Excellent family dinner. Wide selection of sushi and sashimi. We had a great selection to share. Ate early Saturday evening and they found us a table without pre booking - although it got much busier.

Delicious food from start to finish. Tempura batter was light. Lovely range of dipping sauces. Miso soup was very restorative. Bento box was nice. Service quick efficient and friendly. Small but nice ambience. Price very reasonable too

Been meaning to eat here as it is quite close to Hammersmith station. Unfortunately the service (or lack of) will probably mean I won't return. After all, there are plenty of restaurants in London! The food is really good, it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cosy with nice music, slightly cold though. The service however, is not good at all. The food I ordered was quite savoury, so I requested tap water with my order. I initially thought the waitress had misunderstood or forgot. I then requested it twice to a different waitress each time. I finally gave up after 30 minutes and went to the front desk for some (finally got served - fourth time lucky!). The waitstaff were quite busy but by then, a couple who had arrived 10 minutes before had already been served their wines. If you must order from here, please order takeout! I would have rated the place 4* but let down by service.

Really nice food. The sushi was lovely and well presented. The bento boxes are generous. Pricey, but certainly reflected in the quality.

I came here with a few friends, upon Alex and Maddie's recommendation. The restaurant is small and cosy, and we were welcomed with open arms. The menu was wide ranging, so I went for a safe option of pan fried pork gyoza and a chicken teriyaki bento box. We also shared some hot sake which was beautifully heart warming. The gyoza was delicious - some of the best I've ever had. The bento box was reasonably sized and I enjoyed everything apart from the deep fried tofu which was gross. Service quick and for London, it was so well priced.

The waiters was unbelievably rude when she brought the incorrect food out. Wouldn’t take the food off the bill and the food was horrible. Don’t waste your money here!! And get new staff

I’ve been ordering from Kenta online for 3 years and they’re so great both for price and the food is incredible. They’re also great for eating in and I’ve come with my family multiple times. I’ve moved twice since I first discovered this place and now live quite far away but I’ll always come back to Hammersmith for more! I highly recommend the salmon udon soup. Yum!

Exceptional food quality and service at a very reasonable price for London’s stardards😃 We had udons and chicken skewers as mains and loved it, cooked to perfection.

Very nice and tasty 😋 Friendly and helpful service 👥 Well furnished location🎋 We ordered plenty of starters and three main courses: Tofu, gyoza, karaage, nasu salad, kabocha korokke, gola wakame + vegetable tempura bento, pork yakisoba and pork udon soup 🍜 everything was very tasty and the portions were abundant (the main were bigger than expected), the price matched the quality. The location is cute and bigger than it looks from outside with pictures and paintings 🖼 A place to definitely go back

The member of staff was so unhelpful. When I had dinner, a man (whom I do not know) falsely accused me of being coughing. I told him I did not, but he kept accusation against me. During the argument, the member of staff did not intervene at all. The man's behaviour was so bad that I left the premise. I consider the man's behaviour is discriminatory (I am a Japanese); however, the member of staff did not even intervene but only was standing behind the counter. I do not recommend this place as the staff behaviour, arguably, upheld discriminatory action.

Food is always good at Kenta and reasonably priced. What does disappoint however is whenever ordering online food comes in a plastic bag. It’s about time to catch up with other restaurants trying to be more eco friendly and use paper bags instead. I also do not understand why the “green grass” plastic decorations are needed. It’s time to change, Kenta.

Ate there on a Friday night, a small low key venue. The food was good and the service was OK, what stood out and was really strange was that we specifically asked that the food did not come all at the same time. The reason being that part way through your starter - your main course arrives which has two effects. One it means that if you leave the main course until you've finished your starter, so it goes cold or vice versa; and two a feeling that you are being rushed, which is strange because although it as fairly busy there was no pressure of people waiting for tables. For it to happen is annoying for it to happen given we'd specifically asked for it not happen - seems perverse. This is especially as any positive recollection of whole experience is masked the staffs odd behaviour. The greatest pleasure in dining out is to be able to enjoy good company and good food, it's not about getting it down your neck as quick as you can.

We went expecting a conveyer belt experience (kids like it) and were very disappointed with the lack of it in Yo kitchen. This was the reason we travelled to Yo. We have some nice sushi places locally and the adults generally prefer those venues. Anyway it was a treat for the kids.... So whilst we got over it quickly, we discovered that the menu was pared down and very pricey. £6+ for the gyoza and £8+ for four pieces of maki. The gyoza were much better than those at Yo - these were pan fried and with a beautiful sauce. However, there wasn't really a choice of good sushi (about 5 options). The salmon maki was made with cream cheese. It was all a bit westernised/fusion... So we didn't order any. Kids menu was good value and plentiful. Kids enjoyed it. The food we chose was good, bit I don't think we'll be returning. I'd rather go to a proper sushi house or a better Japanese restaurant. I'd rather have eaten at ITSU.
