Stood at kitchen doorway and welcomed customer with ‘what you after?’ I ignored this and politely said an all day breakfast please. Lady said we have a problem in the kitchen and drinks only. Service was terrible and she obviously couldn’t be bothered to make it at 2pm or she wouldn’t have asked what I wanted at first. In summary a bit of a dog of a place with rude service. You might as well walk the few hundred yards along to Morrison’s cafe instead.

Upper blue mall , Metrocentre , Gateshead , NE11 9YGA great, cheap and cheerful, good value breakfast, as a great break from some shopping in the Metro Centre. It is a big pub, so plenty of tables, including lots of booths which give a nice touch. Bet
