Got 2 large fish one chips , 2 peas . Cooked fresh while I was there . Crispy batter lovely white fish . My fav fish shop in Driffield .

Outstanding food at more than a competitive price and the owners are really proud of their product and service which reflects in the quality of what they serve. Simply superb.

Love this place. Was looking forward to my fish and chips on a cold miserable night. Was so disappointed. Could tell right away something was not right. There was no fish in the fish. A few white flakes. On the other hand,the batter was crispy and tasted great . Chips are chips. After queuing for this in the rain, it’s put me off going back.

At the end of a busy week off, decided not to cook at it was too hot to stand in the kitchen! Love the fish and chips from here, still social distancing taking place so safely placed our order and waited patiently for our turn. Great service, friendly staff and great food!

We popped here one Friday after one of our walks for an easy dinner. Social distancing in force, wait time was a little longer, but worth it. Freshly cooked to order, lovely crispy fish and chips. Staff friendly and customers understanding that need to wait outside until order cooked so others can place and pay for their order. Will be back soon!

Granted we are currently in trying times (mid COVID), chips are usually lovely, not that you get many, so if you like small portions, you're in luck. But if you come here, ALWAYS check your order, even if you have to unwrap it. Visited today, first time since the lockdown started (wanted a treat), ordered fish n chips and 2 jumbo battered sausages n chips, got 1 jumbo and 1 regular plain sausages n chips (if I'd wanted un-battered sausage n chips, I would have cooked them at home). And I think the fat in the fryer needs changing, nasty after taste.

We fancied fish and chips but are on lock down because of the virus. Someone told us we could still get them at Kennedy’s so son in law queued outside for one and a half hours , social distancing and only one person in at a time. Everything cooked fresh and was delicious.

Best fish& chips in Driffield. Just finished large Haddock and chips , the batter was crispy and fresh. The fish was cooked thick and chunky and tasted fabulous . All cooked to order. Chips were hot and fresh . Fantastic value for money . Def the best fish&chips in Driffield .

On a wet and cold friday night, my husband brought home fish and chips from here as a treat.we hasnt been for several months, but didnt need to worry about the quality...never disappointed. Freshly cooked to order, both fish and chips piping hot and the batter was crispy. Worth every penny!

Consistently excellent fish and chips from here. Freshly cooked to order, it does make all the difference. We always finish feeling satisfied for the quality of the food from here. Best in Driffield in my opinion.

After a hard day at work and late to boot, we opted for a mid week takeaway from here and weren't disappointed. Cooked to order, both fish and chips were excellent. Only down side was the fish portions do seem to be getting smaller, but still worth coming here every time.

Love coming here for our fish and chips. Having not been for a while, I was looking forward to fish, chips and mushy peas after a long week at work! Freshly cooked and piping hot even when we got home, these went down a treat. The fish was nice and white, the batter crispy and the chips thick cut. Lovely!

Love the fish and chips from here. Always tasty and freshly cooked and didn't disappoint thus time. Chips were thick cut and perfectly fried, while the fish was lightly battered and steaming hot when cut open. Best in Driffield in my opinion.

My favourite fish and chips in the town. Always freshly cooked, the fish is white and the batter light and crispy and the chips fluffy and light. Accompanied by mushy peas for me and gravy for my husband, a perfect treat.

have had f&c; from here frequently but last night was very disappointing. i had scampi and husband had fish. i struggled to find the scampi amongst the scraps and fish was ot as nice. sons came in later with them and they were much better. dont know what went wrong.

I have been waiting to be able to review here for ages! Love the fish and chips here...in fact if it is closed, I don't get it from anywhere else in Driffield! The fish is freshly cooked to order, the Baker crisp and tasty and is complimented by the chips. They are tasty enough to eat without any condiments but I always enjoy mushy peas, while others in the family partake of curry sauce, gravy or scraps. Been coming here ever since it opened and will continue to do so!

... but now we do! Portion sizes enormous, quality of food was brilliant... used to frequent tge Wetherspoons establishment over the road but now it's fish fritter chips and scraps in the car for us!

Recently stopped here on way home from work . I've never tried Kennedy s before but visited after work colleagues recommendations. I'm so glad I did food cooked to order so nice and hot not dried up like some fish and chip shops. Well worth the wait and served in boxes too . Definitely well be back soon

Consistently excellent fish and chips. Far better than any others in the East Riding - therefore anywhere in the UK. You only get the best fish and chip from the east coast anyway.

What I like about this place is everything is cooked to order while you wait and usually comes in three sizes according to your appetite . Fish is lovely and fresh at a reasonable price.
