Kezzy Burger in Doncaster

Very disappointed, had great expectations, they were shattered

I order from here every once in awhile, this time that I ordered though they only got 4/5 things right, I order a hot chick's stacker burger without the salad bits or sauce on, a hallumi burger and the kezzy dirty fries as well as dessert. The hallumi burger and the dirty fries were there and right but the hot chick's stacker burger ended up coming with pickles on it, on the menu there's no mention of it coming with pickles and I ended leaving the burger which is unfortunate. It smelt like the burger were doused in the pickle juice aswell. The desert was nice though and I do recommend trying the deserts there.

2 chicken burgers, Very average for almost £8 each for just a burger

Took around 1hour 50mins from ordering, food was hot, couldn’t eat kebab as kebab meat tasted sour, burger was squashed. 2nd time ordered from here never again

Restaurant ignored my note about food allergies. waiting time for 2 burgers was over 2 hours

Food is delicious aswell as the desserts and customer service is beyond (my experience) my go to takeaway

Great burgers, dirty fries and milkshakes. Burger patties are tasty, well seasoned and great quality. Dirty fries are great with sprinkling of beef, cheese sauce and spring onions and the milkshakes are thick with lots of ice cream and great selection. The server was polite and friendly and the food was ready quickly. Highly recommend!

No GPS of driver and no contact number for driver. I didn't get my order. The driver didn't arrive on time and didn't deliver my food. Driver was late over 20 minutes. 2 calls for restaurant to get support. Information received to wait extra 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes and information that 10 orders has been sent with driver for delivery total that's why he didn't arrive on time for me. I want to get full refund of my lost money and time. Never more order in this restaurant. Waste of time.

Wow. First time ordering and so glad I chose Kezzy. My son has told me to only order him burgers from here from now on 😂 Best burger I've had from anywhere in Doncaster.

Kezzy’s is our local burger place. Always lovely food and freshly cooked.

Food had been out with driver 40 minutes, so arrived stone cold, called the shop, lovely woman answered sorted it and had piping hot replacement in under 15 minutes, can’t fault the customer service, if somethings wrong give them chance to fix it

Excellent quality! I love that the included salad with the Kebab is packed separately.(I hate it when salad gets warm) Delivery time as promised and they also threw in an extra can of Tango! THANKS!

The burgers are absolutely delicious! The chips are really good too and I am totally addicted to the cheese sauce! All arrives hot, fast and cooked to perfection.

had the cheeky chicken burger. was lovely. my only criticism is that the chicken is much bigger than the bun, so everything falls out. bigger buns would be perfect.

Burgers are the best I’ve ever tasted and I’m not a burger person. I had chicken and my husband had pepperoni topped and the chips again are just the best! Cheese onion rings… wow. Pizzas aren’t that great but burgers are belting

The quality of food put out by takeaways these days is appalling not worth buying from takeaways anymore. food we had from here was greasy as anything ive had before. Even the bag was splitting because of the amount of oil everywhere the delivery driver even looked shocked at the amount of greese. Overpriced stomach ache is what it is.

Food was mediocre and was ready for collection at the time we picked. Pizzas were nice but the burgers and wraps were cool. Ordered via just eat and the order was approx £30 more expensive that if we’d have used the website that comes up when you search for kezzy burger so if you’re ordering don’t use just eat use the other website to save money. Price promise won’t apply according to customer service

All the food was cold as the can of vimto that was in the same bag,pizzas didnt seem to have a sauce on the base so very dry and the delivery driver was rude to my partner but the staff on the phone was good and apologies for the confusion on order, normally food at least warm enough to eat but this one was shocking

Milkshake was nice , food was hot , the wraps let the meals down all chicken and filling fell out on every wrap poor quality wraps couldn't keep together.

The food was amazing, hot and flavourful. Only downside was the garlic mayonnaise it wasn’t as flavourful as other places but the food was still amazing. The tomato and cheese garlic bread is the best I have tasted.

1st time trying this place, food was nice and delivery wasn’t too long. Forgot a milkshake so had an unhappy child and £7.50 down

Absolutely gorgeous food, can’t moan at buy one get one free pizza! They even rang me as you should put two on your order for the offer, so they rang to ask which I’d like as my free pizza which they didn’t have to do.

Spoke to the manager of the Doncaster branch was extremely rude after we tried to cancel 5 mins after our order as it went to the wrong branch. He said there is no chance of getting our money so i’m without my food or £20

Food absolutely beautiful chips are lovely best chips ever ! We had a missed call so rang the number back it was the delivery driver he said it’s ok I’ve delivered you food now . He hasn’t delivered our food I said no you haven’t he had delivered it to the wrong house so we rang the shop and told them . When the delivery driver finally came he was very Mardy and rang us and said come out I’m not walking up the steps to your door . Sorry but if your a delivery driver you deliver the door not the road . When he came to the door my partner told him to go to the shop which is what the shop had said to tell him . He the said f@@k you and f@@k the shop to be sworn at on your own door step is disgusting he could not even apologise . The food was lovely and the lady on the phone was so nice

Ordered for delivery at 11:30pm. Driver rang at 11:06pm telling me to ring the restaurant which closed at 11:00pm. I returned home at 11:28pm and the food was tipped out of the bags any laying on the floor; cold and inedible.

Just not what was expected the wraps weren’t folded at the bottom so difficult to eat without losing everything from the bottom

I never received all ordered items, was given incorrect and not ordered sauces and the packaging was falling apart. Apart from the order being on time I was appaled by the food.

The food was enjoyable however the cheesecake dint get eaten it was warm and did not taste right the flake had melted.

The food came freezing cold for the second time in a row and it was late then phone them and they said they couldn't replace it and called us liars

A little surprised by the order coming with the cheesecake on top of the burger and fries. Fries are always good, but the burger was really sub par. Normally good food, but an average burger, fries, and small slice of cheesecake for £16 means it's now average and expensive. Pity.

Cheesecake was squashed and warm when i received it but i ate half of it as it tasted funny and off think due to bein warm! However my busband states the burger was amazin

Ordered from here for the first time today, the reviews looked good so had high hopes. Our food arrived around 10mins earlier than estimated which is always a bonus. When we got around to eating out burgers they followed the request asking for no salad on one of the burgers. The portions was big and all the food was very nice and the seasoning was spot on. Will definitely be ordering from here again :)

Horrible only fit for the cat's, burgers were greasy tasted like they we fried in 6 week old chip fat. NEVER AGAIN........

Absolutely great. Ordered a burger, loaded fries and a shake. Fries were beautifully cooked, well seasoned and soft. The burger was cooked amazingly with fresh ingredients. Milkshake was also awesome. Definitely my new favourite burger place. Definitely worth the price.
