I haven’t had a bit of fish in a few years , but as I remembered it kerims didn’t let me down 👍 very delicious.

Had a lovely pepperoni pizza pretty good. And a nice fresh salad really enjoyed that. Have enjoyed both of it. Thank you.

The hamburger suppers are too thick for my liking. The chips and the pizza crunch are spot on. Thank you Kerims. 😊

Delivery took over an hour but was within the expected time. Tasty and warm. Box was soggy from the vinegar but overall good.

Possibly the worst meal I have ever eaten, its bad when you order a chips cheese and donner and wish you ordered just a chips and cheese, the donner meat was the most blandest unseasoned garbage I have ever tasted in my whole life. You guys need to get a grip passing that rubbish off at edible food. Awful awful stuff.

Had a great experience previously, but a second visit was disappointing. Sign of a good eatery is always consistency our second meal of fish suppers was not what we were expecting after an excellent first experience, very dry fish obviously because it was 30 minutes late and the special fish was anything but so small and dried up it was difficult to find amongst the chips.

Friendly staff. Good range of tasty food. Reasonable prices.

Excellent thank you for getting my order correct, and when I called the restaurant to let them know something about my order I got great customer Service. This was the first time I have used this takeaway and I will definitely be back.

Absolutly blazing went on ordered just eat as online status said opened @4pm ordered 520pm phoned few times engaged waited until 620pm drove round to shop only to find its closed raging is not the word im livid wont be back or ordering again absoluty shoking

I ordered to chicken kebabs they were fresh chicken breast well enough cooked. But tastes less... Can I suggest you maranate in cajun spice

Terrible. Food was warm and late. No call from driver or answer from restaurant (ordered at least 3-4 hours before opening and set for a reasonable time)

Fish was nice and thick unlike other places chips were fresh will use here again.

Nice and tasty, quite busy which is nice to see. Kebabs are good, pakora is good. Wasn't as much a fan of the onion rings.

They have a good collection of Turkish/Arab food, and they prepare american hamburgers on request too. Food is not out of the world but it’s pretty good. The staff makes up for it. They’re super lovely people. :)

Was visiting mums for her birthday. She usually uses the local fish & chip shop, but it is always small portions and greasy. Kerims was much much better! Food arrived early for a start. Good size portions, and good quality.

I ordered a sausage supper cheese and curry and haven't received the sausage costing an extra £3 and tried contacting at 21:40, 50 mins before closing, I'm expecting a meal sent out tomorrow.

Food was freshly cooked and warm but one item overcooked while another could have done with more cooking. Delivery and driver great service

Very unhappy the delivery person seems to have trouble understanding ‘contact free’ he shouldn’t be waiting at the door and handing orders over, ESPECIALLY WITH NO MASK ON. Put the food down and step way back, how difficult is that? Absolutely terrible, don’t think I’ll be using again.

Really disappointed tonight, usually love my food from Kerims but hardly touched my fish tonight didn’t even eat one piece was full of bones a shame as was wasted and food is usually good from here :/

Pakora was absolutely delicious.

Ordered it. Got it. Ate it. Liked it.

Ordered single smoked sausage, only received half a sausage, i was expecting a big sausage. I was waiting anxisouly for the 12 incher but lucky if I got 4 inches. It was well battered before delivery.

The chicken pakora is amazing!! I also love the way yous do the chips. Love the food and it’s my fave place to get food from! The only thing wrong is how long the delivery takes but the food is always warm and tasty!!

It said online it was going to be 30-40 mins but when the ordered was placed it showed as 65 mins. The delivery arrived at this time but it was longer than the website advertised.

Only issue was missing Pakora sauce which was gutting

I have been going to kerims for more than 10 years. The food has always unbeatable. Superb but Over the last few months the place has went down hill. What the hell happened to the meat feast pizza, its was 10/10. Now there's a strange mouldy taste to the pizzas. Don't whether theve changed cheese or the dough. Rotten. The portions aswell. I ordered King shiesh kebab tonight. The dough was undercooked, also got about two mouth fulls of donner meat that was cremated. The king size burger though was fantastic. Hope things change to the way they used to be. Feel guilty writing this, but it had to be said 👍

To order was very easy. Simple menu to look at . Order was delivered in half an hour. Perfect.

Free delivery because it always arrives in 1 hour 15 minutes. and i only live on the same street 3 mins away. shocking service. what is going on? it only takes 15 minutes to cook.

Ordered Chicken Breast got a Chicken Carcass. Wasted money, we couldn't eat any of it.

Paid £1.00 twice for cheese on the 2 chicken nugget meals and they were never put on but got charged for it apart from that food was good

I got my food and it was lovely, I use this takeaway now and again but every time I do use it the food is lovely always cooked to order and the food is always hot.

Fantastic food. I use to go lots but hadn't been for ages..The pizza is moreish...u ask for it exactly how u want it..Can have two different halves..They do a range of foods...& a have cold drinks machine..Now available,Ben & Jerry's ice cream ,small tub £2.50, large tub £5... Milkshakes £4

Quite a good wee place for kebabs or chips or whatever. Pizza is quite good from here. Friendly staff, who will do whatever is asked of them :-)

Order was 30 mins late therefore wasn't as hot as we would have liked but ok.. I was given a bottle of coke with apology for lateness.. Will still use this service as it has never let us down before.

Had a mixed kebab with chilli sauce and salad. Meat was moist and full of flavour, no complaints all.

Gid chicken kebabs. Nice lassie oan the phone. Since its bn taken ere they dnt seem to really care,(sorry not care!But nae customer service skills) it used tae b the best place in the toon fur all food.
