patronise this place regularly but the service last time was poor. The guy's first language was definitely not English and we had great trouble being understood. This meant that we couldnt use the colonels club app. Frustrating.

Los empleados era muy rápido y eficiente. No he tenido en más de 20 plus KFC años. Mientras visitaba la zona y volver desde Londres hasta tarde que era de Mac Donald's o KFC. . Los niños decidieron en KFC e incluso mi delicado come mucho la comida. Estaba caliente y bien sazonada.

En el Premier Inn y decidimos coger una comida para llevar, KFC, que está a un corto paseo de distancia. Ordenados el poderoso cubo para uno, pero descubrí que había abandonado para incluir el chapuzón. La comida era de la calidad típica de kfc.

Hal yang paling postif disini adalah makanannya ada label halal. Dan juga porsinya besar. Untuk rasa sendiri, mungkin dengan lidah asia, rasanya kurang nedang. Saosnya juga terasa manis. Tempat duduknya nampaknya memang tidakdidesain untuk membuat pengunjung nyaman, kebanyakan yang beli memang take away.

applaud by service in KFC Chiswick. Firstly served stone cold chips, told the girl behind the counter, surely she knew how long they had been sitting there as the shop was quite. She cooked some more, I couldn’t believe it. She only gave me one hot portion and one cold one back, but she was cunning, she put the cold one underneath so I didnt realise until I got home. This person should not be serving food to people and deliberately trying to piss the customer off!!! I really hope head office read this..

After a fun filled day of family activities, my daughter begged to go to one of her favourite restaurant chains and, since we thought you can’t go wrong at Frankie & Bennies, we decided to visit. How wrong we were. Drinks were brought reasonably quick and, despite being just soft drinks, were the highlight of our visit as they were the only thing that would turn our correct! When ordering our food, my sister was informed her first option was unavailable due to there being no halloumi and, after choosing an alternative, told she’d be unable to have sweet potato fries due to them being out of stock too. No big issue though as original fries were fine. So, we sat back and waited for our food. Twenty minutes later and a new server appeared to explain that there were no fries in stock… yes, no fries. Miraculously, they could give us sweet potato fries which were in stock - the original server having simply mistaken “low stock” for no stock. Sadly, only my sister eats them so we decided to pay for the drinks and leave. The new server then went to speak to the manager and returned to ensure us that we could have the food for free as we’d already waited some time and they did not want us to leave hungry. In the end, we got our main items served with these fried dough o’s you’d probably expect to see on a child’s plate. I won’t lie, they were rather bland but edible enough to eat and subdue our hunger. We ended up getting our drinks free too due to the massive disaster that was unfolding before us as other staff were sitting more customers and not informing them of the items out of stock - our original server humbly avoiding all her original tables and serving the new tables - we overheard her again offer fries so I pity the rest of the evening for the staff. The only positive we have from the night was our new server who was an absolute gem to us and to everyone else. She was the one apologising to everyone and trying to find solutions, she was the one apprehending the chefs for not updating servers on the stock updates, she was the one who ran to new customers who had sat down to inform them of the stock issues before letting them make an order they couldn’t complete. I wish I had gotten her name as she deserves a lot of praise as she was the only server doing the hard work but alas, I did not. All I can say was she had dark hair and an accent and seemed to take pride about her job in which she has clearly a lot of experience! Sadly though, this experience makes me want to avoid not only this particular Frankie & Benny’s, but the brand itself in the future.

Popped in last week for a couple of pints as I got to the airport to early, Lovely staff, beer was good, while not cheap it wasn't more than i would pay in London. Didn't eat this time but the food coming out looked good. would stop here again.
