Terrible experience at Keskins Takeaway (Chippenham). Ordered 10 pieces of wings, and they were cold and clearly pre-cooked, possibly from the day before or even earlier. The wings were shockingly thin with barely any meat on them – I’ve never seen anything like this, not in the UK or anywhere in the world. It honestly seemed like the chickens had some kind of issue. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the quality of food and service. I feel unwell now and couldn’t even finish the meal. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs

We ordered two fried chicken burgers and chips this evening and i have never tasted such gorgeous fried chicken. The chips were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Keskins 😋🍗🍟

I semi-regularly order from them when I want food after a drunk night out; and I found the food to be great when I have it. Could not ask for any better when I order from them or when u made a mistake for accidentally ordering for collection when its meant to be for delivery (they couldn’t be any nicer blokes and said “no problem we’ll deliver it without any additional charge”). This is the sort of service u expect and I will continue to do so as they do listen to people! Great job Keskins! You’re doing great :)

Literally the only place I will order from now. Great food, always hot and tasty. The staff our very friendly and helpful and there delivery time is fantastic. If you want hot food delivered quick then this is place to go. They have a lot of great deals on and very reasonable prices. I'm addicted to the chicken strips by far the best in chippenham

Ordered halloumi wrap and chips. For over £8 for the wrap I expected salad with it but it was just a wrap with 3 slices of cheese in it. The chips i ordered with salt and vinegar but they had neither . Poor experience.

Had a donor kebab. Utterly awful. So bad that I put 80% of it in the bin. Thick cuts of meat, extremely greasy, undercooked, pitta wet through. Giving them 2 stars as they seem nice people but serving that up at the cost of near enough £10 is pure robbery. Don't offer donor if you can't do it right. Real shame Yilmaz' isn't based in town.

Cold grey meat, salad gone over. Just gross we all put our kebabs in the bin, literally thrown away £26 😒

This was outfits ever order with Keskins, but definitely not our last! Timing was spot on, delivery driver very polite. The food, absolutely delicious! Huge pieces of chicken. Crisp, fresh salad. This is by far the best Kebab Shop in Chippenham Top notch service top notch food and before I forget top notch delivery service and super fast. All staff are polite can’t fault them in anyway. Highly recommend Keskins Special Kebab Meat. My mates will not go anywhere else for Kebab delivery

U call them its wait a min then 5 mins later they get bk to u them young lads who run it couldn't cook a chicken kebab if they tryed all you taste is dry chicken and un cooked spices men on phone are rude and as for drivers foods cold and driver is aragant so out of 10 qell 0.would try a different kebab shop.

Phoned for order. They said 20minutes to collect. I went to collect they said "it's going on now will be 20minutes". Canceled the order which I was glad I did as I found out the next day they have just recently scored 0star on food hygiene 🤢🤢🤮

Fake food 5 star food hygiene rating on the door - now been released as having a 0 star!! Been served mouldy food from here in the past. So many other great independent food outlets in chippenham - stay away!

Last few times I have had keskins the food has been poor, comes cold or not what I ask for parts of order Missing. Ordered today and they missed my meal out, had to then wait ages for it to come for it to be undercooked to the point I couldn't eat it and only slightly warm

Been using keskins for years usually verry good however the last several orders have been cold complained so they sent out replacement chips but were under cooked and the order was wrong verry disappointed

Waited 2 hours and 15 mins for nothing absolute shambles ended up cooking instead. Wish i could give 0 stars

They dont take card. Order was slow being prepped and still had missing items from order. Probably wont use again.
